Abstract

Islamic boarding school-based schools are one of the educational models that has experienced quite significant development in Indonesia. This model school typology has become one of the educational models that has attracted the attention of some Indonesians. This reason makes sense because the curriculum offered tends to be relatively more comprehensive than if you only study at school or only study at an Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school Islamic boarding school is an education provider with a unique concept that combines the Islamic boarding school concept and the school concept as a unified curriculum system. In its management, this institution integrates the Islamic boarding school curriculum into formal education. This research uses observation and interview methods, and is accompanied by literature study methods. The observation method is direct observation of the research object. The interview method is asking questions to dig up information from sources who are the object of research. And the literature study method, where researchers use various literature to obtain research data. This article is very important to read, because it can broaden the reader's insight and this article is different from other articles because it contains about the advantages of formal schools found in Islamic boarding schools. In this article, readers will learn about the integration of the formal education curriculum with the Islamic boarding school curriculum in formal schools under the supervision of Islamic boarding school foundations in the Magelang area.Keywords: Typology, Formal Education, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

While the majority of research to date has been more focused on studying Islamic Religious Education (PAI) models, media and practices in forming students' anti-bullying character, this study is focused on efforts to examine whether PAI material provides adequate accessibility to enable students to have knowledge, understanding, anti-bullying attitude and character. Therefore, the aim of this article is to explore PAI materials in elementary schools and analyze accessibility for the attitudes and character of anti-bullying students in elementary schools. This article uses an exploratory qualitative approach to content analysis design, where PAI books and morals for grades I to VI in elementary schools be the source. This article finds two characters that can prevent bullying behavior in students, namely performance and moral character. Regarding the similarities between the two characters, they both have positive values that can be applied in everyday life, including behaving politely, respecting others, being devoted to parents and teachers, forgiving each other, and loving each other. In this way, students can live in harmony and avoid bullying behavior.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that are ready to create a competitive and sustainable generation. The teaching of Islamic boarding schools and sustainable development have similarities in values and principles. With this, Islamic boarding schools can certainly integrate religious and general knowledge to prepare a generation that is intellectually and spiritually intelligent. In reality, the principles of sustainable development are in accordance with Islamic teachings taught at the Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, Al-Qadir Islamic boarding School indirectly has an active role in supporting and realizing the principles of sustainable development. The research uses qualitative methods to answer the questions as accurately as possible. Then it is analyzed using contructivism to see how Islamic teachings can be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School has role in implementing the principles of sustainable development through education. In this case researchers discovered the role of the Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in Supporting and realizing sustainable development. KH. Masrur Ahmad MZ as an Islamic boarding school caretaker has an important role in providing understanding to teachers and students to be able to implement Islamic teachings in accordance with the principles of sustainable development education, implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: sustainable development education, Implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian  ini untuk mengetahui implementasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan ekrakurikuler KISMA (kajian islami madrasah) dalam mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik MTS Muhammadiyah Curup. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu pembina, pelatih dan peserta didik yang berhubungan dengan KISMA. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KISMA dalam mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik di MTS Muhammadiyah Curup dilaksanakan dua kali dalam satu minggu yakni hari rabu di isi dengan pelatihan kaligrafi dan hari sabtu diisi dengan tilawah yang disertai dengan kajian keagamaan. Dengan adanya implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KISMA dapat mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik dengan melatih skill kesenian bernuansa keagamaan seraya meningkatkan pengetahuan agama peserta didik, melatih pengembangan kepribadian dan akhlakul karimah. Di dalam implementasi KISMA juga terdapat penyampaian motivasi dan nasihat keagamaan sehingga membuat peserta didik percaya diri serta mampu menilai dirinya dengan baik untuk dapat berbuat dalam hal kebaikan atau positif. Dapat mengembangkan bakat, membuat perubahan dengan memperbaiki sikap. Sementara faktor pendukungnya yaitu motivasi peserta didik, sarana prasarana, dorongan wali murid, antusiasme dan kerja sama yang baik antara pihak sekolah, peserta didik serta faktor penghambatnya yaitu pengaruh teman. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Ekstrakurikuler, Konsep Diri, Peserta Didik

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that each student has different levels of self-regulation, which means that their level of character also varies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of describing student self-regulation in the formation of integrative character in the PAI study program. This research provides a results report by describing and explaining the data obtained regarding student self-regulation in the formation of integrative character in the PAI study program. The research location was at IAIN SAS Babel, and the source of data obtained was the head of the PAI study program and 8 PAI study program students were the research subjects. In this research, data collection methods used structured interviews, structured observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses data reduced from interview guides, observations and conclusions based on the facts found. The results of the research show that PAI study program students at IAIN SAS Babel have an integrative character. First, student self-regulation, namely through patterns of receiving, evaluating, searching, formulating, implementing, and assessing. Second, students' integrative character is formed from habits, moral knowing, moral feeling and loving, example and self-introspection. Keywords: Self-Regulation, Character, Students

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sarana penting untuk menghasilkan generasi  muda yang berkualitas. Di era 5.0 yang didominasi oleh perkembangan  teknologi dan globalisasi,  penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam  pendidikan sangat penting untuk memperkuat jati diri dan akhlak peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah buku Aktualisasi Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Humanis dan Religius di Sekolah karya Ma’muroh, sedangkan data sekunder terdiri dari jurnal dan buku yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa di era 5.0, pendidikan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memanusiakan teknologi dan mengembangkan keterampilan digital, dengan tetap memperkuat identitas keislaman siswa. Pendidikan berbasis teknologi dapat berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai Islam dan mendorong peserta didik untuk menerapkan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on multicultural education at SMPN 1 Arjawinangun. This school is quite interesting in terms of its geographical location and the demographics of its inhabitants. This school does not stand in the middle of the city or suburbs, but instead in the outskirts of the district which usually has a homogeneous society. However, Arjawinangun is different in that around the school there are four large houses of worship of four different religions; Islam, Catholicism, Christianity and Buddhism. The method used is qualitative with interviews and observations as techniques to obtain primary data. The results show that multicultural education in this school does not only occur at the subject level or in the classroom, but is implemented starting from school policies to interactions between individuals (students) in it. It is hoped that with this research, multicultural education in other schools can apply the methods used at SMPN 1 Arjawinangun so that students can have a moderate and tolerant perspective on different beliefs.. Keywords: Multicultural Education, SMPN 1 Arjawinangun, Santri Village.

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of local wisdom-based learning in Antawirya Elementary School, Krian, Sidoarjo, East Java. The rise of schools that carry modern concepts i.e. integrated schools, international standard schools in their education has marginalized the local culture of Indonesia. Not only that, the majority of the younger generation has forgotten, not even knowing the local fairy tales and traditional games. In this context, Antawirya Krian Elementary School (SD) has a moral responsibility to develop the concept of learning based on local wisdom. This school rebranded itself as Islamic Javanese School. This is unique because local wisdom is the brand of the school and differentiates it from other schools. Through field research and data collection using documentation, observation and deep-interview, the findings of this article show the local wisdom carried by this school to practice traditional game-based learning and habituation to the local language, namely Javanese. In addition, learning based on local wisdom is able to increase the love of the homeland to learners. That's because the module “dolananku” presents a variety of traditional games that come from various regions in Indonesia. Thus, students know that their country, Indonesia has a variety of cultures that produce diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Islamization in Banyumas based on the Babad Banyumas manuscript. This study traces the process of Islam entering Banyumas which began with the strong influence of the Demak Kingdom as the center of political power and the spread of Islam in Java. The role of important figures such as Ki Dipati Wargautama and the Sultan of Demak were identified as key in introducing Islamic teachings to the Banyumas community. The Babad Banyumas manuscript describes the gradual acceptance of Islam by the community, although it was marked by challenges from previously dominant traditional beliefs. This study aims to reveal how the Islamization process took place in Banyumas as narrated in the Babad Banyumas, identify key figures who played a role in the spread of Islam, and analyze the dynamics of interaction between Islam and traditional beliefs at that time. This study uses a qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach. Through text study, the Babad Banyumas manuscript is analyzed as a primary source to reveal the narrative of the Islamization process in Banyumas. The analysis includes the structure, context, and content of the text to understand the meaning and message contained. Literature studies from secondary sources such as books, journals, and related research are used to strengthen the data. The results of the study show that Islamization in Banyumas is a dynamic process, full of challenges, but takes place with a peaceful approach that prioritizes social harmony.Keywords: Islamization, Babad Banyumas, Islamic preaching.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of the family's role in preventing religious radicalism and promoting religious moderation through digital religious literacy. The research aims to explore the level of family digital literacy among Muslims in Cirebon and its role in strengthening family resilience as a key element in addressing potential radical challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach with questionnaire surveys and interviews, the study reveals that religious conflicts in Indonesia, particularly in Cirebon, stem from factors like low religious literacy among millennials, driven by a lack of interest in reading and a limited understanding of religious teachings. Technology and social media exacerbate these conflicts, involving violations of religious freedom, intolerance, and blasphemy, persisting despite regulations and threatening multicultural harmony. Family resilience, encompassing economic, psychosocial, and socio-cultural aspects, plays a crucial role in countering religious radicalism. As the smallest social institution, the family transmits values, with economic resilience preventing the infiltration of radical ideas. Empowering families as moderation agents is vital, and strategies for enhancing family digital literacy, including education and awareness campaigns, monitoring online activities, promoting quality information sources, developing critical thinking skills, and using content filters, contribute to building resilience against radical influences. The study's results are expected to enrich academic literature by applying the concept of family resilience, specifically in preventing radicalism and promoting religious moderation. The findings strive for a direct impact on practical efforts to prevent radicalism, contributing to the formation of an inclusive and moderate society.Keywords: Family Resilience, Digital Religious Literacy, Religious Moderation
