Abstract

Sejak tahun 2008, seiring dengan terus menurunnya kinerja di PT. XYZ, lebih dari sepertiga karyawan mengundurkan diri. Kebanyakan karyawan tersebut adalah karyawan manajerial yang memiliki pengaruh pada perusahaa. Survey, menunjukkan bahwa ada alas an mengundurkan diri adalah ketidakpuasan karyawan yang menyebabkan mereka enggan terlibat sepenuhnya atau engage dengan perusahaan. Ketidakpuasan tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya perhatian perusahaan pada aspek-aspek pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan benefitserta penilaian manajemen/kinerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di PT. XYZ terdapat empat dari delapan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan karyawan untuk tetap bertahan di dalam perusahaan dengan kondisi ekomomi yang kurang menguntungkan. Keempat faktor tersebut adalah lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, kerjasama yang efektif, perhatian perusahaan terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, dan kesempatan meningkatkan kinerja.Berdasarkan hasil survey, dirancang suatu strategi untuk meningkatkan human resources retention pada PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terpetakannya reference group paling kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli konsumen produk kecantikan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian konsumen yang pernah membeli produk kecantikan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi yang dilakukan, dari 114 responden, 98,3% merupakan pembeli produk kecantikan. 67,5% responden mengeluarkan biaya Rp 100.001 - Rp 500.000 untuk membeli produk kecantikan. Pihak yang mempengaruhi pembelian adalah Teman, Beauty Reviewer, Saudara, Pasangan, dan Orang Tua. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai siapa sajakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli konsumen produk kecantikan.

Abstract

Stock price is an important part of fundings in a company. On the other hand, this component is very dependent on the macro situation of the company which will affect the management-decision-making. This reflects that management’s actions manage corporate earnings are not based on internal source but also from the external factors. This study discusses about external factors that can affect management’s action is the exchange rate. This research has a purpose to analyze the impact of exhange rate to earning management by using stock price as intervening variable. This research used secondary data. The population in this study are Top Asean Stars blue-chip companies from various industry sectors contained in Asean Exchanges 2015-2017. The population in this study comes from 3 ASEAN countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The sample are selected using purposive sampling method and there are 161 companies that meet the criteria of the sample. The method used for earning management’s calculation is Modified Jones Model. This study used multiple linear regression methods and path analysis. The results showed that stock prices is not an intervening variable for exchanges rate on earning management.

Abstract

Objectives on this research is to find out sveral variables affecting effectiveness on e-learning programme conducted by PT Telkomsel Indonesia for its Base Station Subsystem Engineer. Using Computer Based Instruction approaching model from Lowe et all,2005 (A theory of effective computer-based instruction for adults) combined with integrated model of training evaluation and effectivenes from Alvarez et all, 2010, construct of his research was built. By means of those model, some hypotheses has been made: individual characteristics of learner, organizational characteristics and in the same tie those three variables causality related to e-learning effectiveness. Method used in this research is descriptive and assosiative research to describe samples behaviour wihtin research framework as well as finding out correlation among independent variables to dependent one. Using 100 BSS engineer all over Telkomsel area, results of this research proves that there are significant correlations among three variables above to elearning effectiveness conducted by PT. Telkomsel Indonesia and causality of variables can be proved

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is characterized by rapidly increasing assets, third party funds, and financing. Islamic banks as financial intermediaries are required to be able to distribute the funds in the form of financing to communities who need of funds. Due to the funding provided is supposed to increase bank profits. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the role of financing decisions to financial performance on Islamic banking. In this study the financial performance measured by return on equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are cinsist of mudharaba financing (MUD), Musharaka financing (MUS), murabaha financing (MUR), Ijara financing (IJR), and qordul hasan financing (QORD). We also use firm size as a control variable. Samples in this study were eight islamic banks in Indonesia. We use multiple regression analyzes with the aid program as E-views, with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that variable of musharaka financing, murabaha financing, and firm size have a significant effect on profitability. While variable of mudaraba financing, ijara financing and qord financing no significant effect on islamic bank performance.

Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya dinamika persaingan di industri logistik yang selalu berevolusi, kegiatan operasional yang terus berkembang, dan pasar yang makin luas, serta tidak tercapainya sasasan dan strategi yang ditetapkan, SBN memandang perlu untuk menciptakan nilai/ laba dan keunggulan sumber daya yang dimiliki dengan melakukan penyempurnaan model bisnis menggunakan kanvas model bisnis. Hasil studi memberikan manyimpulkan bahwa Sumber Daya Kunci yang dimiliki berupa Aset dan SDM menjadi driver untuk penyempurnaan elemen yang lain pada kanvas model bisnis usaha bongkar muat dan EMKL SBN. Hasil studi juga memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk menyiapkan sumber daya internal dalam merealisasikan strateginya kedepan.

Abstract

The positive psychology and positive organizational behavior approach has grown rapidly in the last decade. This research was designed to find the relationship between strengths use and psychological capital (PsyCap). Survey questionnaires are administered to Indonesian employee, most of them in managerial level. After that, several simple regression procedures are performed. The main finding is that the strengths used among Indonesian manager is low. The low score can be attributable to the mindset dimension of strengths use. Other finding is that, although have a positive significant correlation coefficients with PsyCap, the strengths use in the workplace is a weak predictor of PsyCap. Some discussions about the findings and managerial implication is presented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan strategi untuk peningkatan kinerja operasi pada perusahaan jasa bongkar – muat dan mengiplementasikan metode lean thinking pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari riset ini ditemukan bahwa perusahaan menginginkan peningkatan kinerja operasi sebanyak 3 BCH (Box Crane Hours) di tahun 2020. Tetapi kinerja operasi perusahaan sekarang tidak bisa mencapai target tersebut, karena terdapat beberapa temuan masalah yang terjadi, seperti banyaknya idle di beberapa aktivitas. Untuk itu alternatif solusi dan strategi yang diberikan adalah strategi CRM (Consumer Relationship Management), allocation truck, dan split area.  Terdapat rangkaian rantai pasok yang panjang dalam bisnis jasa bongkar – muat dan cukup banyak entitas yang terlibat sekitar 7 entitas, dimulai dari pemilik barang, penyedia ekspedisi dan lain-lain. Dalam penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada entitas penyedia jasa bongkar – muat container dan khusus di Dermaga Serbaguna Nusantara (DSN). Berdasarkan analisis terhadap kinerja operasi terdapat beberapa akar penyebab masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan, dengan begitu hasil temuan yang disarakan adalah Allocation truck, Split Area dan Customer Relationship Management. Perusahaan bisa memanfaatkan hasil temuan ini untuk mengetahui gambaran yang lebih obyektif mengenai operasi bisnis yang dilakukan selama ini dan bisa mencapai target kinerja 3 tahun ke depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel, apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja personel, apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja personel dan apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja personel. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah para Personel Militer /TNI di Makosek Hanudnas I yang berjumlah 184 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan, motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan kinerja personel, variabel pelatihan dinotasikan sebagai variabel X1, variabel motivasi kerja dinotasikan sebagai variabel X2, variabel kompetensi dinotasikan sebagai variabel X3, sedangkan variabel kinerja personel dinotasikan sebagai variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel, terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja personel, terdapat pengaruh antara Kompetensi terhadap kinerja personel dan terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Personel Militer/TNI di Makosek Hanudnas I. This research is conducted to find out the influence of training to personnel performance, the influence of work motivation to personnel performance, the influence of competence to personnel performance and the influence of training, work motivation and competence altogether to personnel performance. The subjects of this research are 184 employees of Makosek Hanudnas I.Variable used in this research are training, work motivation, competence and employees performance. Training is noted as X1 variable; work motivation as X2 variable; and competence as X3 variable, while employees performance is noted as Y variable. The data obtained from the research was analysed using multiple linier regression. The result showed that there are influences of training to personnel performance, influences of work motivation to personnel performance, influences of competence to personnel performance and influences of training, work motivation and competence altogether to personnel performance at Makosek Hanudnas I.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze purchasing behavior and to determine the most dominant factor influencing purchase intention of halal labeled medicines of Muslim consumers in Central Java. Sample of 244 respondents are used in this study. Data is collected using questionnaire with judgment sampling technique and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique using AMOS. Theory of Planned Behavior model is used to identify factors influence purchasing decision and behavior. Today's society pays little attention to the halal label when buying and or consuming medicine and food products. The results of the study found that subjective norms, attitudes, and behavioral control perceptions have an influence on consumer purchase intentions to buy halal labeled medicines. Subjective norms have the most dominant influence on purchase intentions. Furthermore, subjective norms have a significant effect on consumer attitudes toward halal labeled medicines. This results show that significant people around consumer or social environment factors such as family and friends have a strong influence in consumer purchasing decision making. This study supports the previous research on consumer purchase intention.
