The instrument used for the study was pilot tested with the use of Cronbach Alpha 0.859 was obtained respectively. Out of the 756 copies of questionnaire distributed, 752 were valid for analyses. Inferential statistics of one sample t-test, was used to test the data collected. Results: The results revealed that the staff of federal universities in north central zone Nigeria are poor in practice of cancer prevention strategies with P-value of 0.11 at 0.05 level of significance. Conclusions: Based on the results, the following conclusion was drawn; Cancer prevention strategies practice is poor among staff in Federal Universities of North-central Zone, Nigeria. Abstract

Background: Residents of the Pacar Village, Rembang Subdistrict community generally have dug wells, these wells are used for daily needs such as washing, bathing, cooking and others. In addition, the disposal of domestic household waste is generally through sewers which lead directly to the sea. That is because the condition of the house is a few meters from the sea. Dug wells that are close to sea water, the routine habits of poor domestic waste disposal, have the potential to contaminate dug well water. If this happens then the water condition is not suitable for consumption. Therefore we need a study to find out the quality of ground water (dug wells) in the area. Methods: This type of quantitative research uses random random sampling with research samples of 30 dug wells, data analysis is performed using Spearman's correlation test. Results: There is a correlation between the distance of dug wells to the shoreline against TDS (p< 0,000, r = + 0,717), salinity of dug well water (p<0,000, r = + 0,711) and there is no correlation between distance and temperature (P=0,475, r = -0,137).Conclusions: There is an influence between the distance of dug wells on the value of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Salinity and there is no influence between the distance to the temperature. Dug well water in Pacar Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency.

The existing problems indicate that the implementation of Posbindu PTM was still rare in people aged 15-18 years, while the risk factors for PTM occur when they were 15 years old, such as the smoking behavior that often occurs in students of SMAN 3 Cibinong. Methods: The research method was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies, and FGDs. There were 8 informants in this study, namely the School Principal, UKS Trustee, Sie. PTM District Health Office of Bogor, and peer tutors.Result: The first input component was the HR variable, there were limitations in HR performance, the second was financing variables are following with the theory, and the third was policy variables have no specific health policies in SMAN 3 Cibinong and the Posbindu PTM policy in the District Health Office Bogor was still in the process of planning, and the forth variables of infrastructure were following with the theory. The first process component was registration/recording variables have never been done, the second is PTM risk factor interview variables have never been done, the third is measurement variables have never been done, the forth is examination variables have never been done, and the fifth is variable counseling/education has done but not related to PTM.Conclusion: Then the output/evaluation of the input and process components shows that the implementation of Posbindu PTM in SMAN 3 Cibinong is not optimal because some elements of the input components and processes are still not implemented or need to be followed upon.

The population was 110 students in eleventh grade. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling with a sample size of 52 female students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Wilcoxon Test. Results: Students had adequate knowledge (71.2%) before being given health education and had good knowledge (100%) after being given health education. There was a significant effect of health education on knowledge in students with a p-value of 0.000 (p = 0.000 <0.05).Conclusion: There is a significant effect of health education about BSE on knowledge in students of SMA 1 Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta.

Based on the four behaviors of the Health Belief Model factor, there was a significant relationship between perceived susceptibility (p = 0.005), perceived severity (p = 0.013), and perceived benefit (p = 0.013) with treatment adherence. While the perceived barrier factor did not correlate significantly (p = 0.446).Conclusion : Conclusion from research is patients who treated tuberculosis in Sukoharjo had low adherence levels (43%). Non-adherence was still associated with susceptibility, severity, and perceived benefits of treatment, whereas from the side of the barrier there is no problem because tuberculosis drug is provided free of charge.
