Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penjamah makanan adalah orang yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan makanan dan peralatan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pembersihan, pengolahan, pengangkutan, sampai penyajian. Penjamah makanan mempunyai peluang besar untuk menularkan penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan keracunan makanan. Hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan merupakan syarat utama agar tidak terjadi kontaminasi penyakit terhadap makanan yang disajikan.  Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi praktik hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan adalah pengetahuan dan sikap. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada wawancara yang dilakukan pada penjamah makanan di sepanjang Jalan Raya Tajem Maguwoharjo, 5 dari 8 orang penjamah makanan tidak mengetahui tentang hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan praktik hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan di sepanjang jalan Raya Tajem Maguwoharjo, Yogyakartatahun 2017.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua penjamah makanan di sepanjang Jalan Raya Tajem Maguwoharjo. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-square.Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan praktik hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan  di  sepanjang  Jalan  Raya  Tajem  (p=0,095)  dan  ada  hubungan  antara  sikap dengan  praktik  hygiene  sanitasi  penjamah  makanan  disepanjang  Jalan  Raya  Tajem dengan (p=0,032).Kesimpulan:  Pengetahuan  tidak  ada  hubungan  dengan  praktik  hygiene  sanaitasi penjamah   makanan   karena   disamping   pengetahuan   masih   ada   faktor   lain   yang berpengaruh lebih kuat, sedangkan sikap ada hubungan dengan praktik hygiene sanitasi penjamah makanan karena sikap menentukan tingkah laku yang akan dikerjakan.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada sektor formal telah terlaksana dengan baik dan dikelola secara profesional oleh pemilik usaha serta mendapat monitoring yang baik dari kementerian tenaga kerja RI. Pelaksanaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada tempat kerja sektor informaltergantung dari pemahaman dan kemauan untuk melindungi tenaga kerja, barang, alat serta hasil produksi yang dihasilkan.Keberadaan kader pos UKK dan pembimbing kesehatan kerja dapat menjadi fasilitator dalam pelaksanaan kesehatan kerja sektor informal, namun dalam kenyataannya program dari puskesmas baru sekedar membentuk pos UKK.Metode Peneltian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Dinas kesehatan Provinsi DIY, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta, Puskesmas di wilayah kerja dinas kesehatan kabupaten sleman dan kota Yogyakarta beserta kader Pos UKK di wilayah tersebut. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 6 responden. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan penyusunan transkrip data hasil wawancara kemudian dilakukan reduksi data dengan menggabungkan data yang sama dari subyek-subyek yang berbeda, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kesimpulan.Hasil peneltian diketahui bahwa kebijakan dari dinas kesehatan belum secara spesifik dikeluarkan, dinas kesehatanan sebatas meneruskan regulasi yang ada dari kementerian kesehatan RI dan melakukan sosialisasi maupun fasilitasi. Penganggaran dan kegiatan belum spesifik untuk target pekerjaan pada pos UKK namun pelaksanaan kesehatan kerja dijadikan satu pada kegiatan lain di masyarakat. Kesimpulannya dinas kesehatan belum memiliki kebijakan yang spesifik, tanaga fungsional pembimbing kesehatan kerja belum ada di Puskesmas dan program kerja belum berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

The scope of breast milk (ASI) must always be increased with various effort according to the conditions of the community. Availability of nutritions and limited of funds are the factors that make to increase in the Caturharjo region that exclusive breast milk. One of effort is to teach PKK mothers to be able to reinventing waste benefits. Community service activities with Caturharjo village cadres can reach a wider area and PKK who are always in direct contact with posyandu activities in each hamlet. Activities carried out in the form of conseling and training with direct demonstrations. The results of activities attended by 91 health cadres have given results that there is an increase in the understanding of health cadres mothers about the use waste from average of 7.2 to 8.25 on a scale of 0-10 points. Health cadres are able to carry out breastfeeding correctly and safely. Abstract

Background: Quality of service is an important indicator in measuring patient satisfaction. Based on the results of a preliminary study in 10 patients, in terms of the dimension of reliability quality, 30% said satisfied and 70% less satisfied; in terms of the dimension of empathy quality, 20% said very satisfied and 80% satisfied; in terms of the dimension of assurance, 90% said satisfied and 10% unsatisfied; in terms of the dimension of responsiveness, 10% said very satisfied, 80% satisfied and 10% less satisfied; in terms of the dimension of tangible, 90% said satisfied and 10% less satisfied. the aim of this study is to identify the association between dimension of health service quality and patient satisfaction in Maternal & Child Health and Family Planning Polyclinic at Pimary Healthcare Center (PHC) of Gedongtengen, Yogyakarta. Methods: This research employed a descriptive analytical method with cross sectional approach. The population consisted of 170 respondents. Samples were taken using purposive sampling, resulting in 119 respondents as samples. Data were statistically tested using Kendall?s Tau. Results: The  results of statistical test indicated  that there was a correlation between the dimension of reliability, empathy, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible to patient satisfaction. Conclusion: There are correlations of the dimensions of reliability, empathy, assurance, responsiveness and tangible with patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is very important for women and it would be better if they already have knowledge about BSE since adolescence and perform BSE since early period of time. Lack of appropriate and adequate information, especially about breast self-examination, makes female adolescents unable to detect breast cancer early. In fact, breast cancer is one that causes death in women. The efforts to increase knowledge of adolescents is health education. This study aim to identify the effect of health education about BSE on knowledge in eleventh grade students of SMA 1 Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta.Methods: This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was 110 students in eleventh grade. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling with a sample size of 52 female students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Wilcoxon Test.Results: Students had adequate knowledge (71.2%) before being given health education and had good knowledge (100%) after being given health education. There was a significant effect of health education on knowledge in students with a p-value of 0.000 (p = 0.000 <0.05).Conclusion: There is a significant effect of health education about BSE on knowledge in students of SMA 1 Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The UKs PAUD program is an integrated cross-program and cross-sectoral effort in order to improve health status as well as establishing clean and healthy life behavior of early childhood children. UKS is implemented in three main programs (TRIAS UKS) which includes health education, health services, and healthy school environment where if TRIAS UKS is implemented optimally it can improve health status and reduce morbidity in learners. This activities to improve teachers' knowledge about PHBS as one of the strategies of achieving the success of UKS PAUD. Training in PAUD teachers is conducted by lecture and health question and answer related to PHBS with power point and LCD media for 90 minutes. The result of the level of knowledge of early childhood teachers on PHBS prior to training is largely high ie 72%, the level of knowledge of early childhood teachers on PHBS after being given training is mostly high ie 90%. Abstract

Dampak negatif dari pemborosan makanan telah lama dikaitkan dengan hubungan erat antara makanan yang terbuang dan kerawanan pangan, mengingat secara global sepertiga dari makanan yang dihasilkan dari konsumsi manusia telah dibuang. Meskipun penelitian ilmiah dapat menginformasikan praktik pengurangan limbah makanan, sehingga memangkas biaya operasional dan menghemat sumber daya bisnis, operator jasa makanan takut akan potensi kerusakan reputasi yang ditimbulkan sebagai akibat dari pengungkapan data tentang jumlah makanan yang terbuang di tempat mereka. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendapatkan persetujuan dari penyedia jasa makanan maka untuk mengambil bagian dalam penelitian ilmiah tentang limbah makanan bisa menjadi sulit. Sebagian besar penyedia layanan makanan tidak dapat menugaskan anggota staf yang berdedikasi untuk mencatat pemborosan makanan karena kekurangan staf dan sibuk beroperasi pada layanan makanan. Keengganan industri untuk berkolaborasi dengan akademisi, menjelaskan mengapa kehadiran peneliti di dapur restoran dengan tujuan audit limbah makanan tidak selalu ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan limbah makanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 artikel penelitian yang diambil dari database Scopus. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan limbah makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan sampah makanan, baik yang berpengaruh, berpengaruh negatif, bahkan tidak berpengaruh. Penelitian lain juga menunjukkan pengaruh pengelolaan limbah makanan terhadap variabel lain, yaitu sirkular bioekonomi.

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja yang tinggi merupakan faktor resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Faktor kelelahan kerja karena jam kerja dan masa kerja yang lama. Sehingga tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara shift kerja dan masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pengemudi angkutan batu bara. Metode Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan simple random sampling pada pengemudi angkutan batu bara di PT. Bukit Makmur Kalimantan Selatan yang berjumlah 71 orang dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Mann- Whitney tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil menunjukkan responden yang bekerja pada shift malam dan mengalami kelelahan sedang berjumlah 18 orang (25.4%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat diperoleh nilai p = 0.022 (p<0.05). Responden yang mempunyai masa kerja lama dan mengalami kelelahan sedang berjumlah 22 orang (31.0%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat diperoleh nilai p = 0.000 (p<0.05). Kesimpulan bahwa shift kerja dan masa kerja merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada pengemudi angkutan batu bara di PT. Bukit Makmur Kalimantan Selatan.
