Abstract

Komodo National Park. The purpose of this research is to find out the potential and packaging of marine tourism packages that have not been optimized in Komodo National Park.Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The informant determination technique in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study show that in Komodo National Park there are fourteen potential Marine tourism. The marine tourism potential consists of Pink Beach, Siaba Besar, Kanawa Island, Batu Bolong, Kalong Island, Crystal Rock, Taka Makassar, The Cauldron, Manta Point, Kelor Island, Waecicu Beach, Pede Beach, Rangko Cave and Ujung Village. These potentials can be packaged into 3 tour packages, namely, Komodo Dive Tour with Full Day Tour activities, Labuan Bajo City Tour with Full Day Tour tourism activities and Komodo Oversea Tour with 3 day 2 tour activities Nights.

Abstract

One of the factors for someone to visit a tourist attraction is because of brand awareness and brand loyalty. Both of these can increase, reach and retain consumers or visitors in deciding to visit an attraction. One of the known attractions in Bali is the Monkey Forest. This research was conducted to know the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on the decision of visitors to visit the tourist attraction of Monkey Forest Ubud. The operational definition of the variables used in this study uses brand awareness (X1), brand loyalty (X2) and visiting decisions (X3) variables. Data collection techniques using observation, literature study, interviews and distributing questionnaires with the help of google form. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula so that 100 respondents were found. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive quantitative with ordinal regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Fitting Information Model has a significance value of 0.000 0 (0.05), indicating that there is a strong correlation between Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty simultaneously on the decision to visit the Monkey Forest Ubud tourist attraction, in a positive direction. This can be seen based on the results of the Pseudo R-Square table showing that the coefficient of determination (R square) includes the Cox and Snell value of 0.770 (77.0%), Nagelkerke's 0.817 (81.7%) and the McFaden value of 0.513 (51.3%). That is, the Nagelkertke coefficient (81.7%) which means that 81.7 brand awareness and brand loyalty variables affect the decision to visit, while 18.3% is influenced by other factors not included in the model test.

Abstract

GrabCar is an internet-based transportation service that can be accessed through an online application that rejuvenates users/tourists, but there are some complaints from users or tourists when using GrabCar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of GrabCar Driver service quality on the satisfaction of domestic tourists in Badung Regency, Bali. The operational definition of variables used in this study is X, Y and characteristics. The sampling technique uses accindental sampling with a total of 100 respondents, namely domestic tourists who have used GrabCar in Badung Regency, Bali. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. This research is quantitative descriptive by using simple linear regression analysis as data analysis. This study uses descriptive data analysis which is processed using the SPSS 25.0 application for windows. The results of simple linear regression analysis through partial testing of the effect of variable X on Y show that the t test obtains a significant value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that the service quality variable has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The R square determinant coefficient value is 0.630, service quality affects domestic tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables such as competition variables, price variables, trust variables, for the Grab manager must improve facilities, maintain the company's image, hospitality to tourists/ passengers, and improve CHSE standards.

Abstract

Green marketing mix is an important field of study for companies because it provides opportunities for competitive advantage that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the effect of green marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Beach Voluntrip product at PT. Gemilang Media Wisatama (Travelxism) partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods and data collection techniques including observation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this research include research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling technique and saturation sampling by distributing questionnaires to domestic tourists aged ? 17 years who had purchased Beach Voluntrip product at Travelxism. The results state that green marketing mix variable has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing decision variable partially and simultaneously. Based on the research results, Travelxism is advised to intensify promotions targeting tourists with an age range of 17-25 years on social media, diversify eco-friendly tourism products and provide competitive prices so they can compete with alternative tourism products and other conventional tourism products.

Abstract

Glamping activities have become one of the trends in the world of tourism, making many tourism industry managers compete in fulfilling this trend. Taman Danu Camp is one of the Glamping areas in Bedugul. The existence of this competition makes Taman Danu Canp have to maximize marketing strategies to increase sales of Glamping rooms. This study used data collection techniques, namely observation, library studies, questionnaires, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The results showed that the marketing strategy at Taman Danu Camp, SO (strength Opportunity) Strategy: strategies to increase and maintain excellence and strategies to expand market share. WO (weakness opportunity) strategy: a strategy to improve product quality and a strategy to improve service quality to tourists. ST strategy (strength threats): strategies to maintain a positive image of Glamping both in the community and in the perception of tourists and strategies to expand cooperation. WT (weakness threats) strategy: strategies to improve the quality of products and services and strategies to improve the quality of resources.

Abstract

Subak Teba Majalangu is an educational tourist destination located in the village of Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City. This place offers nature-based educational tourism activities with Balinese history and culture as its main attraction. This research aims to design an educational tourism concept for Subak Teba Majalangu. Type of This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The design of the educational tourism model in the research consists of tutorial and exploration learning methods. The purpose of tutorial learning is to provide basic knowledge about various things found in Subak Teba Majalangu. Majalangu. Exploration learning aims to increase the visitors' knowledge and understanding by directly seeing the object of learning.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the internal and external factors of the development of tourism and the creative economy of the city of Surakarta, so that it can be seen the right strategy to develop tourism based on the creative economy. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis were selected in this study. The internal environment was analyzed based on 4A potentials (attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancilliary) while the external environment was analyzed based on PEST factors (Political, Economic, Social and Technological). The scores obtained on the IFAS and EFAS metrics are in the category of Aggressive strategy, and the short-term strategy that can be applied is the SO (Strength - Opportunity) strategy.

Abstract

The quality of local tour guide services is a factor in consideration of tourist satisfaction when visiting a tourist attraction. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of local guide services on the satisfaction of domestic tourists at Luhur Uluwatu Temple. The operational definitions of the variables used in this study are service quality (X) and tourist satisfaction (Y). The sampling technique in this study was taken by accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The respondents of this study were domestic tourists who used the services of local tour guides in tourist areas outside the Uluwatu sublime temple. While this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. In this study using data collection techniques, namely observation, literature study, questionnaires, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The results of a simple linear regression analysis through partial testing of the effect of variable X on Y in table 4.30 produce F count = 29,270 at a significance of 0.001 T table 1,984 at a significance of 0.001 <0.005, so that it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of local tour guide services on the satisfaction of domestic tourists at Pura Luhur Uluwatu.
