Abstract

The study population was a nurse inpatient Islam Sultan Agung Hospital Semarang with a sample of 160 respondents from the formula slovin using purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Based on the partial test, the direct influence of perceived organizational support, justice and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 0.799; 0,072 and 0,000. Direct influence perceptions of support and justice organization on organizational commitment of each of 0001 and 0000. While the mediating effect organisional commitments on support and influence perceptions of organizational justice organizational citizenship behavior toward each are 0.178 and 0.314. The conclusions of this study there was no influence perceived of organizational support and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. There is the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. There is a direct direct effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational commitment. Proven organizational commitment has mediating effects of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain influence the service quality and service innovation, partial or simultaneous to the consumer satisfaction of Buah Hati Hospital Kudus The sampling uses incidental sampling technique. The numbers of respondents are 116 respondents. The methods used to collect the data are method observation, interview method and questionnaire method. Analysis of data using multiple linier regression with SPSS version 20. The thing prove that there is the influence of the service quality  and services innovation simultaneously positive and significant on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is the service quality and service innovation influential in partial and simultaneous to consumer satisfaction. So it could be explained that the higher quality of service and improved service innovation, the consumer satisfaction steadily grew.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the facility and promotion of visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable in Semarang citys attractions. The population in this study is a visitor attraction Semarang: Marine Tourism (Marina), Nature (Goa Kreo Gunung Pati), Religious Tourism (Sam Poo Kong temple), History (Lawang Sewu). The samples used in this study were 116 people by using accidental sampling with non-probability sampling approach. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire.Data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. These results indicate that the facilities and the promotion directly affects customer satisfaction attractions of Semarang, the decision has been direct influence on satisfaction, facilities and promotion have an influence on satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable. Conclusions from this research is proven that a decision can be mediated effect visiting facilities and promotion of satisfaction.

Abstract

Foreign language skills in present global era  becomes an important thing to be mastered. Its becomes background of the rapidly growth of foreign language learning in Indonesia, one of them is Japanese Education Program in Semarang State University (Unnes). Students who are studying Japanese in Japanese Education Program of Unnes had different sufficient knowledge of the Japanese language, either the different interest in Japanese language. Not all of the students in this study program have an interest in Japanese since the beginning of college entrance. However, after through the Japanese learning process, there are students who are experienced of interests changes in Japanese, either the increased interest or decreased interest. Based on the explanation, the research issues are what the kind of interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students, and what factors are  influencing that interests changes. The purpose of this research are to know the interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students and to know the factors that influencing that interests changes. The research used descriptive quantitative approach. Research collecting data used questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire type is a mix type of open and closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed used descriptive quantitative method. The research result showed 32,5% of interests changes in Japanese of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students. The changes is 12,5% of increased interest and 20% of decreased interest. The factors that influencing the interests changes is dominated by feeling or emotions factor(87%).

Abstract

The  purpose  ofthis  studyistoexamineandanalyze  thefinancial  ratio  is  measuredwithCurrent  Ratio,  Debt  to Equity  Ratio,  Total  Asset  Turnover,  Return  On  Asset,  Price  to  Book  Value  towards  share  return.  The populationin  this  study  areallReal  Estate  and  Property  Industri  Listed  inthe  indonesia  stock  exchange since period 2012-2013, with the total of47companys. Thestudysamplewas takenby purposive sampling method, with the  total  of  31company.  This  study  usesdata  analysisof  multiple  linear  regression  analysis  to  estimated  of dependent variable’s value from independent variable’s. Based onthe research results, it can be known that only price to book value has a significant effect toward share return and for current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on asset has not a significant effect toward share return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh antara Keadilan Distributif dan Keadilan Prosedural pada Komitmen Afektif melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Tanjung Kreasi Parquet Industry (TKPI) Temanggung dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan proportionate random sampling yang diketahui sebesar 96 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara variabel Keadilan Distributif dan Keadilan Prosedural pada Komitmen Afektif. Kepuasan Kerja terbukti mempunyai pengaruh mediasi hubungan Keadilan Distributif dan Keadilan Prosedural pada Komitmen Afektif yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisen total jalur > nilai koefisen pengaruh langsung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test relationship marketing, perceived service quality, dan corporate social responsibility toward PT Phintraco Securities Branch Office Semarang Company’s Image. The population in this research is 913 customers of Phintraco Securities Branch Office Semarang per December 2014. The act of samples determining used slovin formula, with 91 respondents by using proportional random sampling. There are positive and significant effect on perceived service quality toward company’s image. While relationship marketing, and corporate social responsibility influenced positively but insignificant toward company’s image. This research suggested that the company need to improve the resources quality through training or workshop in order to be more perceptive and better in responding to customers’ needs. Future researchers will add more variables presumably able to improve corporate image.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan mengetahui untuk memprediksi dan menganalisi pengaruh liquditas (current ratio dan working capital to total asset), profitabilitas (return on asset, return on equity dan profit margin on sales) dan laverage (reterend earning to total assets) terhadap kondisi Financial Distress perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2011 sebanyak 158 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu sampel yang dipilh dengan syaraat kriteria tertentu sehingga menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 perusahaan manufaktur. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu regresi logit, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t (uji parsial). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi Financial distress perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Return on Asset , Return on Equity, Working Capital, Profit Margin on Sales, Reteren Earning to Total Asset dan Current Ratio. Hasil uji simultan menunjukan semua variabel secara simultan tidak dapat mempengaruhi kondisi financial distress perusahaan. Dan hasil uji parsial menunjukan Return on Asset dan Reteren Earning to Total Asset berpengaruah terhadap kondisi financial distress perusahaan dan Variabel Return on Equity, Working Capital, Profit Margin on Sales dan Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap kondisi financial distress perusahaan. Kata kunci : Current Ratio, Financial distress, Profit Margin on Sales, Return on Asset , Return on Equity, Reteren Earning to Total Asset dan Working Capital. ABSTRACK The purpose of knowing to predict and analyze the influence of liquditas ( current ratio and working capital to total assets ) , profitability ( return on assets , return on equity and profit margin on sales ) and laverage ( reterend earnings to total assets ) of the companys financial distress . The population in this study is a manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) 2009-2011 as many as 158 companies . The selection of the sample using purposive sampling method chosen samples with syaraat specific criteria resulting in a total sample of 115 manufacturing companies . Analysis of the data used is logit regression , and hypothesis testing consisting of t test ( partial test ) and test f ( simultaneous test ) . The dependent variable in this study is the companys financial distress . While the independent variable in this study is the Return on Assets , Return on Equity , Working Capital , Profit Margin on Sales , Reteren Earning to Total Assets and Current Ratio . The test results showed simultaneous all variables simultaneously can not affect the companys financial distress . And partial assay results showed Reteren Return on Assets and Earnings to Total Assets berpengaruah the companys financial distress and Variable Return on Equity , Working Capital , Profit Margin on Sales and the current ratio does not affect the companys financial distress . Keywords : Current Ratio, Financial distress Return on Assets, Profit Margin on Sales Return on Equity, Reteren Earning to Total Assets and Working Capital.
