Abstract

SARI Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reaksi pasar modal dengan melakukan penelitian perbedaan abnormal return dan volume perdagangan sebelum dan setelah kenaikan harga BBM 22 Juni 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan event study, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 37 perusahaan sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal bereaksi terhadap peristiwa pengumuman kenaikan BBM 22 Juni 2013. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda rata-rata terhadap abnormal return pada periode sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, sedangkan untuk hasil uji beda rata-rata trading volume activity (TVA) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada periode sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa pengumuman kenaikan harga BBM 22 Juni 2013. Kata Kunci : Abnormal Return, Event Study, Kenaikan BBM, Trading Volume Activity (TVA). ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the reaction of capital market by using a research about the differences of abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after refined fuel oil increment at June 22th 2013. This research use event study approach, the sample that use in this research are 37 companies sample. The result of this research showed that capital market reacted towards announcement of refined fuel oil increment phenomenon at June 22th 2013. Based on the result of the different average experiment towards abnormal returnin before and after announcement showed there not significant differences, whereas the result of different average experiment trading volume activity (TVA) showed there has differences in before and after announcement of refined fuel oil phenomenon on June 22th 2013. Abstract

This study aims to knowing the marketing strategies applied to the company through social media and promotions that can influence and build consumer loyalty. The population in this study is all Zalora consumer. The number of samples is 110 respondents. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. The data collection is using the questionnaire/question form. The method of data analysis is using SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modelling) with tool analysis is IBM SPSS AMOS 21 program. The results of the study shows that the research design using variable social media, product position, promotion, purchase decision, satisfaction, and  loyalty that these models generally well/fit accepted by the result of calculation of index values that meet the criteria for goodness of fit index. The hypothesis presented in this study are 10 hypothesis with 5 hypothesis result has a significant influence (p<0.05) and 5 other hypothesis has a not influence with significant value (p>0.05). The conclusion of this study proves that the higher implementation of social media, it can improve on consumer loyalty, while promotion of the applied can’t influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the good effects of product and service quality to the customers loyalty Shop. The population of this study was shop customers Lima Jaya Shop, Pekalongan as much 100 respondents using Proportionate Random Sanpling method. The method used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by liker scale. Based on the partial test, direct influence of product quality to customer loyalty is 0,020 and direct influence of service quality to customer loyalty is 0,002. This study concludes that there  is  product  quality  and  service  quality  are  positive  and  significant  partially  store  customer  loyalty. Manajerial implications for the store should have to improve the low dimensional as product durability and conformance of products by providing quality product that include material qualification, theoretical implications of further research are expected to examine other variables such as the belief that it is possible to have a variable effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect simultaneously or partial management capabilities and characteristics of the business to business performance SMEs processed thorny palm products in Banjarnegara. The sample used was the whole subject that is as much as 32 SMEs. The dependent variable in this research is the business performance (Y) while the independent variable includes management capabilities (X1) and business characteristics (X2). Methods of data collection is using the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that management capabilities and business characteristics influence simultaneously on the business performance  significantly value of 0.000 < 0,05. Partial effect was also found in the independent variable on the dependent variable. Management capabilities affect the business performance significantly value of 0,017 < 0,05. Business characteristics affect the business performance significantly value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life employee on performance of PT Asaputex Jaya. Population and sample the study that all employees of PT Asaputex Jaya Tegal on the field finishing as many as 73 people. The sampling technique in the study is using a sampling of satutared. Methods of collection data using interview and questionnaire. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics program 21. The results showed that there was no influence between work motivation toward performance, there is the influence of organizational culture on performance, and there is no effect quality of work life on the performance. The conclusions this study are the work motivation has no significance effect on the employee performance, the organizational culture has positive and significant effect on the employee performance, and the quality  of work life has significant positive effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the direct and indirect effects of sales promotions, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable on impulsive buying decisions. Businessman needs to plan a promotion strategy and arrange the store to be more interesting so that the consumers are interested in doing an impulsive buying. The population in this study is all consumers in Clothing Stores Meilleur Ami Semarang that do the impulsive buying. The sampling in this study uses incidental sampling technique with total of 100 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire method. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.The results of this study show that the sales promotion variable affects the positive emotions of 0,242, the sales promotion affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.399, store environment affects the positive emotions of 0.374, a store environment affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.286, the influence of promotion on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotion at 0.491, and the influence of store environment on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotions at 0.428. Therefore, it can be concluded from this study that the sales promotion, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable affect directly and indirectly on impulsive buying. Furthermore, the suggestion for the company is that they should maximize the lighting in the room which is not getting light enough.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of liquidity ratio, retention, expense ratio, and the size of the company to the company’s solvability rate that proxied by the ratio of risk-based capital (RBC). Samples of thr research was sharia life insurance companies that publish financial statements in 2010-2013. There were 40 samples in this research by using purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that the expense ratio give significant affect to solvability rate of sharia life insurance company with a significance value of less than 0.05. While the liquidity ratio, the ratio of own retention and company size does not affect the companys solvability rate. The Advice given to investors who would buy insurance products do not need to pay attention to the liquidity ratio, and the size of the companys own retention in assessing the solvability rate of sharia life insurance companys as the third ratio did not affect the solvability rate. The Suggestions for the company is to maximize premiums in order to cover expenses due to the company expense ratio affect the solvency rate.
