Optimal supply of raw materials is an important factor in the fluency of the production process in a company. Reviews These raw materials can be controlled by using eertain methods, one of that is a Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method roomates has a better level of calculation accuracy than conventional methods. This study is quantitative research, the which has a goal to examine more deeply about the use of methods quantiy Economic Order (EOQ) in the cantrol af raw materials companies Brownies Burn Lyn's. The result Showed the optimal inventory of raw materials flour using EOQ method is 2445kg with a frequency of purchase as 5 times, safety stock is 248kg and ROP done at the time the raw material warehouse at 338kg and TIC Rp 2.945.963.00 optimal supplies of sugar with EOG method is 2998 kg, with a frequency of purchive as 6 uimes safety stock is 330 kg and ROP should be done at the time the raw 450kg while the TKR Rp3,46l 934,00.The quantity of supplies raw material warehouse material with EOG method is more efficient than the company conventional method inventary optimal inventory and total cost savings can be Obtained by the method of EOO so the company can gain the maximum profit. For the furture Similar themes of research on the subject of using optimal inventory in micro and medium enterprises is expected to compare with methods of optimal order invetory in order to Obtain more effective and efficient result.

Customers are getting smarter in determining transportation services that will be used to help all activities. This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience, customer trust and customer satisfaction on customer engagement. The population of this research is all the passengers of the Semarang-Brebes Kaligung Train. A sample of 160 respondents using incidental and purposive sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 23. The results showed that customer experience affects customer trust, customer experience influences customer satisfaction, customer experience influences customer engagement, customer trust influences customer satisfaction, customer trust affect customer engagement, customer satisfaction does not significant affect customer engagement. Suggestion from this research is Kaligung Train must continue to maintain and improve services and facilities so that the experience is better. Suggestions for further research are adding other variables or other factors related to this study and using different research objects

Performance is used to measure which targets are used and human resources in achieving company goals. Human resources have a large role for the success of the organization. Therefore, companies are required to develop human resources in order to have reliable skills so that they can win increasingly competitive competition. An employee who has high self-efficacy at work can also be a high resource for employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of leadership, work motivation, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk. Grobogan The population in this study were all employees working at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk., Grobogan with proportional random sampling data collection techniques and calculation samples using Slovin formula obtained as many as 158 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires, analytical methods using descriptive and multiple linear regression. (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Self-efficacy has a direct and significant effect on employee performance.

This aims of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee relations, and work environment on employee morale on employees of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Magelang Regency. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique and obtained a sample size that must be used is 130 employees. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the application of SPSS 22. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that three hypotheses were accepted. So it can be seen that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Transformational leadership, employee relation, and work environment together has a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of visual merchanding, sales promotion and shopping lifestyle toward impulse buying through positive emotion as an intervening variable. Positive emotion influence customers to make an impulse buying. The population in this research is customers of Duta Mode Purwokerto. The total sample in this research is 115 respondents with incidental sampling technique through a likert scale. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics version 21 programs. Based on the hypothesis test, the results show that visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle does not has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, and positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Mediation test shows that positive emotion mediates the effect of visual merchandising, sales promotion, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying.

The purpose of this research is to examine the direct and indirect influence of city branding, word of mouth, and perceived value and visiting decisions through visiting interests. The population in this study is visitors of Kampoeng Wisata Batik Kauman Pekalongan. This research used incidental sampling and purposive sampling technique with 115 respondents. Data collection method is used questionnaire method and documentation method. Data analysis of this research is used path analysis, variables is used include city branding, word of mouth, perceived value, visiting interests, and visiting decisions. The results of this research showed that city branding and word of mouth directly did not have a significant influence on visiting decisions. Perceived value and visiting interests have positive and significant influence on visiting decisions. In addition, visiting interests variable able to mediate the effect of city branding, word of mouth, perceived value on visiting decisions.

This research aims to examine the effect of marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation on performance of marketing toward marketing capabilities. The population data in this research is the hawkers of Tuin Van Java centre in Magelang City. The total sample is 127 respondents. This research using a saturated sampling. The data analysis method in this research using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis with IBM SPSS versi 21. The research result shows that marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation had positive and significant influence on marketing performance through marketing capabilities. marketing capabilities are also able to mediate the effect of marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation toward marketing performance.

Dividend policy is a decision about how much earning after tax that will paid as dividend rather than being retained for investment in the company. The data from Indonesia Stock Exchange show that there are still many company that do not pay dividends consistently, whereas dividend policy use as a signal given by the company to outsiders for their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size to dividend policy.The type of this research is a quantitative research by using secondary data. The population in this research are the company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2005-2017. The samples used are 43 companies with purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression by using fixed effect model (Least Square Dummy Variable). The research results reveals that leverage and firm size affects significantly on the dividend policy, whereas profitability do not affect significantly on the dividend policy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ownership structure and capital structure in decision-making about dividend policy. Observation units used in this study consisists off all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which pay dividend during 2008 to 2017. This research uses purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study was 21 companies consist of 210 data. The research variables consist of Institutional Ownership, Public Ownership and Capital Structure as independent variables and Dividend Policy as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, determinan of panel data estimation model, multiple linear regression with Eviews 9. The result of this study shows that institutional ownership and public ownership has a negative effect and significant to the dividend policy. Capitsal structure has a positive but not significant to the dividen policy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation, The population in this study were all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Central Java Regional DIY totaling 115 employees. Sampling using sampling nonproballity saturated samples. Methods of data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analytical method datamenggunakan regression analysis and path analysis with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation betweenperson organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior, The results also show the effect of indirect relationships are positive and significant correlation between person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation,
