Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of brand personality, brand reputation and price fairness toward customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Customer satisfaction influence customers to make an loyal. The population in this research is customers Kukubima Energi. The total sample in this research is 115 respondents with purposive sampling technique through a likert scale. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics version 21 programs. Based on the hypothesis test, the results show that brand personality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price fairness has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand reputation does not has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect customer satisfaction. Mediation test shows that positive emotion mediates the effect of brand personality, and price fairness on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationships of board interlocking and firm performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). This research method uses a quantitative approach with research objects of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2008-2017. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling. The sample used was 4450 observation. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and dummy variable regression Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The result showed that the average performance of companies that do interlock of directors at other companies at the same time is higher than companies that do not do interlock. The existence of a director who has do interlock allows directors to get access in other places and can mutually utilize resource supported by empirical result where the total assets of companies that do interlock higher than companies that did not interlock. Although concurrent positions can improve the company, the company still complies with government regulations so that the company does not get the law and get sanctionse.

Abstract

Tourism is a service industry sector that is growing so that managers must develop tourist destinations to increase tourists. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived quality, push motivation, and pull motivation on Pancer Door Pacitan Beach tourists towards destination loyalty with tourist satisfaction as veriable intervening. The population in this study is the Pancer Door Beach tourists whose numbers are unknown. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, the sample used is taken using the iteration formula. The data collection method uses the questionnaire and documentation method. The method of data analysis using partial test and path analysis.. The results showed that perceived quality, push motivation and tourist loyalty had a positive effect on destination loyalty. While pull motivation does not positively affect destination loyalty. Path analysis results states that tourist satisfaction can mediate perceived quality, push motivation and pull motivation towards destination loyalty. Advice that can be given to the manager of the pancer door beach is the need for improvement in the quality of tourist destinations related to tourist facilities, so that tourists visiting the Pancer Door Beach feel comfortable in making a tour and are satisfied with the attraction offered at Pancer Door Beach. For further researchers to examine different subjects and add other variables that can affect destination loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what the positive effect of protean career attitudes are and unlimited career attitudes on career satisfaction of permanent lecturers with career adaptation variables as mediators. This research method is quantitative with a population of Semarang State University and Walisongo Islamic State University. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling and the number of samples is 125 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical tests and SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that career adaptability is able to mediate the influence of protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes on career satisfaction. For further research are to expand the object of research in various sectors of the company that have higher career prospects with different cultures and for Semarang State University and Walisongo Islamic State University can provide the widest opportunity for educators to develop their skills and mindset for improvement quality of learning and newness of expertise.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement with organizational trust as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 154 nurses. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with proportionate random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test and SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that organizational justice and authentic leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust, and had an influence on nurses' work engagement. In addition, the results also show that organizational trust is able to mediate the influence of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement. In other words, the role of organizational trust will further increase the level of work engagement of nurses. This research is expected to be an input for hospitals on the importance of the role of strategies to increase work engagement through organizational justice and the role of leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between adaptive behavior, work environment, training, and employee productivity. The sample for this study consisted of 235 employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati Jepara calculated using the purposive random sampling method. Data collection methods using the questionnaire method which is measured using a Likert scale. Regression analysis showed that there is a positive influence between adaptive behavior with employee productivity, there is a posisitif influence between the working environment and employee productivity, and a positive influence between training and employee productivity. Based on these results meal can be interpreted that the employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati has good adaptive behavior. This is supported by the environment and good training provided by the company to employees.

Abstract

This research Aimed to know the effect of store atmosphere and hedonic shopping motives towards impulse buying directly and indirectly through lifestyle shopping. The population were 116 respondents from Trio Plaza Magelang’s consument. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method, the which were 116 respondents. Methods of collecting the data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypotesys test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics 22. The research result has stated that store atmosphere positive and significant toward impulse buying, hedonic shopping motives has positive and significant toward impulse buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Engagement, and Motivation on the Commitment of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang Employees. The population in this study were BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees totaling 187 employees. The sample used was 128 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling, where the sampling used was proportionate random sampling. The results showed that work life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Can be proven on the results of multiple linear regression tests that is the entire result sig <from 0.05. This means that all hypotheses are accepted. Suggestions from this research are to be able to improve all indicators of work life balance, job satisfaction, engagement and motivation so that employee commitment is getting better and more improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of leader-member exchange, job insecurity on innovative work behavior through work engagement CV. Laksana employee. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with incidental technique and sample 109 employees. The data analysis in this research used a descriptive statistical test method, derivative tests including validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this research used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research show leader-member exchange positively relates to innovative work behavior. However, job insecurity does not have a relationship with innovative work behavior. Leader-member exchange and job insecurity relate to work engagement. Work engagement can mediate leader-member exchange and job insecurity to innovative work behavior. The conclusion of this research is the higher level of leader-member exchange in the work environment can maximalized employee innovative work behavior. The higher level of job insecurity can minimize employee work engagement. Suggestion for future research is to try another variable that can be used to enhance employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior through work engagement. The sample of this study were 105 employees of the Central Java TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research is regression analysis and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 21 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. The results of this study also show the effect of a positive and significant indirect relationship between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior with work engagement as a mediating variable.
