The key success of an organization's business cannot be separated from the culture that develops in organization. Therefore, organizational culture as a set of values and rules plays very important to build organizational identity. Organizational culture can be designed through the technology which applied in the organization, because technology can be shaped the organizational structure. The purpose of this study is to reveal how far the organizational culture in an organization based on big data technology are formed. This analyzed uses the phenomenological method, focused in electric power services company, precisely at PT. Serkolinas. Data analysis was obtained through field observations and a number of unstructured interviews with a number of eight informants. The results showed that organizational culture can be formed through the technology applied in the organization. Technology as a suggestion in facilitating activities to encourage the perception and behavior of organizational members into a new symbol expressed in daily activities to support of organizational goals..

The research is to analyze the affect of Profitability, Leverage and Industry Age, on CSR disclosure in industries listed in the IDX index. The information on the amount of industry research using purposive sampling procedures, obtained from 12 unchanged industries, is listed in the IDX index for the period 2014-2019. The research used is multiple linear regression analysis as well as panel information approach tested through Eviews 10 with fixed effect model to test hypotheses. The results of the research show profitability as well as leverage, most do not affect the CSR disclosure, as well as the age of the industry affects CSR disclosure.

This research aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and work motivation on employee engagement through job satisfaction on employees as a mediating variable of organization. The data was collected using an online questionnaire via google form method. The population in this study are employees of PT. BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara Head Office as many as 80 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is using a saturated sample technique by taking the whole entire population of 80 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis method is using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that service leadership had a significant effect on employee engagement and job satisfaction. However, work motivation is not significant to employee engagement and has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the effect of job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of the relationship between servant leadership and work motivation on employee engagement. Suggestions for employees of organization is be brave to convey and sounds the aspirations to the company according to relevant procedures and also establishing a good relationships with leaders and co-workers. Furthermore, organization provide an adequate work facility, then provide bonuses for high-performing employees, and increase the employee salaries according to regulations and conducting promotions.

The number of Covid-19 spread is increasing in several countries, including Indonesia. The situation encourages World Health Organization (WHO) with local government authorities implement various policies, such as physical distancing and stay at home. Interestingly, this policy inspires consumers to carry out contactless activities, especially in making payment transactions. The purpose of study was to analyze the factors which influence the adoption of E-wallet during Covid-19 pandemic. To analyze the adoption behavior of using E-wallet, a conceptual framework is proposed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT). Data was collected in the form of an online questionnaire which was distributed to 150 respondents using purposive sampling technique and tested using the AMOS 22 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Approach. The results showed that Personal Innovation, Experience, Social Influence had a significant effect on Intention to Use E-wallet through Perceived Ease Of Use and Perceived Usefulness.

The beauty industry in Indonesia is growing quite rapidly. This has resulted in increasingly fierce competition in the cosmetics and skincare business. This study aims to examine the effect of celebrity endorser, sponsorship, and product quality on purchasing decisions through buying interest in consumers of the Asa Beauty MS Glow store in Semarang. The populations in this study are customers or users of MS Glow. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, obtained 100 samples, namely MS Glow users as respondents in this study. The data analyzed by quantitative method using path analysis through the IBM SPSS 24 software. The results showed that the celebrity endorser, sponsorship, and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Path analysis test results showed that buying interest is able to mediate celebrity endorser, sponsorship, and product quality, and also it has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Along with increasing economic growth, population, and growing industry, the demand for energy continues to increase. One of the alternative energy sources that increasingly exist with higher prices is coal. The area of Muara Enim Regency has the prospect of coal mining commodities which are widespread. In this case, PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk will increase coal production by conducting a comprehensive investment planning analysis. Cost Present Value (CPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) are the methods that will be used in this research. This study will also compare between investment and equipment rental to see the costs incurred. The data used is divided into two, namely primary data consisting of cashflow data, annual operational cost plans, prices of main and supporting equipment, bank interest rates, and effective working hours. While the secondary data consists of the condition and situation of the mining location. Based on the calculation results show that investment planning has a lower cost calculation than equipment rental. Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) generated in this study is 1.935743906.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment ethics, organizational justice, and organizational trust on work engagement as well as examine the mediating effect of organizational trust on the relationship between work environment ethics and organizational justice on work engagement. The object of this research is a health center in Magelang Regency. The sample used in this study was 119 respondents with a total sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive and statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that work environment ethics has a significant effect on work engagement, organizational justice and organizational trust have no significant effect on work engagement. In addition, organizational trust did not succeed in mediating the relationship between work environment ethics and organizational justice on work engagement. Suggestions for health centers to maintain and continue to improve work engagement with health workers by conducting routine behavioral audits of health workers, improving work environment facilities, and building supportive working conditions, especially health workers who work on night shifts.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of board size, independent director, board meeting frequency and women director on firm performance. Type of this research is a quantitative research using secondary data. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia in 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling consisting of 120 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and 209 companies in Bursa Malaysia. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis which is preceded by the selection of a panel data estimation model using the Eviews 9 software. The results of the model test show that the best panel data estimation model is using the random effect model. The results showed that board size and board meeting frequency have a significant positive effect on the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia. Independent directors has a significant positive effect on firm performance in Bursa Malaysia, but have a significant negative effect on firm performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Women directors has a significant positive effect on firm performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange, but has significant negative effect on firm performance in Bursa Malaysia.
