Abstract

This study aims to describe the planting of tolerance in early childhood in PAUD Anyelir, Tinjomoyo Village, Banyumanik District. The study describes the cultivation of tolerance in early childhood and knows the supporting factors and factors that hinder the cultivation of tolerance in Anyelir PAUD. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method case study design using data analysis techniques based on the theory of Miles Huberman. In collecting primary data data collection techniques through interviews and observation methods. Interviewing school administrators and PAUD Anyelir teachers. Besides that, it also uses supporting data in the form of references to books, journals and documents as secondary data. Then the researcher used a descriptive analysis method which consisted of three steps: First, data reduction. Second, presentation of data. Third, conclusions. The results of the analysis obtained regarding the cultivation of tolerance attitudes in early childhood in PAUD Anyelir Tinjomoyo Semarang City, were seen from the cultivation of tolerance, organizing, monitoring learning, learning evaluation, and reporting of learning results referring to the standard process, and the standard assessment module that comes from STPPA, content standards, process standards and assessment standards. The cultivation of tolerance in Anyelir PAUD is also influenced by supporting factors in the form of the implementation of learning in the form of existing facilities and infrastructure, namely educational games used as other media, classrooms, inspirational classes and also teacher cooperation in developing learning programs. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are incomplete facilities, and the arrival hours of children who are released, for learning at Anyelir PAUD is in accordance with the applicable standards, namely the national PAUD standard. So that the managers and teachers should complete the facilities and then determine the child's departure time so that it is in accordance with the national PAUD standards so that children's concentration is better in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether learning creative dance creations can improve cooperation attitudes in children. This research approach uses a quantitative type of experimental approach. The research design used was one group pre-test post-test. The subjects of this study were 32 children aged 4-6 years in Cepoko Hamlet, Canggal Village, Candiroto District, Temanggung District. The data collection technique using a scale cooperation with a number of 50 item children valid previously in test try it in the field. Namely data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing by paried sample t-test. All of them are calculated using the SPSS IMB 20. The level of children's cooperation before learning dance creations of srintil shows in the very low category 16% low category 63% and 21% high category. After learning dance creations srintil increased to high category 59%, very high 28% and low category 13%. Based on calculations Paired Sample T-Test obtained t count 9.785 > t table 2,039 with significant value 0,000, then H o rejected and H a accepted, so it can be interpreted that there is an average difference between the results of pre-test and post-test with words Another influence is the learning of creative dance on the improvement of children's cooperative attitudes. the difference in significance value can be seen from the results of the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that learning creative dance creations can improve children's cooperation attitudes.

Abstract

According to interests, fulfilling the community's needs, one of which provides a good quality service sector with quality schools, is an essential thing in education. In the Pati District, there are still many early childhood education institutions that have not been accredited. This does not rule out the possibility that the quality of academic services in each institution is still low. This study aimed to determine the differences in the quality of academic services for Early Childhood Education institutions at accredited schools A, B and C in Pati District. The research approach used is comparative quantitative with ex post facto design. In this study, subjects were parents who have children who attend accredited kindergartens in Pati, totalling 95 subjects. The samples were taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a scale of academic service quality. The data analysis technique used is the non-parametric statistical hypothesis test using the Kruskal-Wallis test using the SPSS 25 program. The study results found that there were differences in the quality of academic services between Kindergartens accredited A, B and C. accredited A has a mean rank value of 71.70, the quality of Kindergarten academic services accredited B has a mean rank value of 30.85. In contrast, the quality of Kindergarten academic services accredited C has a mean rank value of 2.00. This means that the higher the level of accreditation, the higher the quality of academic services.

Abstract

Early childhood literacy is the ability to speak, read and write that children can naturally and can hone over time. Early reading literacy is a benchmark for parents in assessing children's intelligence, but early literacy skills can certainly be honed with learning activities. Storytelling is an activity to tell stories about a story that is conveyed to listeners. Storytelling has many benefits for children, and storytelling can be a fun activity for children. Children have learned many things without realizing it through storytelling.

Abstract

Children with special needs are special children, they are different and they have advantages compared to normal children in general. And of course they also have limitations both physically and mentally compared to normal children in general, but a lot of society and lay people who see them with a negative scheme. With the large number of children with special needs who are considered low today, our role as youth in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is expected to form openness to the mindset of humans as social creatures in the environment and also regarding views of children with special needs. Actually, children with special needs also have human rights as human beings that must be guaranteed, protected, and fulfilled by parents, families, communities, governments, and countries. Our duty as youth is very important to give understanding to the community about children with special needs. The method used in this article is literature study. This study aims to make us think more openly with the presence of children with special needs, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This article discusses the social interactions of young santri that occur in Islamic boarding schools between young santri and older people as well as young santri and young santri, and manners in social interaction in Islamic boarding schools. Social interaction is a relationship between individuals or groups that respect and influence each other. Manners become the application and learning that is prioritized in Islamic boarding schools. Manners relate to polite behavior towards others. Islamic boarding schools instill good manners. The objectives of this study were (1) to find out the social interactions of young santri at the AL-Mabrur Kudus Islamic Boarding School (2) how the social interactions regarding the manners of young students in Al-Mabrur Islamic Boarding School. The research method used in this research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the social interactions of young santri aged 6-8 years at the AL-Qudisyyah Islamic boarding school were carried out reciprocally. The language used in everyday interactions is using the Javanese Kromo language. The process of manners with social interaction is in the form of direct teaching from murobbi to students either during jokes or when learning. This article will present a discussion of all forms of social interaction that occur at the Al-Qudisyyah Islamic Boarding School, both between young students and fellow young students or even with older people.

Abstract

AbstractPenggunaan Model Cooperative Learning dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Bahasa di RA Muslimat NU Desa Kandang Kecamatan Comal Kabupaten Pemalang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena Masih banyak guru-guru RA Muslimat NU Desa Kandang yang kurang memahami pentingnya model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model Cooperative Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode PTK penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, tiap-tiap siklus terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data kwantitatif, indikator keberhasilan semua aspek pencapaian masing-masing memiliki skor 90%. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata siswa 2,908 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 65,4%, aktivitas belajar siswa dalam ketidak hadiran 3%, keberhasilan dalam kerjasama dalam kelompok 100%, bicara lancar mencapai 75%, kekayaan kosa kata mencapai 59%, mengungkapkan gagasan 50%, kemampuan bercerita mencapai 43%. Sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata 3,254 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 94%, aktivitas ketidak hadiran siswa 0 dengan aspek pencapaian kerjasama kelompok 100%, bicara lancar 91%, kekayaan kosa kata 91%, mengungkapkan gagasan 97% dan kemampuan bercerita 91%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah model pembelajaran cooperative learning dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan. Saran bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa sebaiknya menggunakan pembelajaran model cooperative learning, bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan melengkapi fasilitas pembelajaran untuk mendukung proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.Use of Cooperative Learning Model in the implementation of teaching and learning in Language Intelligence Increase in RA Cage Muslimat NU Village District Comal Pemalang not been implemented optimally. This is because many teachers are still Muslimat NU RA Cage village who do not understand the importance of learning models by using the Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this study is the method of TOD study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data analysis was performed by analysis of quantitative data, an indicator of the success of all aspects of the achievement of each has a score of 90%. Based on the analysis of research data on the cycle I obtained the average value of 2.908 and completeness of students reached 65.4% of student learning, student learning activities in the absence of 3%, the success of the cooperation within the group 100%, 75% speak fluently, the richness of vocabulary word reached 59%, 50% expressed the idea, the ability to tell at 43%. Whereas in the second cycle reaches an average value of 3.254 and completeness reached 94% of student learning, student activity absences 0 with aspects of teamwork achievement of 100%, 91% speak fluently, the richness of vocabulary, 91%, 97% expressed the idea and the ability to tell 91 %. From this research, conclusions can be drawn is a learning cooperative learning model to improve intelligence. Suggestions for teachers to improve the intelligence of the language you should use a learning model of cooperative learning, for schools to improve the management of teaching and learning activities to complement learning facilities to support the process of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data-data tentang tingkat korupsi di Indonesia, persoalan korupsi menjadi permasalahan besar yang harus diselesaikan. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah melalui pendidikan karakter. Ada salah satu nilai yang paling penting untuk membangun karakter anti korupsi yaitu nilai kejujuran. Penanaman pondasi karakter kejujuran harus ditanamkan sejak usia dini. Salah satu media yang tepat digunakan dalam implementasi pendidikan membangun karakter kejujuran adalah melalui metode bermain. Permainan yang bisa digunakan adalah permainan tradisional anak yang sudah cukup lama berkembang di negeri ini yang sarat dengan nilai budaya bangsa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permainan tradisional efektif atau tidak untuk membangun pemahaman karakter pada anak usia dini di kota pati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental. Dalam penelitian ini desain yang digunakan adalah bentuk pre test and post test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu lembaga dari satu yayasan, berusia 5-6 tahun. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, terambil dua sampel yaitu TK Pertiwi 03 Pati sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 17 anak dan TK Pertiwi 01 Pati sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 17 anak. Analisis perhitungan t test posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol menghasilkan nilai thitung sebesar 3,489 >  ttabel sebesar 2,120. Nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu 0,01 < 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Rata-rata atau Mean nilai posttest meningkat dari 40.1176 menjadi 46.0588. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bah wa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman karakter kejujuran pada pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen, serta tidak ada perbedaan pemahaman karakter kejujuran pada pretest dan posttest pada kelompok kontrol. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional efektif digunakan untuk membangun pemahaman karakter kejujuran pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur penelitian, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam pelaksanaannya. Keterbatasan waktu dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes cerita untuk mengetahui karakter kejujuran anak berdasarkan dari jawaban anak, bukan perilaku mereka, alangkah lebih baiknya apabila penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode observasi.  Keterbatasan lahan yang ada di sekolah, Lahan yang luas dapat membuat permainan tradisional lebih maksimal untuk dimainkan.   ___________________________________________________________________ Based on the data about the level of corruption case in Indonesia, the problem of corruption become the big problem which has to be solved. One of the alternative way is through the education. There is one value that is important to build the anti-corruption character, it is the honesty value. The honesty value must be taught to the children since early. One of the media that can be used to implement the character education is through the method of children games. One of the games which can be used is traditional game which has developed in this country full of the country’s culture. The aim of this research was to know whether the traditional game was effective or not to develop the children’s character in region of Pati. This research used experimental method, pretest and posttest control group design. The population was the institution of one foundation which aged 5-6. The sample was taken from the random sampling technique. The first sample as the experimental group from TK Pertiwi 03 with 17 students. The second sample as the control group from TK Pertiwi 01 with 17 student. The analysis of t-test in posttest between the experimental group and control group, the result showed that t-count was 3.4897> t-table was 2.120. the score of sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, meant 0.01<0.05. It showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The mean of posttest score improved from 40.1176 became 46.0588. The finding of the research showed that there was the difference understanding of honesty character between pretest and posttest result of experimental group, and there was not difference understanding of honesty character between pretest and posttest result of control group. It showed that the traditional game was effective to build the understanding of honesty character to the early childhood. This research was conducted based on the procedure of research, although there was limitation of the research. The limitation of time in the research. This research use the story test to know the honesty character of the children based on their answers, not from their behavior. It had better if this research also used the observation method. The limitation of the school yard, the wider school yard could make the traditional game effective to be played.

Abstract

Logical-mathematical intelligence is important to be taught by teacher to kindergarten children so that they have skill in solving simple problems in daily life. Multisensory approach emphasizes the principles of teaching through visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile (VAKT). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence multisensory approach to the logical-mathematical intelligence in kindergarten children. Paired t-test calculation results between the pretest and posttest the experimental group there was an increase by an average of 21.65 from 14.95 average pretest to 36.6 posttest. Paired t-test calculation results between the pretest and posttest control group contained an average increase of 11.3 from an average of 16.9 to 28.2 pretest posttest. Independent t-test results of the pretest experimental and control groups showed no significant differences as having value Sig. (2-tailed) > 0.05 is 0.631 > 0.05. That is logical-mathematical intelligence levels in children before using multisensory approach is same. Independent t-test results posttest experimental and control groups showed no significant difference because it has the Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 is 0.02 < 0.05. Based on the description, it was concluded that multisensory approach gives significant effect on logic-mathematical intelligence in kindergarten children. The results show that multisensory approach gives significant effect on logic-mathematical intelligence in kindergarten children. Average of logical-mathematical intelligence of students in using multisensory approach is higher than the average of logical-mathematical intelligence of students who do not use logic-mathematical approach. It is suggested to teachers in using multisensory approach to improve logical-mathematical intelligence in kindergarten children. Limitations of this study is the assistance of teachers, child emotional factor, and time constraints.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to know attachment between children and parents who get the care in their house by other members of family except parents; (2) to know attachment between children and parents who get the care in day care; and  (3) to know differences of the attachments of children and parents between who get care in their house and in the day care. This study used quantitative approach with comparative design by using independent samples t test. This study involved 60 respondents by using random sampling technique. The respondents consisted of 30 parents who entrusted their children in day care and 30 parents who cared their children in their house by other members of family except parents. This study used children who were 2-4 years old in Semarang regency. The attachment was measured by using likert scale with three factors which influenced the attachment. The factors were baby sitter, children’ behavior and atmosphere of family. The result showed that there is a difference of the emotional attachment of children and parents based on care area. It showed that the average of independent sample t test group which was in day care was 93.07 higher than children’s emotional attachment t test group in their house by other members excepted their family was 91.10. The researcher concluded attachment between children and their parents who get the care in their house by other member of family excepted the parents was good. On the other hand, attachment of children and parents showed that it was more comfortable.
