Abstract

Improvement and development of the quality of education is an issue that is always demanding attention. Absorption rates subjects received between students with each other is different, there are no high-low berkemampuannya. This is a challenge for teachers to be able to maximize the absorption of each student. The problem in this research is how to plan, create or produce, and test the software in the form of interactive teaching materials for teaching engineering subjects power installations with macromedia flash and whether use of interactive teaching materials suitable for use in the SMK. The research objective to be achieved is to plan, create or produce, and test the software shaped interactive teaching materials to aid learning in subject matter presentation "Power Installation Techniques" at SMK. Data collection techniques used in this study with the completion of interviews, documentation, and questionnaires / checklist. Test results overall instructional media respondents, from multimedia expert stated 84.30% by both criteria, 81.79% of the teachers stated by both criteria, of the students in the two variables, the variable response of the students stating 78.19% by both criteria and variable 77.04% student attitudes expressed by both criteria. Test results to all respondents said this interactive teaching materials fit for use as teaching materials in vocational and has met with success indicators percentage average of 81.23% or better category. Program materials should be used as supplementary teaching materials for engineering subjects power installations. Need further research based on the development of electronic learning materials program with other models as an extra means of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of CTL-based learning model STAD, develop community learning, and improve student learning outcomes in class X AV 1 SMK N 4 Semarang. This study was conducted in three cycles. Material each cycle is different but still within the power dynamic subject. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Community learning outcome data, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes derived from the observation sheet, cognitive learning outcomes obtained from the evaluation sheet. The results showed increased learning outcomes and the development of learning community class X AV 1 SMK N 4 Semarang after application of CTL-based learning model STAD on the subject of dynamic power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine  the Effectiveness and to know level of effectiveness jobsheet on The Simple Building Electrical Installation Subject at Vocational High School 3 Semarang. The research using purposive sampling technique with First Class Installation of Electric Power Engineering Program at SMKN 3 Semarang year 2012/2013 with a population sample of 36 students. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result showed that the effectiveness of mastery learning aspect of the increase in value of the average student before using jobsheet 69,5(<KKM=74) after using jobsheet 88,16(>KKM) with the initial percentage of 72% (not yet complete) become 100%(complete). Completeness results of this study followed the results of effectiveness of the aspect student’s activity by 83%(effective) and the achievement of student’s motivation by 85,7%(very high level of motivation). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the effective by used jobsheet on the simple building electrical installation  is effective to be applied to The Simple Building Electrical Installation Subject for First Class Installation of Electric Power Engineering Program at Vocational High School 3 Semarang. This is known from the three indicators of effectiveness used jobsheet are the complete student’s learning outcome, the effectiveness of students activities and student motivation.

Abstract

Media  pembelajaran  merupakan  alat  yang  dapat  dijadikan  jembatan  untuk  menghubungkan  dunia  nyata  dan menghadirkannya  dihadapan  siswa,  sehingga  pembelajaran  yang  menggunakan  media  pembelajaran  dapat mempengaruhi  terhadap  efektivitas  pembelajaran  dan  hasil  belajar  siswa.  Dengan  memanfaatkan  softwareMacromedia  Flash  8  Profesional  akan  dapat  membuat  suatu  media  pembelajaran  yang  menarik  dan  interaktif, sehingga materi-materi dalam mata kuliah Sensor dan Transduser seperti jenis-jenis sensor  dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh mahasiswa, karena ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar animasi atau suatu simulasi yang atraktif. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimanakah mewujudkan suatu program media pembelajaran Sensor dan Tranduser yang menarik dan interaktif. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan program media  pembelajaran  mata  kuliah  Sensor  dan  Transduser  sebagai  media  pembelajaran  yang  menarik  dan interaktif.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  dengan  metode  angket  kepada  1  orang  dosen  ahli  media,  2  orang  dosen  ahli materi, dan 25 orang mahasiswa yang dijadikan sebagai responden atau objek penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik deskripstif.Hasil  penelitian  dan  pembahasan  yang  telah  dilakukan,  program  Media  Pembelajaran  Interaktif  Sensor  dan Transduser dikategorikan sebagai media yang layak digunakan untuk media pembelajaran  dalam perkuliahan, karena  mendapatkan  penilaian  dari  mahasiswa  dan  dosen.  Dari  mahasiswa  mendapatkan  penilaian  sebanyak 79,39% dengan pembagian penilaian variabel interaktif (80,96%) dan penilaian variabel menarik (77,82%), serta diperkuat dengan pendapat dari 3 dosen. Instructional  media  is  a  tool  that  can  be  used  as  a  bridge  to  connect  the  real  world  and  present  it  in  front  of  students,  so learning  to  use  instructional  media  can  affect  the  learning  effectiveness  and  student  learning  outcomes.  By  utilizing Macromedia  Flash  8  Professional  software  will  be  able  to  make  an  interesting  media  and  interactive  learning,  so  that  the material in the course of sensors and transducers such as the types of sensors can be easily understood by students, as shown  in the form of animated image or a simulation attractive. The problem is how to realize a media program Sensor and Transducer learning interesting and interactive. It is necessary for a feasibility study to determine the level of instructional media p rogram courses Sensors and Transducers as an interesting media and interactive learning.Data collection was conducted by questionnaire to 1 media expert lecturers, two lecturers matter experts, and 25 students whoserve as research respondents or objects. Method of data analysis is the method of statistical analysis deskri pstif.Results of research and discussion that has been done, Interactive Learning Media program sensors and transducers categorizedas a viable medium used to study media in lectures, because getting an appraisal from students and lecturers. Assessment ofstudents get as much as 79.39% with an interactive variable assessment division (80.96%) and attractive valuation variable (77.82%), and reinforced by the opinion of 3 professors.

Abstract

The use of instructional media has a significant impact on the students in understanding the material being taught. Unavailability of instructional media in the form of a trainer on the subjects of electrical installations cause the students in understanding the material presented by the teacher is still less than the maximum and in practice activities students are still having difficulties. This study aims to develop a lighting installation as a media trainer learning electrical installation skills programs MAN Electronics in Kendal, determine the feasibility of the installation of lighting trainer developed, and knowing the difference between the student learning outcomes before and after using the trainer lighting installation. The research method used is the method of research and development (R & D). To determine the feasibility trainer lighting installation made ​​of three stages, namely (1) the manufacture of the lighting installation trainer (2) test the feasibility of media (3) as well as product testing. In this study the respondents are acting as a third teacher MAN Kendal electronics skills program and 23 students MAN Kendal skills workshop program. The research instrument used in the form of media due diligence questionnaire, student questionnaire responses and observation sheets. Based on the results of the study indicated that the installation of lighting Trainer who has developed a decent used as a learning medium electrical installation skills programs MAN Electronics in Kendal. Achievement of feasibility trainer can be seen from the results of the feasibility test analysis by a team of experts who earn a percentage of 80% with both categories, as well as the results of students' response to the installation of lighting trainer who earn a percentage of 86% with very good category. There are significant differences, student learning outcomes between before and after using the trainer lighting installation electrical installations as a medium of learning skills programs MAN Electronics in Kendal. Where the average value of the practice before using the trainer for 77.91 and after using the trainer increased to 81.30 .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mewujudkan kelayakan alat peraga. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain R&D (research and development). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif yang kemudian ditransformasikan ke dalam bentuk kualitatif. Penelitian ini melihat hasil dari pengujian produk yang akan diterapkan ke sejumlah responden. Hasil penelitian kemudian menjadi suatu acuan pembuatan alat peraga dan sebagai tolak ukur tentang kelayakan alat peraga yang telah dikembangkan. Setelah dilakukan uji coba trainer, didapatkan hasil penilaian dari uji pakar 84,6 % (sangat layak), uji terbatas 92 % (sangat layak), dan hasil penilaian dari responden 83,4 % (layak). This research was conducted with the aim to realize the feasibility of props. In this study, using the design of R & D (research and development). The Data were collected by questionnaire technique. Data analysis using descriptive method then transformed into a qualitative form. The research looked at the results of testing of the product to be applied to a number of respondents. The results of the study then becomes a benchmark of making props and as a measure of the feasibility of the props that have been developed. After testing trainers, test results obtained from expert assessment 84.6% (very decent), limited test 92% (very decent), and the results of the assessment of the respondents 83.4% (decent).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan desain R&D (research and development). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif yang kemudian ditransformasikan ke dalam bentuk kualitatif. Hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa dalam kegiatan praktek bahwa siswa sangat aktiv dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar praktek pada materi ajar  pembangkit listrik tenaga surya. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh bahwa pada pembelajaran menggunakan trainer pembangkit listrik tenaga surya mendapatkan peningkatan sebesar 12,27%. This study was conducted to determine the activity and improving student learning outcomes. In this study, using the design of R & D ( research and development). The data were collected by questionnaire technique. The data analysis using descriptive method then transformed into a qualitative form. The observation of student activity in practice activities that students are very active in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the practice of teaching materials of solar power plants . Based on the analysis of data obtained in the study that uses solar power plant trainer to get an increase 12.27 % .

Abstract

 Penggunaan media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi siswa dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan. Belum tersedianya media pembelajaran dalam bentuk trainer pada mata pelajaran instalasi listrik menyebabkan siswa dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru masih kurang maksimal dan dalam kegiatan praktiknya siswa masih mengalami kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan trainer instalasi penerangan sebagai media pembelajaran instalasi listrik program keterampilan Elektronika di MAN Kendal, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan trainer instalasi penerangan yang dikembangkan, dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan trainer instalasi penerangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan  (Research & Development). Untuk mengetahui kelayakan trainer instalasi penerangan dilakukan tiga tahapan, yakni (1) pembuatan trainer instalasi penerangan (2) uji kelayakan media (3) serta uji coba produk. Dalam penelitian ini yang bertindak sebagai responden adalah 3 guru program keterampilan elektronika MAN Kendal dan 23 siswa workshop program keterampilan MAN Kendal. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket uji kelayakan media, angket respon siswa dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa Trainer instalasi penerangan yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran instalasi listrik program keterampilan Elektronika di MAN Kendal. Ketercapaian kelayakan trainer dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis uji kelayakan oleh tim ahli yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 80% dengan kategori baik, serta hasil respon siswa terhadap trainer instalasi penerangan yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat baik. Ada perbedaan signifikan, hasil belajar siswa antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan trainer instalasi penerangan sebagai media pembelajaran instalasi listrik pada program keterampilan Elektronika di MAN Kendal. Dimana rata-rata nilai praktik sebelum menggunakan trainer sebesar 77,91 dan setelah menggunakan trainer meningkat menjadi 81,30. The use of instructional media has a significant impact on the students in understanding the material being taught. Abstract

Dalam menyalurkan daya Gardu Induk memiliki alat/komponen listrik yang berupa transformator daya yang berfungsi untuk mentranformasikan daya listrik, dengan merubah besarnya tegangan sedangkan frequensinya tetap.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) untuk menganalisis arus nominal transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran; (2) untuk meneliti berapa besar rata-rata persentase arus pembebanan yang terjadi pada masing-masing unit transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran; (3) untuk menganalisis impedansi transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran; (4)untuk menganalisis sistem pendinginan transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran(5) untuk menganalisis daya semu (daya nyata) transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran(6)untuk mendeskripsikan gangguan-gangguan yang terjadi pada transformator daya 3 fasa 150 KV yang ada di Gardu Induk Ungaran. In distributing power substation have tools / electrical components such as power transformers which serves to transform the electric power, by changing the magnitude of the voltage while still frequensinya. Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan bencana yang sering terjadi di kota-kota besar baik pada kawasan pemukiman penduduk, gedung perkantoran, pabrik, pusat pembelanjaan dan lain-lain. Setiap tahunnya peristiwa kebakaran mengalami peningkatan seiring bertambahnya penduduk dan bangunan gedung atau rumah tinggal. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan apakah benar peralatan instalasi listrik sebagai sumber terjadinya korsleting listrik atau beban lebih yang dapat menyebabkan kebakaran pada rumah tinggal atau gedung. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknik UNNES untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendali. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, untuk pengujian kabel kabel NYA dan kabel antena sudah mengeluarkan bau kabel terbakar dan asap dengan temperatur 68,9 0C dan 67,4 0C sebelum gawai proteksi putus. Sama halnya saat pengujian sambungan kabel kendor dan penumpukan stop kontak sudah meleleh dengan temperatur 129,7 0C sebelum gawai proteksi putus.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa penyebab kebakaran tertinggi diakibatkan oleh korsleting listrik pada peralatan instalasi listrik terutama pada pemasangan instalasi listrik yang tidak sesuai standar PUIL 2000 dan instalasi listrik yang sudah berumur tua. Selain itu penggunaan, pemasangan dan perlakuan pada peralatan listrik yang kurang baik juga menyebabkan korsleting listrik. Catastrophic fires that often occur in large cities, both in residential areas, factories, markets. shopping center, and others. Data collection was performed by the method of experiments carried out in the Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering UNNES to look for the effect of a particular treatment against the other under controlled conditions. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. Results and discussion of research has been done, the quality of electrical installation equipment materials will determine the ability of the insulation resistance. Increasingly ugly insulating materials, it will be the worse its ability custody. To test the cable and antenna cables, cable has issued a burning smell and smoke with a temperature of 68.9 ° C and 67.4 ° C before dropping MCB protection. Similarly, when a loose cable connection testing and buildup outlet. cable connection and outlet melt, with a temperature of 129.7 ° C before dropping MCB protection. based on the results of research and discussion, it was concluded that the cause of the fire caused by electrical short circuit highest in electrical installation equipment. especially on non-standard installation PUIL 2000 and old electrical installations. in addition, the use and improper installation of electrical equipment also lead to electrical short circuit.
