Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi setra upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam sistem pengelolaan arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah petugas Sub.Bag. Umum dan petugas kearsipan di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat teknik yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, simpulan verivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani tahap pertama pengumpulan warkat, selanjutnya memeriksa tanda-tanda pelepasan oleh pimpinan, penetapan indeks, pemberian kode warkat, penyortiran, penyimpanan dan penataan warkat, pemeliharaan dan pengamanan arsip, penyusutan arsip, pemusnahan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saa tmemerikasa tanda-tanda pelepasan serta pendistribusian surat. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan mengirim surat kembali serta menyerahkan kepada pimpinan. The purpose of this study was to determine the records management system in the Office of Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division, constraints faced by Setra's efforts to overcome the obstacles in the archive management system. This study used a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is Sub.Bag officer. General and archival officer in the Office of the Regional Division Perhutanioffice Central Java Province. Data were collected by using interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using four techniques of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification conclusions. The results show records management system in the first phase of the Office Perhutanioffice collection slips, then check for signs of release by the leadership, the determination of the index, script coding, sorting, storage and slips structuring, maintenance and security archives, archives depreciation, destruction of records. Constraints faced by the SAA tmemerikasa sign the release and distribution of mail. Efforts are being made to send letters back and submit to the leadership.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 40 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 77,3%. Kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 39,8%. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 24%. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 38.7%. Dengan kompetesi  professional guru yang baik, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik pula, akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of students' perceptions of teacher professional competence, learning, and school environment to study accounting results of class X in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang in simutan and partial. This research is quantitative, with a population of 40 students, all of which are used as research respondents. The data collection method used is the documentation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated professional competence of teachers, learning and school environment influence together on learning outcomes accounting for 77.3%. Professional competence of teachers affect the learning outcomes accounting of 39.8%. Learning facilities effect on learning outcomes accounting for 24%. School environment influence on learning outcomes accounting for 38.7%. With a good teacher professional competencies, learning and school environment is also good, will improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

SMK merupakan pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang potensial tingkat menengah yang sesuai dengan kompetensi keahliannya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Semarang masih kurang.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi berjumlah 107 siswa dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling berjumlah 84 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket). Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 18,40%, (2) ada pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,43%, (3) ada pengaruh kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 30,36%, dan (4) ada pengaruh antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan sebesar 71,5%.Vocational High School are education departement that aims to prepare potential labor of middle-level in accordance with the skills competency. Based on the results of preliminary observations and interviews indicate that the level of job readiness of students in Vocational High School 2 Semarang is still lacking. This study aim to determine the effect of industrial work practice experience, motivation entering the work world, and soft skills ability to job readiness level of class XII students of Accounting skills competency in Vocational High School 2 Semarang academic year 2014/2015 partially and simultaneously.This study with a population of 107 students with the sample employed 84 students and respondents with simple random sampling. Data collection method is used the method of questionnaires. While the method of data analysis are using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are: (1) the influence of industrial work practices experience to the students job readiness level is 18.40%, (2) the influence of motivation entering the work world to the student job readiness level is 10,43%, (3) the influence of soft skills ability to the students job readiness level is 30.36%, (4) simultaneously, the influence of industrial work practices experience, motivation entering the work world, soft skills ability to job readiness level of class XII students of Accounting skills competency in Vocational High School 2 Semarang academic year 2014/2015 is 71.5%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, prestasi akademik, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa  jurusan akuntansi kelas XII SMKN 1 Brebes tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII jurusan akuntansi SMKN 1 Brebes tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yaitu berjumlah 74 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh praktik kerja industri, prestasi akademik, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 61,7%. The purpose of this research are to determine the effect of industrial work practices, academic achievement, and motivation to students majoring in accounting job readiness of student class XII SMKN 1 Brebes Bradford academic year 2013/2014. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMK 1 Bradford accounting majors academic year 2013/2014 which amounted 74 students. The sample in this study amounted to 62 students by using random sampling techniques. The technique of collecting data through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the percentage descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed the influence of the working practices of the industry, academic achievement, and motivation to work readiness of 61.7 %.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X jurusan akuntansi di SMK Palebon Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 66 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan menunjukkankontribusi minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kemampuan matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi secara silmutan sebesar 55,8%. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel minat belajar sebesar 7,50%, variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 9,30% dan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 9,55%.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest in learning , motivation to learn and learning achievement to achievement learn accounting class X SMK majoring in accounting in Semarang Palebon simutan and partial manner . This research is quantitative , with a population of 66 students , all of which are used as research respondents . The data collection method used was documentation and questionnaires . Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression . Multiple linear regression analysis showed showed the contribution of interest in learning , motivation to learn , and math skills to the learning achievement silmutan accounting for 55.8 % . The amount of influence in partial interest in learning by 7.50 % , the variable motivation to learn at 9.30 % and the effect of partial variable mathematics achievement by 9.55 % .

Abstract

Hasil dari observasi prestasi belajar siswa diketahui bahwa 51,6% siswa tidak memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi dan keuangan siswa kelas X akuntansi SMK Palebon Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X akuntansi SMK Palebon Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 95 siswa sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random samplingdengan jumlah responden 77 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi prestasi belajar (Y), disipilin belajar (X1) dan lingkungan keluarga (X2). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode do kumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh disiplin belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar pengantar akuntansi dan keuangan secara simultan (85,2%) secara parsial disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh sebesar 34,93% dan lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh sebesar 10,63%. Results of observations is known 51.6% of students can not reach the minimum completeness criteria. The population in this research were all students of accounting class X SMK Palebon Semarang 2014/2015 school year, amount 95 students while the sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of respondents 77 students.The results showed that there is influence of learning discipline, family environment to the learning achievement in introduction financial and accounting subject simultaneously(85.2%) while learn disciplines influence to learning achievement by 34.93%, the family environment has an influence by 10.63% and school facilities have an inluence by 6.66% partially. The conclusion of this research show there are the inluence of learning discipline, family environment on student achievement either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS belum optimal namun minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar sudah optimal. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMAN 1 Subah secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik inferensial. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Minat Belajar, Motif Berprestasi dan Kesiapan Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar secara simultan diperoleh 93,8%. Kontribusi parsial variabel bebas adalah 39,81% minat belajar, 17,55% motif berprestasi dan 27,56% kesiapan belajar. Ada pengaruh signifikan antara minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Subah tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 secara simultan maupun parsial. Learning achievement is influenced by various internal and external factors. In preliminary observations found that the majority of student achievement is not optimal, but the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn which is owned by the students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah were optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn on student achievement in class XI IPS accounting subjects in SMAN 1 Subah either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah. Proporsionate sampling using random sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and methods of documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classical assumption test and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn the learning achievement of students of social class XI SMAN 1 Subah 2013/2014 school year either simultaneous or partially.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal, diketahui bahwa belum semua siswa kelas XII Akuntansi mempunyai kesiapan kerja tinggi. Hal ini terlihat pada keterserapan lulusan pada tahun 2014 hanya sebesar 54% dari keseluruhan lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan, penguasaan soft skill, dan kematangan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Magelang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Berdasarkan rumus Isaac dan Michael, sampel sebanyak 84 siswa diambil sampel per kelas menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori Siap, Persepsi Siswa tentang Kompetensi Kejuruan dalam kategori Baik, Penguasaan Soft Skill dalam kategori Baik, dan Kematangan Karir dalam kategori Matang. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 19,9%, penguasaan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,8%, dan kematangan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 9,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan, penguasaan soft skill, dan kematangan karirberpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Saran yang diberikan, untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa, hendaknya siswa diberikan pemahaman yang baik tentang kompetensi akuntansi, pelatihan soft skill, dan bimbingan karir. Based on initial observation, known that not all student on twelfth grade accounting have a high work readiness. This is shown by graduate occupancy to work in 2014 just 54% of all. The purpose of this research are to see the influence of Students Perception about Vocational Competency, Soft Skill Capability and Career Maturity toward Work Readiness.  Population of this research is student XII class Accounting State Vocational High School2 Magelang on year 2014/2015. Based Isaac and Michael formula, sample as amount 84, and taken by proportional random sampling for each class.Datacollection methodis questionnaire. The analyze methodare descriptive analyze and multiple regression analysis. The results of descriptive analysis of this research were work readiness in ready categorized, student’s perception about vocational competency was good, soft skill capability was good, and career maturity too. Based statistic, the results shown that student’s perception about vocational competency affected work readiness as 19,9%, soft skill capability affected work readiness as 5,8%, and career maturity affected work readiness as 9,8%. Based these above results, it concludes that   students perception about vocational competency, soft skill capability and career maturity affect work readiness. As an advice, based this research, to improve student’s work readiness, the teacher should give best understanding about a relevant work with accounting competency, soft skill training, and career guidance.

Abstract

Minat menjadi guru akuntansi merupakan perasaan suka, tertarik atau perhatian seseorang terhadap profesi guru akuntansi. Minat dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh self efficacy, prestise profesi guru dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2011 FE UNNES baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi (akuntansi) angkatan 2011 FE UNNES sebanyak 178 mahasiswa. Penetuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat 123 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil perhitungan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh self efficacy, prestise profesi guru dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 49,9%, sedangkan sisanya 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh pengaruh self efficacy terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 43,29%, pengaruh prestise profesi terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 9,42%, dan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi 5,90%. Interest to become a accounting teachers is feeling like, interested or someone's attention to the accounting teacher profession. Interests can be influenced by several factors, both intrinsic and extrinsic. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence between self-efficacy, students perceptions about the prestige of the teaching profession and socio-economic status of parents to interest become accounting teacher in accounting education students of class of 2011 Economic Faculty of Semarang State University either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were students of economics education (accounting) class of 2011 Economic Faculty of Semarang State University as many as 178 students. Determination of the number of sampels obtained using the formula Slovin and get 123 students. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Simultaneous calculation results show that the influence of self-efficacy, students perceptions about the prestige of the teaching profession and socio-economic status of parents of interest become teachers accounting for 49.9%, while the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors that are not revealed in this study. Partially, the influence of self efficacy influence on the interests of students become teachers accounting for 43.29%, influence students' perceptions about the prestige of the profession to interest to become a teacher of accounting for 9.42%, and the influence of socio-economic status of parents to interests of students into the accounting teacher 5,90%.

Abstract

Koperasi untuk mencapai tujuannya membutuhkan peran anggota melalui partisipasi. Partisipasi anggota dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantara adalah pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian secara parsial terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal, (2) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal, (3) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal. Populasi penelitian anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal berjumlah 3667 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik wilayah secara acak atau area probability random sampling dengan jumlah total sampel 98 responden yang terbagi dalam 12 kelompok nelayan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yaitu pendidikan perkoperasian (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan Partisipasi Anggota (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data : dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,063 dengan sig = 0,000<0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,503 dengan sig = 0,000<0,05. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 13,404 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R2 sebesar 0,220 To achieve the goal, cooperative requires members role through participation. Member participation is influenced by several factors, they are cooperatives education and the service quality. The purpose of this study is (1) to know if there any influence of cooperative education partially on the participation of members of KUD Karya Mina Tegal City, (2) to know if there any influence of service quality partially to the participation of cooperative members KUD Karya Mina Tegal City, (3) to know if there any influence of cooperative education and the service quality simultaneously to the participation of KUD Karya Mina Tegal City members. The populations of cooperative members KUD Karya Mina Tegal City are 3667 people. Sampling using area probability random sampling with a total sample of 98 respondents consisted of 12 fisherman groups. The variables in this study include free variables of cooperation education (X1), service quality (X2), and Member participation (Y) as the dependent variable. Method of data collection: documentation and questionnaire. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis and the percentage of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of cooperative education on the members participation with tobserved = 3,063 with sig = 0,000<0,05 and there is a positive and significant effect of quality service on the members participation with tobserved = 0,503 with sig = 0,000<0,05. Simultaneously, there are positive and significant effect of cooperative education and quality service on the members participation with Fobserved = 13,404 with significant value 0,000<0,05 and R2 = 0,220.
