Abstract

ABSTRACT: Landslides are events due to changes in land use in the steep slope classification. The slope of the land can be identified by extracting elevation data from the earth’s surface. One way of measurement is to apply the photogrammetric method. In this research, a study was conducted on landslide-prone areas in the residential area of the Kampung Bugis Tarakan City, with a base map that was the results of processing UAV aerial photographs. The results of the study state that the photogrammetric method of aerial photographs of UAVs is able to provide an accuracy rate of 98%, and is able to provide an overview of landslide prone maps with a precision of 90%. Applying this method, the researchers found that the study area is at high risk of landslides, with a potential vulnerability level of 43,61% high and 36,33% very high, which were spread over hillside areas in an area of 72,70 hectare. Keywords: Elevation, Photogrammetric, Landslide, Tarakan, UAV.ABSTRAK: Tanah longsor merupakan kejadian akibat perubahan guna lahan pada klasifikasi kelerengan yang curam. Kelerengan lahan dapat diidentifikasi dengan ekstraksi data elevasi dari permukaan bumi. Salah satu cara pengukurannya adalah dengan menerapkan metode fotogrametri. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi daerah rawan longsor di wilayah pemukiman kampung bugis Kota Tarakan dengan peta dasar merupakan hasil dari pengolahan foto udara UAV. Hasil studi menyatakan bahwa metode fotogrametri dari foto udara UAV mampu memberikan tingkat akurasi 98%, dan mampu memberikan gambaran peta rawan longsor dengan ketelitian 90%. Dari penerapan metode ini, dinyatakan bahwa lokasi penelitian merupakan daerah rawan longsor dengan potensi tingkat kerawanan 43,61% tinggi dan 36,33% sangat tinggi, yang tersebar pada daerah lereng perbukitan pada luas lokasi penelitian sebesar 72,70 hektar.Kata kunci: Elevasi, Fotogrametri, Longsor, Tarakan, UAV.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Based on observations on Jalan RE Martadinata  there are a lot of shops with less than optimal parking arrangements. Therefore it is necessary to research to determine the need for parking space. This research was conducted to determine how many parking space units are provided in the existing shopping area on Jalan RE Martadinata and to describe the condition of parking characteristics found in Jalan RE Martadinata. The method used refers to the basics of MKJI and the Technical Guidelines of the Directorate General of Land Transportasion. In the first stage of data collection, the measurement of the parking area was carried out, and then further research was conducted by recording the number of vehicles entering or leaving the shopping area on Jalan RE Martadinata. The findings of the data analysis showed the results of 413 parking spaces for motorcycle vehicles and 9 parking spaces for cars. Parking characteristics show that the parking volume is 271 motorcycles and 43 cars. The longest parking duration for motorcycles is 2.72 hours, cars are 2.49. Parking turnover for motorcycles is 2 vehicles and 1 vehicle for cars. Maximum Parking Index for motorcycles 128.95%, cars 222.22%. Space Hours Occupancy maximum motorcycles with a value of 71.90%, car 84,92%. Of the ten parking point locations studied, 3 locations cannot accommodate parking activities in the shopping area on Jalan RE Martadinata which have exceeded the available capacity. Keywords: Parking Characteristics, Parking, Parking Index, Parking Duration, SHO (Space Hours Occupancy).ABSTRAK: Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang terdapat di jalan RE Martadinata terdapat banyak sekali pertokoan dengan pengaturan lahan parkir yang kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kebutuhan ruang parkir. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk menentukan berapakah satuan ruang parkir yang tersedia pada kawasan pertokoan yang ada di jalan RE Martadinata dan Menguraikan kondisi karakteristik parkir yang terdapat pada jalan RE Martadinata. Metode yang digunakan mengacu pada dasar - dasar MKJI dan Pedoman Teknik Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat. Dalam pengumpulan data   tahap pertama yaitu dilakukan pengukuran luas lahan parkir, kemudian penelitian selanjutnya melakukan survei dengan mencatat jumlah kendaraan yang masuk atau keluar pada kawasan pertokoan di jalan RE Martadinata. Sehingga di dapatkan hasil satuan ruang parkir sebanyak 413 petak parkir untuk kendaraan sepeda motor dan 9 petak parkir untuk mobil. Karakteristik parkir menunjukkan bahwa Volume parkir sebesar 271 motor, 43 mobil. Durasi parkir terlama untuk motor 2,72 jam, mobil 2,49 jam. Pergantian parkir untuk motor sebanyak 2 kendaraan dan mobil 1 kendaraan. Indeks Parkir maksimum motor 128,95 %, mobil 222,22 %. Space Hours Occupancy maksimum motor dengan nilai 71.90 %, mobil  84,92 %. dari sepuluh lokasi titik parkir yang diteliti terdapat 3 lokasi yang tidak dapat menampung aktivitas parkir di kawasan pertokoan pada Jalan RE Martadinata yang sudah melebihi kapasitas yang tersedia.Kata kunci: Karakterisik Parkir, Parkir, Indeks Parkir, Durasi Parkir, SHO (Space Hours Occupancy).

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Airport development in North Kalimantan is a crucial consideration because it can connect among the regions in North Borneo. The other reason was the increasing volume of lights frecuency. The development of the airport during this time is based on the volume of traffic and the total number of annual passengers, and it is in line with National regulation PM No. 39, 2019. This research aims to provide another point of view in Airport development using decision-making theory, namely the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method employed four criteria and 121 alternatives in determining the priority development best Airport in North Kalimantan. Based on the analyzing AHP and SAW results showed that on the three airports. First, the passenger terminal facility of Juwata Tarakan Airport needs to be developed from the land side with the value of the weight 0,2851 and visual aids with a weight value of 1 to the airside. Second, the parking lot of Nunukan Airport needs to be developed with the weights 0,2749 from the land side and the airside, incapacitated passenger loading the vehicle/eguipment facilities with the value of the weight 0,9031. Last, the Tanjung Harapan airport from the land side, nothing can be developed, but in terms of the facilities of the air service eguipment, ground plane and operational vehicles need to be developed with a weight value of 1.Keywords: Airport, AHP, SAWABSTRAK: Pengembangan bandar udara di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara dinilai sangat penting dikarenakan bandar udara tersebut berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara wilayah-wilayah pedalaman. Selain itu, semakin bertambahnya volume frekuensi penerbangan juga menjadi alasan diperlukannya pengembangan bandar udara. Dalam perencanaan pengembangan bandar udara selama ini didasarkan pada volume lalu lintas penerbangan dan total jumlah penumpang tahunan, hal ini sesuai dengan PM No 39 tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sudut pandang lain dalam proses perencanaan pengembangan bandar udara dengan menggunakan teori pengambilan keputusan yaitu kombinasi metode Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini menggunakan empat kriteria dan 121 alternatif dalam menentukan prioritas terbaik pengembangan bandar udara di Kalimantan Utara. Hasil dari perhitungan AHP dan SAW menunjukan bahwa pada ketiga bandar udara yang diteliti, untuk bandar udara Juwata Tarakan menunjukan bahwa terminal penumpang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan dari sisi fasilitas darat dengan nilai bobot 0.2851 dan peralatan bantu visual dengan nilai bobot 1 untuk sisi fasilitas udara, lalu untuk bandar udara Nunukan menunjukan bahwa tempat parkir kendaraan menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan dengan nilai bobot 0.2749 dari sisi fasilitas darat sedangkan untuk fasilitas dari sisi udara yaitu fasilitas incapacitated passenger loading vehicle (IPL) dengan nilai bobot 0.9031, lalu untuk bandar udara Tanjung Harapan dari sisi fasilitas darat belum ada yang perlu dikembangkan sedangkan dari sisi fasilitas udara peralatan pelayanan darat dan kendaraan operasional di sisi udara yang harus dikembangkan dengan nilai bobot 1.Kata Kunci: Bandar Udara, AHP, SAW

Abstract

ABSTRACT: There are multiple options for transporting goods from Nunukan City to Tarakan City, necessitating an analysis of the factors influencing transportation mode selection. This study animed to to identify the influential factors and preferred mode of transportation using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. Data were gathered from respondents who regularly ship good betweed these cities. The analysis revealed that that the most influential criteria in the selection of freight transportation modes were: cost (28%), convenience (23%), service quality (21%), travel time (18%), and security (10%). The preferred transportation modes, based on these criteria, were ranked as follows: cargo shipes (25%), sea vessels (24.7%, rounded to 25%), ferries (24%), airplanes (14%), and speed boats (13.8% rounded to 14%).Keywords: Freight Transportation, Mode Selection, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Method. ABSTRAK: Banyaknya pilihan dalam pengiriman barang kota Nunukan menuju kota Tarakan seseorang harus mempertimbangkan interaksi antara pemilihan transportasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dan moda transportasi yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarcy Process). Data pada penelitian ini berupa pendapat responden yang mengirim barang dari Kota Nunukan – Kota Tarakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan moda angkutan barang yaitu faktor biaya sebesar 28%, kemudahan sebesar 23%, pelayanan sebesar 21%, waktu perjalanan sebesar 18%, dan keamanan sebesar 10%. Sedangkan untuk pemilihan alternatif moda yang digunakan dalam pemilihan moda angkutan barang adalah kapal barang sebesar 25%, kapal laut sebesar 0,247 dibulatkan menjadi 25%, kapal fery sebesar 24%, pesawat terbang sebesar 14%, dan speed boat sebesar 0,138 dibulatkan menjadi 14%.Kata Kunci : Angkutan barang, pemilihan moda, Metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarcy Process)

Abstract

In general, traffic light regulations (traffic tights) currently use fixed times where the lights are set to work alternately at fixed times, without paying attention to traffic flow conditions, for example at four intersections in each direction of the road the duration of the light is green, yellow, red at the same time. In this condition, there is a long queue on one side and a very short queue on the other, so setting the time duration equally will result in unnecessary stopping time. The aim of this research is to calculate the timing of traffic lights in order to identify obstacles and determine the performance of intersections based on the volume of traffic flow during the morning peak hours. The solution method is to calculate traffic flow, cycle time, saturation flow, signalized intersections, using secondary data. The author also uses references from the book (MKJI 1997) for calculations that comply with the provisions. So, the results obtained at the green light at intersection 1 for 33 seconds, the green light at intersection 2 for 33 seconds, the green light at intersection 3 for 21 seconds, and the green light at intersection 4 for 18 seconds, with yellow lights at all intersections for 3 seconds, with a value of the degree of saturation each phase, namely north 0.89, east 0.90, south 0.87, west 1.22.

Abstract

Establishing North Kalimantan as the 34th province in Indonesia with the provincial capital located in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency, has influenced the pattern of transportation used by society between regions. Previously, most people traveled to Tarakan city by sea transportation because Tarakan is an island city and has a strategic role regionally as a National Activity Center (PKN) in North Kalimantan. Since January 2020, the North Kalimantan Transportation Service has permitted public transportation routes to Perum DAMRI Tanjung Selor Branch to serve three round-trips (pp) routes, namely: Tanjung Selor-Malinau (TGS-MLN), Tanjung Selor-Tana Tidung (TJS-KTT), and Malinau-Salang (MLN-SLG). This study aims to find the ideal fare for public transportation for people on the route, taking into account the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC), the ability and willingness to pay (ATP and WTP) of DAMRI Bus users, as well as the user's willingness to pay. Pay more or WTP from Contingency Valuation (WTP-CV) if you get better service during the trip. The current single-trip DAMRI Bus fare is IDR 150,000.00 for the TJS-MLN/MLN-TJS route, the TJS-KTT/KTT-TJS route is IDR 100,000.00, and for the MLN-SLG/SLG-MLN route of IDR 50,000.00. The results of the study based on the VOC obtained one-time trip rates for each route, respectively: IDR 135,633.21, IDR 119,046.86 and IDR 35,186.00. The respondents' ATP analysis results obtained a one-time trip fare for each route in a row: IDR 142,994.05, IDR 119.747.47 and IDR 63.750.00. Meanwhile, respondents' WTP was obtained for each route: IDR 110,519.48, IDR 94,545.45, and IDR 39,107.14. The respondents' WTP-CV values were also obtained on each route, amounting to IDR 14,675.32, IDR 11,409.09, and IDR 8,303.57. Considering the captive rider as an economy class passenger and the benefits of the DAMRI Bus operator, the proposed tariffs for each route are IDR 130,000, IDR 110,000, and IDR 48,000.

Abstract

UPTD Juwata Tarakan Ferry Port has opened crossing services on the Tarakan-Sebawang route (Tana Tidung Regency) since 2021. This research aims to determine the level of crossing services for passengers carrying goods on their journey. The research aims to provide input to managers to improve the quality of service performance. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 70 selected respondents from a number of ferry passengers at the time the survey was conducted. Statistical analysis of questionnaire data using a validity test obtained rcount > rtable, and a reliability test obtained a Cronbach alpha value > 0.70, so the data obtained was valid and reliable. Further analysis using the Customer Service Index method obtained a CSI value of 86.66 with a very satisfactory service category. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method analysis of 19 measurement attributes show that there are two attributes whose performance needs to be improved. Then the results of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method analysis provide eight activities that must be carried out, including providing lifeboats, life jackets, marking evacuation routes on ships, qualified officers and sufficient numbers to carry out evacuations and provide services to the passenger.

Abstract

Penetapan Kalimantan Utara sebagai provinsi ke-34 pada tahun 2012 berdampak pada meningkatnya perjalanan menggunakan transportasi darat antarwilayah kabupaten yang ada di mainland Kalimantan menuju Tanjung Selor sebagai ibukota provinsi. Kebutuhan sarana transportasi ini mendorong Dinas Perhubungan Kalimantan Utara bekerja sama dengan Perum DAMRI Cabang Tanjung Selor menyelenggarakan angkutan umum melayani tiga trayek, yaitu: Tanjung Selor-Tana Tidung, Tanjung Selor-Malinau, dan Malinau-Salang (Nunukan). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna jasa yang diharapkan hasilnya menjadi masukan bagi operator dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, agar menjadi pilihan utama angkutan umum antarkota di Kalimantan Utara. Hasil analisis metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menunjukkan sebanyak lima belas atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Atribut tersebut berada pada Kuadran 1 yaitu tersedianya alat pemecah kaca bus pada kondisi darurat, APAR, fasilitas P3K, pintu/jendela darurat, pintu keluar/ masuk pengemudi dan penumpang, alat pembatas kecepatan, hand grip, sabuk keselamatan, fasilitas dan tempat khusus pemeliharaan kendaraan, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pemeriksaan operasional kendaraan, jumlah penumpang sesuai kapasitas angkut, lebar tempat duduk, rak bagasi, serta fasilitas kebersihan dalam kabin penumpang. Responden menilai pelayanan angkutan umum tersebut relatif belum berkinerja baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metoda indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,0085 atau sebesar 75,2136. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan bus DAMRI di Kalimantan Utara perlu ditingkatkan. Kinerja yang kurang perlu ditingkatkan dan kinerja yang dianggap berlebihan oleh responden perlu dikurangi. Hal ini dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan jumlah penumpang di masa mendatang, dan dapat menjaga keberlangsungan operasional bus DAMRI sebagai angkutan umum orang antarkota di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

Abstract

Around 500 million tonnes of coal combustion by-products are produced annually, with Fly Ash accounting for about 70% of the by-product. Therefore, using Fly Ash is crucial because if it is not processed and utilized correctly, it can harm the environment and human health. The use of Fly Ash is strongly influenced by its characteristics, which are different for each source because it depends on the type of coal, combustion, and cooling conditions. Therefore, characterization was carried out in this study using XRF and XRD on Fly Ash from Tanjung Selor PLTU. Based on ASTM C618, PLTU Fly Ash Tanjung Selor is class F Fly Ash because the amount of SiO2+Al2O3+Fe2O3 is 71,4% (>70%) and the amount of CaO is 13,83% (<15%). The XRD results also show that Fe2O3 and SiO2 dominate the Fly Ash with the appearance of the peak of Fe2O3 (hematite) at 2θ = 33,44; 35,57; 43,27° (PDF 01-073-0603) and SiO2 (quartz) at 2θ = 20,81; 26,63; 50,14; 57,26; 68,34° (PDF 01-085-0335). The characteristics of this Fly Ash indicate that it has the potential as a precursor for the synthesis of zeolite X and P because it has a SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 1,63. In addition, due to the dominant Si and Al content, Fly Ash has the potential as a geopolymer precursor; the dominant Fe content (27%) can also increase the geopolymer's development strength.
