Abstract

Expert systems are widely used in various types of fields, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry. The number of chicken farms that appear is not comparable with information and knowledge about raising chickens, so dependence on experts is the only solution in handling chicken disease problems. Expert systems can be a solution to problems that arise in terms of handling chicken disease. Expert systems that are built using the forward chaining method can work like an expert who can deduce the problem from the symptoms given. With the existence of an expert system, dependence on experts is no longer a solution in dealing with the problem of chicken disease, because ordinary people can also provide action like an expert.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is felt very rapidly and this affects aspects of work that make work easier, one of which is the development of mobile technology, information media can now be made in the form of mobile applications, using mobile technology in the form of tourist applications, which provide information - information about tourism in the district of Solok Selatan, the search for tourism information in the district of Solok Selatan will be more practical to use and users can use this application wherever they are, this application can be used as a medium of knowledge about tourism in Solok Selatan district. This Solok Selatan tourist application is expected to be able to provide more knowledge about Solok Selatan tourism to the wider community, especially the people of Solok Selatan District.

Abstract

Hemangioma is a type of disease caused by active glands in the body. Hemangiomas occur in newborns up to the age of five (BATITA). This disease is indicated when a toddler has a fever or body temperature of more than 38°C. This condition affects the nerves and motor organs of the body that are attacked. This condition is sometimes undetected but develops quickly so it is necessary to consult an expert. This study aims to provide building a system in providing early education to parents in identifying toddlers with hemangiomas. This research makes it easy for parents to carry out further consultations with experts regarding the condition of toddlers. The processing of data and facts in this study was carried out by combining several methods (hybrid) in tracing each symptom according to the conditions experienced by system users. This method is continued by giving a weight value in the form of a percentage for each symptom experienced. The results of this study provide new knowledge in the form of information about Hemangioma with a confidence value in the form of a percentage of the patient's condition. This research provides the latest breakthrough in the form of presenting a system using an application that provides an accuracy value to ensure that patients have Hemangioma. This system can provide maximum value for users in gaining new knowledge for patients before further consultation with experts to get action.

Abstract

Abstract: Tract disorders are disorders caused by abnormalities in the digestive system. This disorder is triggered by food or a person's physical condition. Digestive disorders cannot be diagnosed quickly, but mostly occur in the digestive system. Because the knowledge that will be suspected as a disease is still lacking, it takes experts or doctors to diagnose digestive disorders. The goal is to help produce a diagnosis of the disease experienced by the patient based on the symptoms experienced. The research data is processed based on the symptoms felt by the patient. Patient data using the Certainty Factor method or the value of disease certainty. This Certainty Factor method is a system that is able to run according to needs and produces a high percentage of accuracy results. The system design stage is implemented in the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language and My SQL database. The results of the diagnosis with this method produce a level of confidence in the patient's disease. From the results of the tests carried out, it can produce information about the diagnosis of the disease and help patients and medical personnel in knowing the condition of the disease that is being experienced.            Keywords: certainty factor; digestive tract disorders; expert system,  Abstrak: Gangguan saluran merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kelainan pada sistem pencernaan. Gangguan ini dipicu oleh makanan atau kondisi fisik seseorang. Gangguan pencernaan ini tidak bisa dilakukan diagnosa dengan cepat, tetapi sebagian besar terjadi pada sistem pencernaan. Dikarenakan pengetahuan yang akan diduga sebagai penyakit masih kurang, maka dibutuhkan tenaga ahli atau dokter untuk mendiagnosis gangguan pencernaan. Tujuannya untuk membantu menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit yang dialami pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami. Data penelitian diolah berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Data pasien menggunakan metode Certainty Factor atau nilai kepastian penyakit. Metode Certainty Factor ini merupakan sistem yang mampu berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuha serta menghasilkan persentase akurasi hasil yang tinggi. Tahapan perancangan sistem diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor dan database My SQL. Hasil diagnosa dengan metode ini menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap penyakit pasien. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan  sudah dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang diagnosa penyakit dan membantu pasien serta tenaga medis dalam mengetahui kondisi penyakit yang sedang dialami. Kata kunci: certainty factor; gangguan saluran pencernaan; sistem pakar

Abstract

The Inlis application at the Archives and Library Office of West Sumatra Province is used to manage the lending and book return process carried out by each library member. With the library system, it can help the librarians to know the flow of books in and out of the delay in returning the library members to determine the fines to be paid by the members. Based on this the authors will measure the quality of the Library Information System because in this system the quality of the system is unknown, thus identifying the accuracy, completeness and quality of the software in the Inlis Application. The measurement method in this study is the McCall Method. The results based on the McCall Method show that the quality of the Inlis Application is good with a percentage value of 73%, with the best indicator value, namely reliability with a yield of 73% and the worst indicator value, ie with a result of 51%

Abstract

Gingivitis is a disease in the form of abnormalities in the gingiva that can cause bleeding accompanied by swelling, redness, exudate, changes in normal contours which are sometimes considered normal by some patients even though it is considered serious by the Health Department. This study aims to educate the public in understanding the importance of knowing the condition of the body, especially the teeth that are most vulnerable to experience by the community. The lack of time required for consultation with experts resulted in this disease being left unattended. So it is necessary to develop IT-based consulting in the form of an expert system. The system is built using the certainty factor method. Certainty factor works by reading all the data submitted by the expert and gives the result in the form of the percentage of confidence the patient has gingivitis. Experts used in this system are dentists / dental specialists. The data were obtained from direct experts and the results of the consultations obtained new knowledge in the form of the percentage of the patient's confidence level with gingivitis. Data collection was obtained from Acute Gingivitis, Sub-Acute Gingivitis, Recurrent Gingivitis and Chronic Gingivitis as well as symptoms and solutions obtained from experts. This study contributes to a new service for patients who experience dental disease (gingivitis) without having to come directly to an appointed specialist. The level of accuracy of this system is quite helpful because the data source comes from direct experts so that the solution obtained can be an initial reference for patients before further treatment is carried out. The results of the study were in the form of softcopy and hardcopy that could be used as needed, based on the test data given to the patient, a 95% confidence level was obtained for the system trial results based on the patient's condition at that time. So that the results of the consultation are obtained in the form of information about the disease and the desired solution.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, which can help the processing and reporting of data, it is very helpful for humans in completing work. Every aspect of life is attached to technology, the system does not have human activities that are separated from the role of technology. Information system is a system within an organization which is a combination of users, facilities, technology, media, procedures and controls aimed at obtaining complex information.The diverse hospitality sector with its uniqueness and supported by facilities and transportation facilities available in tourist areas can provide a very large government income. The Padang City Government has carried out promotions through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlets. However, this method is not enough to inform hospitality widely to local and foreign tourists. The tourists will have difficulty in determining the planning of the selection of lodging. Therefore, through the design and manufacture of a hospitality GIS, it is hoped that it can display an overview of the Padang City hospitality map so that it is more attractive and can be enjoyed by the wider community. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for the public to access it.Geographic Information System (GIS) technology has developed rapidly. GIS is created using information derived from processing a number of data, namely geographic data or data relating to the position of objects on the earth's surface. Abstract

Gastritis merupakan penyakit pada lambung yang terjadi akibat peradangan dinding lambung. Pada dinding lambung atau lapisan mukosa lambung ini terdapat kelenjar yang menghasilkan asam lambung dan enzim pencernaan yang bernama pepsin. Sistem pakar adalah sebuah sistem yang telah diberi pengetahuan manusia dan dimasukkan ke dalam komputer sehingga komputer mampu menyelesaikan dan memecahkan permasalahan seperti seorang pakar dengan tujuan mengalihkan pengetahuan manusia kepada sistem sehingga dapat digunakan oleh orang banyak dan tidak terbatas oleh waktu. Dengan menggunakan metode CBR (Case Based Reasoning) yang secara garis besar metode ini memecahkan masalah baru dengan menggunakan solusi-solusi yang telah digunakan sebelumnya terhadap masalah yang serupa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini terasa sangat membantu pengguna dalam hal apapun. Tidak terkecuali membantu pihak berwajib dalam menentukan seseorang melakukan penyalahangunaan narkoba. Penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah serius yang mempengaruhi Kesehatan dan kualitas hiduo individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat membantu dalam proses diagnosa pengguna narkoba menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Metode Naïve Bayes adalah salah satu metode klasifikasi yang berdasarkan teorema bayes dengan asumsi bahwa semua atribut yang digunakan diklasifikasi adalah independent. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, jenis kelamin, Riwayat pengguna narkoba, dan gejala. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari individu yang telah terdiagnosis sebagai pengguna narkoba. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan diagnosa jenis narkoba yang dikonsumsi dengan nilai akurasi. Terdapat salah satu pengguna narkoba yang terdiagnosa penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis Sabu dengan nilai akurasi 0.4468.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the current era is growing rapidly, along with the increasing human need fortechnology and information. Accounting information sistem is a functional information system and underlies other functionalinformation systems such as financial information, other information systems that require financial data from the systemaccountancy. Financial accounting is accounting with a primary purpose produce financial information for the benefit of outside parties, in question outsiders are parties outside the company's management, the company is still using a manual system or recording into a book, so often there was an error in calculating finance at warung 3 brothers.So this study aims to design a cashier system that is used for recording sales reports, assist employees and consumers intransaction services so as to assist employees in carrying out financial transaction processes, the process of financialtransactions can be done easily and effectively. The research results show that warung 3 brothers has recorded a report financein accordance with financial accounting standards and generate information needed to be faster, more accurate and moreefficient in presenting reports.
