Abstract

Toko Koperasi Pertanian Sakato memiliki masalah dibagian akutansi keuangan yang masih menggunakan pencatatan menggunakan buku, contoh permasalahan yang terjadi seperti terjadinya pengulangan data, dan jika buku yang digunakan rusak atau pun hilang maka semua file yang bersangkutan dengan data menyebabkan masalah yang membuat Toko Koperasi Pertanian Sakato menjadi rugi, potensi kesalahan perhitungan, serta kerumitan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Perancangan sistem laporan keuangan pada Toko Koperasi Pertanian Sakato ini, dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan dirancang menggunakan alat bantu berupa UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan tujuan mempermudah memindahkan konsep sistem yang telah dirancang kedalam bentuk program. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem secara umum adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan user mengenai gambaran yang jelas tentang perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat serta diimplementasikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi dan laporan data keuangan ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada Toko Koperasi Pertanian Sakato.

Abstract

A sales information system is information using electronic media. By using this system, it is hoped that customers will be able to find out the latest product information released by Toko Berlian Tani and as the best promotional tool so that service to customers will increase. This system is also equipped with product ordering which aims to make it easier for customers to order products. By creating this system, the shop can find out the needs and desires of customers in order to establish good relationships with customers. For this reason, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is needed so that creating a web-based sales information system can help customers obtain information and provide comfort and convenience for customers. The aim of this research is to provide product information and order transactions to customers quickly, practically and find out what customers need using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method so as to increase sales of fertilizers and pesticides at the Berlian Tani Store. Meanwhile, the creation of this system is web-based with the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Apotek Medika Farma merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak pada bidang farmasi khususnya obat-obatan. Apotek Medika Farma berlokasi di Jalan Ksatria No 2, Ganting Parak Gadang, Kecamatan Padang Timur, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Apotek ini telah berdiri dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan sekarang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan pada Apotek Medika Farma, penulis dapat menemukan beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat pada sistem yang sedang berjalan pada perusahaan ini. Permasalahan yang muncul tersebut sebaiknya Apotek Medika Farma menciptakan sebuah sistem inventory, Sistem Inventory ini sendiri nantinya akan mendata seluruh data stok obat-obatan pada Apotek Medika Farma . Sistem yang dirancang ini nantinya akan membantu melakukan perhitungan jumlah restok barang yang ekonomis / yang terbaik dalam satu periode dengan menggunakan metode Eqonomic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan titik pemesanan ulang dengan menggunakan metode Reoder Point (ROP). Dengan adanya sitem inventory ini juga dapat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan dan restok barang secara otomatis berdasarkan pengentrian data transaksi yang sudah dilakukan kepada sistem yang dirancang. Permasalahan yang dijelaskan diatas maka penulis mengangkat sebuah judul “Perancangan Sistem Inventory Stok Obat Menggunakan Metode EOQ (Eqonomic Order Quantity) dan ROP (Reorder Point) Dengan Menggunakan Bahasa Pemograman PHP Dan Database MySQL (Studi Kasus : Apotek Medika Farma )”

Abstract

E-commerce as a means of selling frozen food at the King Sausage shop, because it is considered to save time and energy so it is more effective and efficient, there is no need to queue and just wait for the goods ordered to arrive at the buyer's place without having to leave the house just by using connection and internet and assist employees in processing sales transactions. uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method to determine the economic quantity for each order so as to minimize the total cost of inventory at the sausage king shop. It is hoped that the information system for stock inventory and sales at the King Sausage shop will provide maintenance and development for this system so that it can be used sustainably as long as it is needed.

Abstract

The design of a decision-making information system in determining student preference for state Universities (PTN), Private Universities (PTS), or Public Universities (PTK) using the WEB -based MFEP (Multifactir Evaluation Process) method aims to determine student preferences for universities based on the factors that have been provided, namely: Cost, Prestigious, Campus Accreditation, Study Program Accreditation, Job Opportunities and Location. The Utilization of the internet by creating a website with the help oh the PHP programming language and MySQL as data storage is expected to facilitate student in making decision.

Abstract

CV. Muaro Radio is a trading company that meets the needs of the community for the needs of electronic goods. All traded goods are imported from distributors in the form of not built up. So it takes time to assemble (production) before being marketed. This process will hamper sales if the goods are not available. So, this research helps companies in maintaining the stability of the availability of goods in order to increase sales. The method used is Economy Order Quantity and Reorder Points. The data that is processed is inventory data and the sale of goods every day. The results of this study can maintain the supply of goods very well in managing stock of goods. So this research is very helpful for CV. Muaro Radio in increasing the company's revenue.

Abstract

Multiple intelligences and learning modalities possessed by each student need to be considered by teachers. Because to maximize the learning process, both of these things are needed. However, this is often ignored by teachers. The learning process that is carried out only focuses on single intelligence and learning methods that focus on paying attention to the teacher explaining the material. This method certainly causes the learning process to be less than optimal. therefore , an expert system is needed that can help teachers and students know this. The expert system that will be processed takes knowledge from the Guidance and Counseling teacher of SMAN 15 Padang using the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method. This expert system is processed using the Visual Basic.Net programming language, this expert system can identify 4 types of multiple intelligences, namely linguistics, mathematical logic, music and intrapersonal and also the learning modalities possessed by each student with predetermined rules. The results of the expert system can help teachers and students in improving the learning process. With this system, it can help schools, especially Guidance and Counseling teachers, in identifying the types of learning and multiple intelligences possessed by each student. So that it can develop and provide solutions for developing student abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Business Intelligence (BI) system using dashboards and forecasting to analyze HIV/AIDS case trends at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang from 2015 to 2025. Given the increasing number of HIV/AIDS cases, a data-driven approach is essential for effective planning and decision-making. The methodology includes collecting historical HIV/AIDS case data, performing data cleaning and transformation (ETL), and constructing an interactive dashboard using BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Additionally, statistical forecasting models are applied to predict future case trends. The results indicate that the developed BI dashboard effectively presents informative data visualizations, facilitates trend identification, and supports the planning of HIV/AIDS prevention and intervention programs. The forecasting models provide accurate predictions, aiding in resource allocation and evidence-based policy planning. In conclusion, implementing a BI system with dashboards and forecasting at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang enhances the efficiency of monitoring and managing HIV/AIDS cases, thereby supporting more targeted decision-making in disease prevention and control efforts.

Abstract

Image processing is a solution in the development of chest X-ray technology, starting from the image segmentation process as a preprocessing stage to separate the image object from the original background. Spontaneous pneumothorax (SP) is a type of air collection in the pleural cavity that develops without trauma. The diagnosis of pneumothorax has a sensitivity of approximately 25 to 75% using an anteroposterior chest x-ray, which still provides a dubious picture of pneumothorax. However, the development of the Region Feature algorithm with a new algorithm, namely RM Multy, has improved the accuracy. The RM Multy algorithm can calculate the area of the object, allowing it to produce the area of infiltration in the right lung, left lung, and the lung as a whole. The Region Feature results of the Pneumothorax obtained with the detected image area as many as 19 areas, for the pixel size of each area are 145, 355, 110, 31, 31, 52, 30, 36, 54, 122, 58, 23, 476, 77, 192, 24, 168, 263, 41 and 44. So the total pixels for 19 areas is 2301. The area converted to mm2 is 2301 x 0.04 mm2 = 92.04 mm2. Classification results on lungs with Pneumothorax and Normal by detection process with RM Multy using the CNN algorithm with an accuracy of 96.43%. This accuracy confirms the success of the system, which has been processed using a new algorithm. Therefore, further development is needed to improve detection accuracy in pneumothorax cases with smaller area sizes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses prediksi dan klasifikasi dalam pemberian status pinjaman dengan mengembangkan sebuah model analisis menggunakan Machine Learning (ML). Pembelajaran ML menggunakan pendekatan Deep Learning (DL) dengan beberapa metode diantaranya K-Means Cluster, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dan Decision Tree (DT). Metode K-Means mampu melakukan clusterisasi terhadap pengelompokan data nasabah. Kinerja KNN juga dapat berkontribusi untuk memberikan hasil prediksi yang tepat dan akurat. Demikian juga dengan performa DT yang mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan menghasilkan knowladge based dalam penentuan status pinjaman. Adapun variabel analisis yakni usia, status perkawinan, jumlah tanggungan, status tempat tinggal, pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan bahwa keluaran prediksi K-NN memberikan ketepatan dengan akurasi sebesar 90%. Hasil DT juga telah mampu menyajikan knowladge based dalam bentuk pohon keputusan status pinjaman. Dengan hasil tersebut maka penelitian ini secara keseluruhan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pihak UPK dalam proses manajemen terkhusus dalam penentuan status peminjaman. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan kredit yang tepat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.
