Abstract

Big Data is a concept in which the characteristics of the amount of data (volume), variety of data (variety) and speed (velocity) are managed with sophisticated and state-of-the-art technology through data analytic tools with the aim of generating, identifying and forecasting future opportunities in increasing personalization to society or customers, increasing productivity, assisting strategic decision making, shortening system life cycles, and driving change towards a more positive one.

Abstract

AbstractDirect debit is an e-commerce payment method as part of a digital wallet which is an important phenomenon in the current Internet of things 4.0 era. How e-commerce changes marketing, how e-commerce changes financial transactions, and how e-commerce becomes an important part of people's daily lives is one of the objectives of this research. This study emphasizes how the noble direct debit implementation cycle process is from initialization, development, testing, to implementation and monitoring of direct debit products at one of the leading banks in Indonesia in collaboration with telecommunication networks as its clients. Abstract

Handayani Bakery & Cake is a small and medium enterprise (UKM) operating in the food industry with a focus on making and selling bread and cake products. However, in daily operations, we still use a manually documented system in terms of recording sales reports, accuracy of transaction data, and stock management which is done manually, which at any time can cause errors in recording and calculations. This research aims to build a system that is integrated with computers, namely a sales point system, so that managing sales data reports can be more effective, efficient and also accurate. The Point of Sales application uses the Laravel framework PHP programming language. The application development step begins with collecting the required data from interviewing and observing the existing process flow, creating a design plan, programming (coding) and system testing. The results of the research carried out by this system run well, it can document sales report data more efficiently, effectively and accurately.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi menuntut penguasaan keterampilan digital, termasuk penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran, guna mendukung efektivitas kerja dan administrasi organisasi. Penggunaan teknologi informasi juga meliputi pekerjaan yang ada di dalam organisasi kemasyarakatan TP PKK kelurahan Sukmajaya. Namun, beberapa anggota TP PKK Kelurahan Sukmajaya masih menghadapi keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknologi informasi yang berdampak pada pengelolaan data dan penyusunan laporan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital anggota TP PKK dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung administrasi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan dan praktik langsung meliputi pengenalan dasar teknologi informasi, penggunaan komputer dan internet, serta penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint untuk penyusunan laporan kegiatan PKK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan anggota TP PKK Sukmajaya pada penguasaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Excel sebesar 14,3% serta Power Point sebesar 21,4%, disertai tingkat kepuasan mitra yang tinggi mencapai 86% peserta menyatakan sangat puas. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan efektivitas administrasi organisasi dan mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat di era digital khususnya pada anggota TP PKK Kelurahan Sukmajaya.   Advances in information technology require mastery of digital skills, including the use of office software, to support the effectiveness of organizational work and administration. The use of information technology also encompasses work within the community organization TP PKK Sukmajaya Village. However, some members of TP PKK Sukmajaya Village still face limitations in understanding and skills in information technology which impacts data management and report preparation. This community service activity aims to improve the digital competence of TP PKK members in utilizing information technology to support organizational administration. The methods used are training and direct practice covering basic introduction to information technology, computer and internet use, and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications for preparing PKK activity reports. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge of TP PKK Sukmajaya members in mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel applications by 14.3% and PowerPoint by 21.4%, accompanied by a high level of partner satisfaction reaching 86% of participants stating they were very satisfied. This activity has implications for increasing the effectiveness of organizational administration and encouraging the use of information technology in community empowerment activities in the digital era, especially for TP PKK members of Sukmajaya Village.
