Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tingkat stres pelajar serta terbatasnya literasi mengenai akses beasiswa perguruan tinggi di SMA MAS Al-Fatah. Fokus pengabdian diarahkan pada optimalisasi peran olahraga sebagai strategi efektif dalam pengelolaan stres, disertai penguatan edukasi akses beasiswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola stres secara adaptif melalui aktivitas fisik serta memperluas pemahaman terkait peluang, persyaratan, dan mekanisme memperoleh beasiswa. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, praktik olahraga terstruktur, dan diskusi interaktif berbasis pengalaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa terhadap manfaat olahraga dalam menurunkan stres serta meningkatnya literasi mengenai akses beasiswa perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam membentuk kesiapan psikologis dan akademik siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. This community service activity was motivated by the increasing stress levels of students and limited literacy regarding access to higher education scholarships at MAS Al-Fatah Senior High School. The focus of the community service was on optimizing the role of exercise as an effective strategy for stress management, while strengthening education on scholarship access. The goal of this activity was to improve students' ability to manage stress adaptively through physical activity and to broaden their understanding of scholarship opportunities, requirements, and mechanisms. The method used was an educational-participatory approach through counseling, structured exercise practice, and interactive, experience-based discussions. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the benefits of exercise in reducing stress and increased literacy regarding access to higher education scholarships. This activity contributed to building students' psychological and academic readiness to continue their education to a higher level.
