Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

Penggunaan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan karena dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia akan tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan keterampilan dalam pengunaan teknologi. Hal ini dialami oleh guru-guru di SD IT dan PAUD IT Harapan Bunda terutama dalam pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa yang kesemuanya masih manual. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dengan teknik pendampingan adaptasi teknologi. Adapun metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan serta dilakukan evaluasi sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan program. Kegiatan PKM dapat terlaksana dengan baik dengan pemberian materi (25%) dan tutorial (75%). Sementara luaran yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengolahan nilai evaluasi belajar siswa menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 91.25%.

The development of the fishery business in Sleman Regency is able to contribute to the production of fish consumption and fry in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The level of fish consumption needs of the Sleman people has increased from year to year, thus providing opportunities for the people of Sleman to cultivate fish, especially freshwater fish. This opportunity was achieved by the Mina Kepis Fisheries group which gradually developed freshwater fish farming, both for nursery and community consumption. Without the encouragement and support of all parties, small businesses tend to be increasingly helpless, so they must be patient and diligent in coaching and mentoring. Developing a Small and Medium Business Cluster (SME) is indeed not an easy thing, because it is a human development that is loaded with different characters and full of personal interests. . The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance regarding community empowerment programs with the main goal of increasing community income and welfare through strengthening Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), developing entrepreneurial culture, mobilizing community participation and other productive economic business activities based on local and sustainable resources. The service method used is through the mentoring method with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the service show that KPI Mina Kepis has received the support of the community and the government, as evidenced by receiving donations of funds and assistance from Bank Indonesia and assistance and training in fish farming, in collaboration with UGM so that KPI Mina Kepis gradually moves towards independence. The results achieved by KPI Mina Kepis to date have received encouraging achievements and the results of fish sales, both fish consumption and fish seeds, have increased, These results can help members' income and improve their well-being.

The use of social media in the digital era has a significant impact, both positive and negative, especially for the younger generation such as students. This research aims to increase digital literacy and awareness of social media ethics among students of SMA IT Baitussalam through community service programs. This activity was carried out with an interactive socialization method that involved the creation of visual-based educational materials, discussions, and simulations. The material covers the benefits of social media, potential negative impacts, and guidelines for wise and responsible use. The results of the service show an increase in students' understanding in filtering information, preventing the spread of hoaxes, and using social media productively. Observation and interviews supported positive behavior change among participants. The conclusion of this activity shows that the interactive education approach is effective in building digital literacy, so that it can be applied in other educational environments to equip the young generation with ethical and responsible social media skills.
