Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Poso dengan tema **"Edukasi Bahaya Terorisme Radikal bagi Remaja di Kabupaten Poso"**. Edukasi tentang anti-radikalisme dan terorisme dianggap penting bagi remaja di Kabupaten Poso, mengingat Poso adalah salah satu kota yang memiliki sejarah panjang terkait konflik serta tindakan terorisme dan radikalisme yang menciptakan trauma di masyarakat. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan pendidikan, yaitu memberantas dan melawan radikalisme. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan remaja di Kabupaten Poso lebih sadar dan memahami bahwa tindakan radikal bisa terjadi di mana saja, termasuk melalui media sosial. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengenalan konsep, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab yang berlangsung sangat interaktif dengan para siswa, dan tahap terakhir adalah memberikan masukan serta solusi atas masalah terorisme radikal. Antusiasme dan keterlibatan aktif dari para siswa menjadi hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Di mana siswa berbagi hal-hal yang mereka dapatkan atau pengalaman tentang tindakan kekerasan, baik di dunia nyata maupun melalui media sosial. Keberlanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menjadi acuan dalam penyusunan kurikulum dan bahan ajar dalam konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

Radicalization can lead to acts of terrorism so the government has to combat it. This study aims to investigate the communication of the National Police in suppressing radicalism in the Poso District. This study used qualitative methods and the data were collected by in-depth interviews. The population of this study was terrorist convicts, former terrorist convicts, families of terrorists and ex-terrorists, and all parties involved in handling radicalism in Poso District determined using the purposive sampling technique. Then, the data were analyzed by process coding, descriptive coding, and value coding. The results showed that the communication between the National Police in suppressing the growth and development of radicalism in Poso District is still being performed and showed effective results. Further, the radicalism in this district was caused by revenge and injustice which made people easily get recruited by Mujahidin Indonesia Timur (MIT) to carry out acts of radicalism that led to terrorism. The National Police has used social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to suppress the growth and development of radicalism.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how BPBD Tolitoli Regency's communication management. In addition, in handling disasters using qualitative descriptive methods with the theory of Puji Lestari in Susanto et al. and collecting data through observation, personal interviews and structured, and documented. This study used a purposive sampling method by taking four informants. The results of this study indicate that the Tolitoli Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency carried out the stages in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 24 of 2007 concerning disaster management. In the communication management plan, they carry out pre-disaster and post-disaster stages. They themselves have their own organizing and duties in disaster management. Then from disaster management planning and evaluation they always coordinate cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Self-evaluation in the event of a disaster they make into an action plan report that is the gradual development of the area of the disaster incident. For the inhibiting factors we saw that BPPD has problems related to difficult communication networks for remote areas and budgets for disaster management as well as a lack of infrastructure which is an obstacle to BPBD activities in flood disaster management.

Abstract

Penyimpangan dalam hal usia calon mempelai biasanya disebut dengan nikah usia dini. Pernikahan yang dilakukan pada usia dini memaksa pelakunya untuk meninggalkan pendidikan formal. Tidak hanya memangkas potensi untuk tumbuh dan berkembang, namun juga menutup kemungkinan mereka untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih baik karena keterbatasan jenjang pendidikan. Tidak hanya itu secara biologis alat-alat reproduksi anak masih dalam tahap menuju kematangan, sehingga belum siap melakukan hubungan seks dengan lawan jenisnya apalagi hingga melahirkan yang nantinya akan membahayakan jiwa anak dan ibunya. Pencegahan perkawinan usia dini harus dilakukan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia, khususnya pada remaja, seperti siswa dan siswi SMP Negeri 1 Tanantovea Kabupaten Donggala. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mengedukasi remaja (siswa dan siswi) agar tidak menikah diusia dini. Tahapan pelaksanaan dimulai dengan mengunjungi SMP N 1 Tanantovea dan tim lalu menerapkan metode ceramah di depan kelas. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya pemahaman yang baik kepada siswa dan siswi untuk tidak melakukan cara-cara negatif dalam berperilaku sehingga tidak terjadi pernikahan usia dini yang bisa merusak masa depan karena tidak bisa lagi melanjutkan pendidikan formal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Mayor of Palu is personally branded through the TikTok account @hadiantorasyid. The type of qualitative descriptive research with the basic case study of the research. Through the purposive sampling technique, four informants were selected, namely the Mayor of Palu, the Special Staff of the Mayor of Palu, the Chairman of the Media Center, and the Videographer of the Mayor of Palu, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show the Values and Vision, the presence of leaders who are close to their audiences, and the vision of building the City of Palu. Moral values, maintaining morals so as not to harm other parties. Be consistent, and consistently upload Content. Specialization, good exercise, and public speaking skills by the Mayor. Hobbies and Skills, Good Sports and Public Speaking by the Mayor. Authority, The supreme authority to regulate and enforce any rules. Relevant, showing the information and achievements of the Mayor clearly. Visibility, consistent major character. Persistence, the team's efforts to build Personal branding through TikTok social media. Acts of Kindness, the nature and character of the original Mayor. Content Quality Improvement, improve information quality with clear audio and clear images.

Abstract

The handling of radicalism in Poso Regency is carried out in the form of the implementation of the "Madago Raya Police" program which aims to minimize the re-entry of radicalism to former theorist prisoners. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the communication strategy of the National Police in the implementation of the "Madago Raya Police" program as an effort to handle radicalism in Poso Regency. The data in this study were collected through in-depth interviews, field notes, namely observations, and document analysis. The selected informants are members of the National Police who are tasked with carrying out the "Madago Raya Police" program and former theorist prisoners, as well as sympathizers and stakeholders. The research location is in Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province.  The results of the study show that in handling radicalism, the communication strategy of the National Police organization in the implementation of the "Madago Raya Police" program is carried out in the form of delivering messages through  a door to door system which aims to establish relationships, know the needs and expectations and change the mindset of former terrorism inmates to be liberal and pluralist. The message conveyed to former prisoners of terrorism was designed first by members of the National Police as part of the work of Kamtibmas, which of course was agreed by all parties in the police organization and then sent the message implicitly with the aim of inviting former terrorism prisoners to be involved and responsible in maintaining order and security in the Poso Regency area
