Abstract

Background: Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is a transition period for a woman and is a complex life event that affects the biological, psychological, and social life experienced by the mother. Therefore the need to cultivate an inner bond between mother and baby or known as maternal fetal attachment (MFA). Objective: Aim of this study was to find factors that influence MFA in pregnant women. Methods: cross sectional study. The study was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Population is pregnant women routine ANC visits at the obstetric clinic. 100 respondents determined by the method of consecutive sampling. Inclusion criteria of pregnant women with a gestational age of 20-38 weeks, do not have high risk of pregnancy, no complications in pregnancy, and willing to become respondents. Exclusion criteria mothers who were not willing to become respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire consisting of basic data questionnaires for pregnant women, Socio demographic data, reproductive history, Pregnancy, PAI questionnaire , SSQ questionnaire. Results: The planned pregnancy had an effect on the MFA with indigo p <0.05 OR 6, 44 which means that the planned pregnancy had an effect of 6.44 times on the MFA score. while age, education, parity, occupation has no effect on the MFA score Conclusion: Planed pregnacy had an effect on MFA score in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) are a serious threat during the Covid-19 pandemic because they are a vulnerable group. Most of the community’s behavior is a risk factor for NCD, smoking habits, eating less fruits and vegetables, and less physical activity. RT 1 RW 7 Mejing Wetan, Ambarktawang, Gamping, Sleman have community groups that hold regular meetings every month, but there is no forum for NCD risk factor detection activities. The purpose of community service activities is to form Posbindu NCD so that it can help NCD risk factors so that they control NCD in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation method of compiling the NCD risk factor detection book, outreach to community leaders, ordering the management, cadre training, preparing infrastructure and implementing Posbindu and monitoring sustainability. Activities have been carried out from August-December 2020. The results of the activity are trained cadres, a pocket book of NCD risk factors, the formation of the Posbindu WARAS (Warga Sehat) management, and the implementation of Posbindu with the Covid-19 health protocol so that it can provide NCD risk factors. The conclusion is that Posbindu NCD can be formed and can carry out activities regularly every month has successfully detected NCD risk factors.Posbindu cadres are asked to continue Posbindu activities regularly every month and can increase activities to increase community participation.

Abstract

There are several of non-pharmacological therapies to be used as caring practice to mother with labor pain. This study aimed to observe the effectiveness of both single and combination therapy of warm compresses and counter pressure massage (CPM) for the management of labor pain during the first active phase through medical records. This is a pilot study that used a cohort prospective design. The total number of respondents was 90 respondents, divided into 3 groups based on the non-pharmacological therapy that was given by the midwives or nurses. Pain level was measured with NRS 11. The study was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital from May 2020 to September 2020. A comparative hypothesis analysis was done to compare the Pretest-Posttest of pain level between groups using the Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis, and Post hoc Mann-Whitney tests with a significance of p <0.05. There was a reduction of 1.53 pain level of subject who received CPM, 1.16 by received warm compress and 1.67 for those who received combination therapy. It was found there was a significant difference between three groups with p=0.020. It was found that CPM was compared to Warm compress obtained p=0.017, CPM compared to Combination therapy obtained p=0.019, warm compress compared to combination therapy obtained p = 0.396.Combination therapy showed the highest reduction effect toward pain level of First Phase of Active Labor Pain. However, the CPM therapy showed to achieve effectiveness compared to warm compress and combination therapy.

Abstract

Terdapat 50%-75% ibu hamil mengalami mual muntah trimester1. Emesis gravidarum terjadi pada 60-80% primigravida. Di Puskesmas Umbulharjo1 jumlah emesis dalam satu bulan tahun 2016, ditemukan 81% dari ibu hamil trimester 1 yang periksa. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui penatalaksanaan ibu hamil dengan emesis gravidarum. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian ibu hamil dengan emesis gravidarum. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan Juni-September 2018. Analisa data dengan reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan. Penatalaksanaan emesis gravidarum KIE faktor penyebab mual-muntah, dampak mual-muntah, cara mengatasi mual-muntah, memberikan vitamin B6 untuk mengurangi mual-muntah bila perlu karena fisiologis.

Abstract

Komplikasi yang menjadi penyebab kematian terbanyak yaitu asfiksia, bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR), dan infeksi. Persentase kematian neonatal pada BBLR pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia sebanyak 35,3%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko ibu pada kejadian BBLR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif, sempel diambil dengan total sampling yaitu bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan kurang dari 2500 gram di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 75 bayi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor Ibu mayoritas ibu berumur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 60 orang (80%), dan ibu multigravida sebanyak 41 ibu (54,7%).

Abstract

The provisions of Minister of Health Regulation 88 of 2014 concerning blood tablet supplementary standards for women of childbearing age and pregnant women. The research objective was to determine the implementation of legal products in the community about giving fe tablets to pregnant women in DIY. The research method is juridical sociological, analytic descriptive specifications. The population is 121 health centers in DIY with a purposive sample of 9 health centers, research subjects in the KIA midwife. The results of fe tablet SOP in 4 Puskesmas are Nanggulan, Gamping 2, Sleman and Ngaglik 1. Aspects of failure: packaging of Fe tablets is easily damaged, social, economic and public awareness is lacking. Aspects of success: nutritional counseling, integrated ANC, pregnant women class, husband, in-laws.

Abstract

Health center performance measurement can be measured in a balanced scorecard based on financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning, and growth perspective. The qualitative study were used in this research will describe the evaluation of the implementation of Primary Health Care management. The four informants used in this study include the head of Primary Health Care, the head of Individual Health efforts, the head of Public Health efforts, and the administration and management, coordinator. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The financial perspective performs budget planning according to program achievements. There is an adjustment or shift in the budget in the Expenditure Budget that is diverted for the covid-19 program. From the customer's perspective, the results showed that there was sterilization of facilities, cross-sectoral coordination, and good communication. Patient visits during the COVID-19 pandemic were decreased. The internal business process perspective has innovated with online services, changing service mechanisms, providing additional tasks, and utilizing social media to disseminate information and health education to the public. Several Community Health Efforts activities have been stopped because they have the potential to trigger a wider spread of COVID-19 transmission. Learning and growth perspectives show involve various sectors to support the covid-19 pandemic program, one of which is empowerment by training youth groups for mass vaccination. The business process of one of the Primary Health Care in Sleman Regency runs optimally with various innovations.

Abstract

Stunting is a major nutritional problem in Indonesia. Children are chronically malnourished and appear too short. The causes of stunting problems are lack of knowledge and attitudes towards responsive feeding, lack of nutritional intake, and wrong parenting patterns for toddlers. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about responsive feeding. The implementation of this community service through health promotion activity was counseling. This activity has been t in October 2021 at the At-Taqwa Mosque in Sangubanyu village, involving six mothers. The results of community service activities showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about responsive feeding from 66.7% to 100%. The mother's attitude increased after being given counseling from 33.3% to 66.7%. Efforts to increase knowledge and attitudes are providing education about responsive feeding counseling through program integration activities at the Aisyiyah Moyudan Primary Clinic. The outputs of community service activities carried out are in the form of a scientific article, an electronic media article on the website of the Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, a booklet on responsive feeding, and an HKI booklet on responsive feeding. Abstract

The increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCD) poses a serious threat to development because it threatens national economic growth. The global target of non-communicable diseases is 25% reduction in death from non-communicable diseases in 2025. The results of the Basic Health Research in 2018 show that the prevalence of NCD has increased when compared to Basic health research in 2013. The leaders of the 'Aisyiyah Gamping Branch have carried out routine activities every month in each branch and also have 5 branches. One of the study material programmed is the theme of health. The activity is limited to provide for counseling from health sector speakers, there has been no implementation of Posbindu of the non-communicable diseases which can be held integrated with monthly activities. The output program are the trained cadres, NCD risk factor pocketbooks, and NCD risk factor data. The results of the program are 1) 45 cadres, trained increased attitudes towards the formation of Posbindu integrated with routine study activities, 2) NCD risk factor pocketbook used for training participants 3) the formation of Posbindu non-communicable diseases integrated with 'Aisyiyah Ambarketawang Branches; 4) non-communicable diseases risk factor data for trainees and study groups. The conclusion is that training can improve the attitude and formation of Posbindu non-communicable diseases.
