Abstract

Every household produces used cooking oil. Generally, used cooking oil is disposed of into the environment without any environmentally sound control. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of public knowledge regarding the impact of used cooking oil on health and the environment. Many people still don't know about the use of used cooking oil, even though it has extraordinary economic value. Therefore, it is important to understand the use of used cooking oil in the household environment. There is a need for innovation in the use of used cooking oil waste into products with economic value. The innovation is provided in the form of knowledge exchange with the public regarding the use of used cooking oil waste into aromatherapy candle products. This activity was carried out during the 2024 High Mandiri Mutual Cooperation Village Development Program (PTMGRMD). This activity aims to provide education to mothers about the use of used cooking oil in other forms, one of which is making aromatherapy candles at the Kampung Baru hall, Cikedal, Pandeglang Banten. The activity participants consisted of 21 mothers, taking place through methods, discussions, demonstrations and direct practice. The results of this service activity show that the participants were very enthusiastic and listened throughout the process and that the participants were active when carrying out the practice. After this activity takes place, it is hoped that mothers will become more aware of the dangers of using used cooking oil and can use used cooking oil into a more useful product.

Abstract

This research based on government regulation that makes the government have the right of immunity in taking more funds at a BLU which is then distributed to other BLUs, so cash reserves need to be made. This study aims to analyze the nominal cash that must be reserved by BLU University X. The amount of cash reserves must be adjusted by considering the possibility of the government taking a surplus of BLU funds and financial condition to become management capital at the beginning of the following year. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the financial, PNBP coordinator and expenditure treasurer. The results showed that BLU University X did not yet have a cash reserve strategy to deal with the government regulations. The implication of this research is as a consideration for BLU in formulating policies and strategies to manage cash from the remaining cash at the end of the previous year to be used as cash reserves. Abstract

In the 4.0 era, technology was rapidly developing which caused changes in the perspective of education. The competencies needed in the world of education are also changing. This affects the competency of prospective teachers. They must prepare, improve, and continue to hone their competencies to be able to produce a quality generation that is able to answer the challenges in the current 4.0 era. This study aims to explain the perceptions of prospective PAI teachers, inform about 6C competencies which is an update in the 4.0 era curriculum which was formerly known as 4C competencies but now gets two additional new competencies by the Minister of Education and Culture so that they become 6C competencies, as well as challenges faced by prospective PAI teachers in era 4.0. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and literature study. The results and discussion of this research are found that: 1. From the perception of PAI teacher candidates many do not know about the 6C competency being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture because it has not been a focus among educators. 2. Prospective educators try to hone their competencies to face the 4.0 era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pengusaha kecil mengenai pencatatan keuangan usaha sebagai dasar dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Menyusun pembukuan hingga laporan keuangan bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) bukanlah hal yang mudah. Menyelenggarakan pembukuan dan laporan keuangan dapat membantu UMKM dalam melihat perkembangan usaha, memperoleh pinjamanan dan sebagainya.   Mitra kegitan ini adalah pemilik usaha pengolahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 24 orang. Metode pelaksanaan melalui kegiatan workshop yang dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap; 1) persiapan, 2) Pelaksanaa, dan 3) evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha memiliki minat untuk menyelenggarakan pembukuan dan menyusun laporan keuangan. Selain dari kesibukan mereka ntuk menyisihkan waktu yang memadai untuk menyelenggarakan pembukuan, ketiadaan tenaga kerja yang cukup dan banyak yang harus dikerjakan sendiri, beberapa peserta mengharapkan adanya pembukuan yang sederhana, tidak merepotkan, tidak menyita waktu dan pikiran mereka. Secara umum, para peserta sangat ingin didampingi dan diberikan pedoman dalam menyelenggarakan pembukuan.  Simple Bookkeeping Training in Fish-Based Food Processing Business in West Lombok Regency  This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of small entrepreneurs regarding business financial records as a basis for preparing financial reports. Preparing books and financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is not an easy task. Organizing books and financial reports can help MSMEs to see business developments, obtain loans, and so on. This activity partner is the owner of a fish-based food processing business in West Lombok Regency, totaling 24 people. The implementation method is through workshop activities which are divided into several stages; 1) preparation, 2) implementation, and 3) evaluation. The results of the activity show that business owners have an interest in maintaining books and compiling financial reports. Apart from their busy schedule to set aside adequate time for bookkeeping, lack of sufficient manpower, and a lot to do on their own, some participants hoped that bookkeeping would be simple, hassle-free, and not take up their time and thoughts. In general, the participants really wanted to be assisted and given guidance in carrying out bookkeeping.

Abstract

Pernikahan di Indonesia sarat akan tradisi, salah satunya adalah seserahan yang melambangkan tanggung jawab dan pengakuan sosial antar keluarga. Nilai seserahan sering kali dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan dan status sosial calon pengantin, menciptakan kompleksitas dalam dimensi ekonomi dan sosial. Namun, belum terdapat standar baku mengenai penentuan nilai seserahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis rata-rata biaya pendidikan sebagai acuan nilai seserahan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus di beberapa desa, melibatkan wawancara dengan tokoh adat dan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pendidikan calon pengantin, semakin tinggi ekspektasi nilai seserahan. Selain itu, perbedaan biaya pendidikan antara pihak perempuan dan laki-laki menjadi dasar penentuan nilai yang adil. Nilai akhir seserahan ditentukan melalui konsensus keluarga dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan tradisi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the wordwall method has an effect on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education for seventh grade students at SMP Islam Tahfizh Darusshomad 2 Kalijaga Tengah. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative experimental research design. This study was conducted at SMP Islam Tahfizh Darusshomad 2 Kalijaga Tengah. The sample for this study consisted of 30 seventh-grade students. Sampling was conducted using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the wordwall method has an effect on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education for seventh-grade students at SMP Islam Tahfizh Darusshomad 2 Kalijaga Tengah. This can be seen from the hypothesis test results which show a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 (smaller than 0.05), so that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of student learning outcomes after the application of the wordwall method. The difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest of 6.100 points also shows a significant increase in student learning outcomes. This is reinforced by a t-value of -16.800, which indicates a very significant difference between the results before and after the treatment, with a total of 30 students as respondents.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah menghilangkan sekat-sekat atau batas-batas antar negara; globalisasi juga telah mempersatukan dunia dalam satu komunitas “perkampungan dunia” atau global village. Kesatuan  komunitas dalam perkampungan dunia itu hampir mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan. Aspek-aspek itu telah  mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia, baik dalam skala lokal seperti antar kehidupan pribadi, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Bahkan dalam skala yang lebih luas seperti antar budaya, agama, profesi, dan bahkan antar bangsa. Era disrupsi merupakan bagian dari globalisasi, sebagai akibat dari digitalisasi dan evolusi teknologi. Kompleksitas pengaruh ini membuat setiap komunitas termasuk ‘Umat Islam’ secara tak terelakkan harus mengkaji dan menyikapi dampak-dampak globalisasi dan era disrupsi tersebut terhadap kehidupan dan pergaulan  mereka, khususnya pendidikan dan nilai-nilai keislaman yang semakin meredup. Tulisan ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh globalisasi dan era disrupsi terhadap pendidikan dan nilai-nilai keislaman. Tulisan ini menegaskan bahwa globalisasi dan era disrupsi bisa didialogkan kembali dengan masyarakat Islam masa kini tanpa meredupkan nilai-nilai keislaman yang telah ada. Kita bisa melihat bagaimana pendidikan terdisrupsi oleh globalisasi dan bagaimana berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai keislaman dalam tata dunia baru yang universal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an Articulate Storyline-based learning application on Light and Optics so that it can help make learning more interesting and fun. With this application, it is hoped that students will be more interested and understand more about the material and concepts of Light and Optics. The type of research that the author uses is research and development R&D, which is the process used to develop and validate educational products. We conclude that the application that we make is interesting and the questions and sample questions that we provide already cover the material discussed and are easy to understand, it's just that there needs to be improvements or developments regarding design and color changes, icons that need to be aligned.Keywords: Articulate Storyline, Light and Optics, interesting.

Abstract

Introduction: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting Regional Original Revenue (PAD). In Mataram City, many MSMEs use public assets, but their contribution to PAD is still limited. This study aims to analyse the utilisation of regional assets by non-tax MSMEs and formulate strategies to optimise their contribution to PAD.Methods: This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore how non-tax MSMEs in Mataram City utilise regional assets. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analysed using a case study method.Results: The findings reveal that the utilisation of regional assets by non-tax MSMEs in Mataram City has contributed positively, though not optimally, to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Most MSMEs with daily revenue above Rp1,000,000 have not yet fulfilled their tax obligations, instead paying through rental and sanitation fees. The study also indicates that regulatory clarity, asset inventory, and improved public facilities are key strategies for optimising MSMEs’ productivity and increasing PAD contribution.Conclusion and Suggestion: Although the contribution of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Mataram City remains limited, they play an essential role in utilising regional assets and supporting local economic growth. Only a small portion of MSMEs contribute through taxes or levies, while most help the economy indirectly through employment and innovation. The study suggests that local governments should improve asset management, adjust contribution schemes, and provide better facilities to enhance MSME productivity and long-term contributions to PAD.
