Abstract

This study aims to determine how the green marketing model is developed in small and medium enterprises to increase consumer buying interest during the new normal period in the Deli Serdang Regency. From the data processing results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The study results indicate that green products to increase consumer buying interest are negative and insignificant. Green products cannot increase consumer buying interest. Green prices to increase consumer buying interest are negative and significant. Green prices can increase consumer buying interest. Green places to increase consumer buying interest are positive and insignificant. At the same time, green promotion towards consumer buying interest is positive and significant. When viewed from the data processing, SME business actors in Deli Serdang Regency need to develop a green marketing model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sustainability performance, environmental performance, dan environmental management accounting terhadap firm value. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi semua perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang mengikuti PROPER KLHK periode 2021-2022. Penyeleksian sampel digunakan dengan purposive sampling, dengan dihasilkan total 48 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memanfaatkan software SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan sustainability peformance dan environmental performance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap firm value. Sedangkan variabel environmental management accounting tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap firm value. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi semakin tinggi pengungkapan sustainability report oleh perusahaan dapat menjadi sinyal positif bagi para investor untuk menanamkan sahamnya sehingga akan meningkatkan harga saham perusahaan, dengan begitu akan berdampak pada meningkatnya nilai perusahaan. Karena dengan banyaknya pengungkapan sustainability report dapat menjadi sinyal bahwa perusahaan memiliki prospek yang baik bagi para investor. Kemudian Semakin baik sertifikasi PROPER yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan, perusahaan tersebut akan mendapatkan legitimasi dari masyarakat sehingga investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi. Semakin banyak investor yang berinvestasi akan meningkatkan harga saham, dengan begitu akan berdampak pada meningkatnya nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study examines the importance of promoting equality, tolerance, and inclusion in multicultural societies, focusing on the role of religion and the challenges faced in achieving these ideals. Utilizing a qualitative literature review method, the research analyzes secondary sources, including books, scholarly journals, and relevant articles. The findings reveal that discrimination, conflict, and extremism pose significant barriers to equality in diverse contexts. However, principles such as pluralism, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue provide pathways to overcome these challenges. Religion plays a crucial role in shaping societal dynamics through moral values, social structures, and cultural identities. Interfaith dialogue serves as an effective means to foster understanding, build positive relationships, and promote peace among different religious communities. The study emphasizes best practices for fostering inclusion and tolerance, such as inclusive education, open communication, collaboration among faith communities, and a commitment to peace. Ultimately, this research argues that through collective efforts, multicultural societies can develop into inclusive and tolerant environments where individuals coexist peacefully and respectfully, appreciating the richness of diversity.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies, in breast milk there are multiple benefits, namely: nutritional, physiological and psychological benefits for babies. Preparing for breastfeeding earlier is better and ready to breastfeed. It is recommended that breastfeeding be prepared from the antenatal period. Successful breastfeeding is supported by physical, psychological preparation and lactation management. Based on the results of data at BPM Ledi Eliani, Tandun village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, there were 10 mothers who gave birth at BPM Ledi Eliani for the last 3 months. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of lactation massage. This study uses a pre-experiment method with a research design of one group pre test and post test, using a checklist sheet and a brest pump. The population of this study was all mothers who parted at BPM Ledi Eliani and had difficulty leaving breast milk totaling 10 people The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely using saturated samples, namely all population numbers are used as a sample of 10 people. The results of the study from data analysis were the average volume of breast milk of postpartum mothers before lactation massage was (19.50) while the average volume of breast milk of postpartum mothers after lactation massage was (43.00). Based on the results of the T-Dependent statistical test data, a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is an effect of lactation massage on increasing breast milk volume in post-patrum mothers at BPM Ledi Eliani, Tandun Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a source of information and a basis for knowledge that there is a link between the effect of lactation massage on increasing breast milk volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kualitas pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan metode problem based-learning terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik tentang sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang difokuskan pada proses pembelajaran dan untuk melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA-1 SMAN 10 Kota Bogor. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes tertulis, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi keaktivan peserta didik dan aktifitas guru saat proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik yang mencapai 94% dan terdapat peningkatan keaktivan peserta didik dan guru dalam proses problem based-learning.

Abstract

Background: Glaucoma is a progressive optic neuropathy characterized by the gradual loss of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) and their axons, leading to irreversible visual field loss. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the severity of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and vision-related quality of life (VRQoL) in a single center in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted at the eye polyclinic of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital, Padang, Indonesia, from June to August 2024. A total of 54 patients with POAG were included and categorized into mild, moderate, and severe groups based on their cup-to-disc ratio and visual field index (VFI). VRQoL was assessed using the Indonesian version of the National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire (NEI-VFQ 25). Results: The mean VRQoL score was significantly lower in the severe group (60.63 ± 13.04) compared to the moderate (81.79 ± 10.42) and mild (85.04 ± 10.52) groups (p = 0.000). A strong negative correlation was observed between glaucoma severity and VRQoL (r = -0.667, p = 0.000). The social functioning subscale showed the strongest correlation with severity (r = -0.573, p = 0.000). Conclusion: The severity of POAG significantly impacts VRQoL, with more severe disease associated with lower QoL scores. The social functioning domain appears to be particularly affected. These findings underscore the importance of comprehensive glaucoma management that addresses not only clinical parameters but also the patient's overall quality of life.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of imports and external debt on foreign exchange reserves as an indicator of external stability in Indonesia. External stability is a critical component in maintaining national economic resilience, reflected by the adequacy of foreign exchange reserves. The study employs a quantitative approach using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, utilizing annual data from 2009 to 2018. The independent variables consist of import values and external debt, while the dependent variable is foreign exchange reserves. The estimation results reveal that imports have a negative and statistically significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, whereas external debt has a positive but statistically insignificant effect. These findings suggest that rising import activity tends to deplete foreign exchange reserves, while external debt has not yet demonstrated a substantial contribution to reserve accumulation in the short term. Thus, a balanced management of imports and external debt is essential to support Indonesia's external stability. The study offers relevant policy implications for fiscal and monetary authorities in formulating sustainable macroeconomic strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of using digital media on the learning motivation of grade XI senior high school students. The rapid development of technology has changed the way learning is carried out in schools and encouraged teachers to use digital media such as learning videos, interactive presentations, and online learning platforms. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation during the PLP program in class XI. The results show that digital media helps create a more attractive learning atmosphere, increases students’ attention, and encourages active participation in class. Students also become more enthusiastic in understanding the material because the presentation of content is more visual, practical, and easy to follow.
