Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan bisnis syari’ah menjadi tema menarik seiring dengan perkembangannya terus meningkat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) model yang berkembang: 1) Sole proprietorships, 2) Partnership , dan 3) Muḍarabah, bentuk kerjasama dimana pemilik modal (shahibul mal) mempercayakan sejumlah modal kepada pengelola (muḍarib) dengan perjanjian di awal. Paper ini menganalisa model pengelolaan bisnis syari’ah yang dikembangkan oleh Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) sebagai unit usaha dengan pembiayaan prinsip syari’ah. Banyaknya unit usaha ini dapat mempengaruhi model pengelolaan bisnis yang diterapkan, dan model pengelolaan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi hasil usaha yang dijalankan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) menggunakan beberapa model bisnis sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang dijalankan, yaitu kepemilikan tunggal dan kemitraan serta model kombinasi keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis perbandingan dalam penerapan model bisnis Syariah hamper sama pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM).Pertama, IKM menggunakan beberapa model bisnis, sesuai dengan tipeusaha yang dijalankan. Artinya, tipe dan jenis usaha yang dijalankanmempengaruhi model bisnis yang diterapkan. Tetapi ada satu konsep yangdijadikan dasar pijakan dalam berbisnis, yaitu IKM tidak melulu mencari keuntungan (profit oreinted), namun juga ada nilai manfaat (benefit oreinted).Beberapa fariasi model bisnis yang diterapkan oleh IKM, yaitu: 1) Soleproprietorship. Kedua, model pengelolaan bisnis yang diterapkan perusahaan dapat menentukankeberhasilan sebuah usaha/bisnis. Oleh karena itu menjadi sangatpenting bagi IKM untuk memberikan perhatian pada model pengelolaanbisnis yang dijalankannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the blue ocean strategy formulation for gayo coffee products. One of the most discussed topics today in the business world is how to escape the intense Red Ocean and how to create an indisputable Blue Ocean. Strategies for achieving distinct competitive advantages through innovative information technology (i.e., problem identification and implementation), which enable creating an undeniable market space, business based on efficiency and effectiveness. A remarkable fact about Gayo's Blue Ocean Strategy coffee products is that its rapid growth has not come from attracting competing customers from the existing Red Ocean market, but from creating the Blue Ocean market (3PL market), which the existing incumbents have noticed. , and also from building a new business model based on the ubiquitous-oriented 3PL system. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine how much resilience the community's disposable income was due to COVID-19, and the factors for increasing farmer productivity in Tanah Bara Village, Gunung Meriah District based on the SEM model. The main problems studied are the decline in the resilience of disposable income due to lack of capital in opening wider agricultural land, soil fertility which is increasingly polluted which causes unable to cultivate crops, narrow land cannot increase the area of ​​land owned, seed quality is not good. which causes crop failure or poor yields, the number of plant pests that cause death and does not produce and the lack of human resources in agricultural and plantation management The analytical model used in Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to see the causal effect of several independent variables, namely the quality of fertilizer , capital, soil fertility, seed quality, technology, pests, number of workers to increase farmer productivity in Tanah Bara Village, Gunung Meriah District. The results showed that there were 3 factors that influenced the income and welfare of the community, namely factor 1 which consisted of the quality of fertilizer, capital, soil fertility and labor. Factor 2 which consists of seed quality and technology and factor 3 which consists of pests.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the Blue Oceans Strategy method approach to improve strategy development for the Small and Medium Bamboo Industry in Medan City. Woven crafts are one of the most abundant businesses in the SME sector, both rattan and bamboo handicrafts have dominated the activities of SMEs in Medan City . The woven crafts are spread in 5 (five) sub-districts in Medan City. The method of analysis in this study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, in forming a strategy for developing SMEs and Bamboo cooperatives with the ocean strategy and blue ocean strategy models in Medan City. The competitive strategy used by the Small and Medium Shell Industry in Medan City at this time is to identify competitive factors in the industry which consist of product uniqueness, a touch of art, done in detail, proximity to sources of raw materials, strategic location, availability of labor, Creativity, Prices are not fixed on market prices, Can be used as souvenirs, Skills and skills of employees, Attractiveness and impact after participating in exhibitions, Sensitivity to market choices, Organizational commitment, Work environment, Availability of online order facilities, Experience and managerial skills, Product orders completed on time.

Abstract

This research aim to test and know clearly“ Analyze hedging to increase profit manufacture company in Bursa Efect Indonesia 2013-2016. This research used quantitative methods that involved 12 company. The data was collected by financial statement from Bursa Efect Indonesia. Data were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using pane and ardll regression analysis of the processing performed by eviews versy 7..Resultsofregression analysisis :Y =378,46 + 165.86X1+9.74X2+1.85X3 + e. The result of quantitative analysis showed that as simultant DER, ROA, dan CR have influent to Profit. As partial DER and ROA have no significant influence to profit but CR have significant influence to Profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate stunting management in Paya Tampak Village. The visible problem is that the phenomenon of stunting is still a separate problem in the village, so it needs serious handling. Stunting is defined as growth failure in children under the age of 5 years caused by chronic malnutrition so that children have low height for their age. This research approach is descriptive qualitative by making direct observations in Paya Tampak village. The data analysis technique uses a grounded theory design, which is to analyze research problems using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that stunting has a negative impact on children in later life, such as disrupting brain development, cognitive development, growth faltering, and low immune system. Evaluation of stunting management needs to be done to improve nutritional and cognitive status is needed to reduce the negative impact of stunting on children. The village government to the regional and central governments need to identify stunting management that allows for an increase in the nutritional and cognitive status of children so that stunting problems no longer occur

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk dapat mengefektifkan manajemen stunting di desa Paya Tampak. Adapun metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah dan pelatihan langsung kepada karyawan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan pada Mitra menunjukkan bahwa telah terlaksananya pemahaman masyarakat desa tentang manajemen manajemen stunting sehingga berdampak pada turunnya kasus stunting di desa. Masyarakat mampu menunjukkan identitas desa dengan ciri khas kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam mengelola masalah stunting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui lebih jelas bagaimana pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) di PT. PLN Persero. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 54 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS Versi 16. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji signifikansi parsial (uji t) diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,204 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,674 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,002, maka keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,332 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1. 674 dan signifikan pada 0,000, maka kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil Fhitung sebesar 33,004 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 2,78 dan signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan minat berwirausaha secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the SWOT formulation of the shell industry business in Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The data processing and analysis methods used were factor tests and discriminant analysis using the Cochran and Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling (KMO) tests. It is hoped that the results of this research can strengthen the results of previous year's research by exploring potential marketing strategies and comparisons of each industry. The formulation of a blue ocean strategy that can be recommended to Provinsi Sumatera Utara Small and Medium Industries (HCI), includes: (1) Through the six paths framework, there are four alternatives that can be used by Provinsi Sumatera Utara SMEs to reconstruct its market boundaries, including looking at alternative industries, strategic groups, complementary product and service offerings, and emotional-functional appeal for buyers. (2) Formulation of a four-step framework by enhancing hospitality and decorum; as well as creating hall or auditorium packages for exhibitions as well as product packages, supporting facilities, promotions via social networks, light visualization concepts, and rental of stands to provide appetizers. (3) Strategy formulation has three good characteristics, namely focusing on service and improving product marketing, divergent with the creation of new factors that can make Provinsi Sumatera Utara SMEs stay away from competition. Formulation Model The competitive strategy for the Shellfish industry is formulated using the SWOT Strategy, namely (1) The appropriate SWOT strategy for Shellfish SMEs in developing their business and facing competition between businesses (commercial studies) is another market penetration strategy that emerges from the QSPM matrix. (2) The factor that is the advantage of the Shell Shell HCI which can be used to increase competitiveness in facing competition between used tire businesses is the cheaper price factor. (3) There are 9 key strategic factors that influence competition between HCI Shellfish and its competitors, these strategic factors are finance, price, operational techniques, operational costs, facilities and infrastructure, promotion and advertising, transportation facilities, service quality, completeness of business operational equipment.

Abstract

The economy of Klambir V Kebun Village, Kec Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang Regency, is starting to develop due to the availability of village funds from the central government and support from information technology such as the Internet which aims to improve the local economy. Information technology provides various solutions to the problems that are generally faced by people in developing their businesses. For example, one of the technologies that is currently developing rapidly is Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce). E-Commerce itself is interpreted by some experts as financial buying and selling transactions that use an internet connection or digital technology. Various transactions, from sales, purchases, distribution, to marketing of goods and services can be done by utilizing E-Commerce. However, the author sees that many people in Klambir V Kebun Village, Deli Serdang Regency, still do not know the benefits and how to use E-Commerce. Based on this phenomenon, the author is interested in developing an E-Commerce-based information system with the aim of improving the economy and service to the people of Klambir V Kebun Village.
