Abstract

Posyandu is one form of Community Based Health Efforts which is managed and organized from, by for and with the community in organizing health development, in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services, primarily to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates. To facilitate the work of polindes officers in monitoring posyandu activities and to make it easier for posyandu cadres in the posyandu activity data collection process, the Posyandu Implementation Notification Application was created at Loksado Health Center. Based on the results of the trials conducted, the Web-based application of Posyandu Implementation Notifications at Loksado Public Health Center has been able to assist the work of polindes officers in the process of monitoring posyandu activities and able to assist posyandu cadres in the process of data collection on posyandu activities.Keywords: Community Health centers; Notifications; Web Based AbstrakPosyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar, utamanya untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Untuk mempermudah pekerjaan petugas polindes dalam memantau kegiatan posyandu dan memudahkan kader-kader posyandu dalam proses pendataan kegiatan posyandu, maka dibuatlah Aplikasi Notifikasi Pelaksanaan Posyandu di Puskesmas Loksado. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, Aplikasi Notifikasi Pelaksanaan Posyandu di Puskesmas Loksado Dengan Berbasis Web telah mampu membantu pekerjaan petugas polindes dalam proses pemantauan kegiatan posyandu dan  mampu membantu kader-kader posyandu dalam proses pendataan kegiatan posyandu.

Abstract

The performance assessment of contract workers at DPPKUKM Kapuas Regency is important to improve agency performance. However, the problem is that the contract extension process only relies on competency tests from the Kapuas Regency government. DPPKUKM has not used a computer system for performance assessment, and in some cases, contract workers get the same competency test results. The impact is that DPPKUKM has difficulty in assessing and selecting contract workers who should get contract extensions. This study proposes a Decision Support System (DSS) to help DPPKUKM assess the performance of contract workers. In this study, the DPPKUKM uses the Weighted Product (WP) method to assess the performance of DPPKUKM contract workers with the criteria assessed being Work Discipline, Compliance with Rules, and Ability to Work. The results of the performance test show that after using the system, there is no data on the same contract worker performance values. The assessment system has proven to be able to better differentiate the performance and contribution of each contract worker.Keywords: Performance Assessment; Contract Renewal; Contract Workers; Weighted Product  AbstrakPenilaian kinerja tenaga kontrak di DPPKUKM Kabupaten Kapuas penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja instansi. Namun, masalahnya adalah proses perpanjangan kontrak hanya mengandalkan uji kompetensi dari pemerintah Kabupaten Kapuas. DPPKUKM belum menggunakan sistem komputer untuk penilaian kinerja, dan dalam beberapa kasus, tenaga kontrak mendapatkan hasil uji kompetensi yang sama  Dampaknya adalah DPPKUKM kesulitan dalam menilai dan memilih tenaga kontrak yang seharusnya mendapatkan perpanjangan kontrak. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu DPPKUKM menilai kinerja tenaga kontrak. Dalam penelitian ini, SPK untuk menilai kinerja tenaga kontrak DPPKUKM menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan kriteria yang dinilai adalah Disiplin Kerja, Kepatuhan Terhadap Aturan, Kemampuan Bekerja. Hasil pengujian performa menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan sistem, tidak ada data nilai kinerja tenaga kontrak yang sama. Sistem penilaian terbukti mampu membedakan kinerja dan kontribusi masing-masing tenaga kontrak dengan lebih baik.Kata kunci: Penilaian Kinerja; Perpanjangan Kontrak; Tenaga kontrak; Weighted Product

Abstract

Administrative management at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) is very important because LSPs must comply with various standards and regulations set by accreditation bodies and the government. Good administrative management ensures that all documents, processes and procedures comply with requirements, and ensures that this data is stored and managed safely, and can be accessed easily when needed. The STMIK Banjarbaru Professional Certification Institute (LSP) is an institution established to carry out competency assessments and competency certification for STMIK Banjarbaru students. At LSP STMIK Banjarbaru, the process begins when the assessee obtains information about the certification scheme offered by LSP, requirements, costs and registration procedures. This information is obtained from officers in the LSP STMIK Banjarbaru section. After completing the required documents, the assessment is carried out according to a predetermined schedule. The results of the competency test will be announced via WhatsApp media groups. Implementing the STMIK Banjarbaru Professional Certification Institute (LSP) Administration Management Application can provide convenience and increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Professional Certification Institute (LSP). By automating various administrative processes, from participant registration to reporting certification results, we can reduce administrative errors and speed up processing time.Keywords: Certification; Professional Certification Institute; Administration AbstrakPengelolaan administrasi pada Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) sangat penting karena LSP harus mematuhi berbagai standar dan regulasi yang ditetapkan oleh badan akreditasi dan pemerintah. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik memastikan bahwa semua dokumen, proses dan prosedur sesuai dengan persyaratan, serta memastikan bahwa data ini disimpan dan dikelola dengan aman, serta dapat diakses dengan mudah saat dibutuhkan.  Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) STMIK Banjarbaru adalah lembaga yang didirikan untuk pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi dan sertifikasi kompetensi bagi mahasiswa STMIK Banjarbaru. Pada LSP STMIK Banjarbaru, proses dimulai ketika asesi memperoleh informasi tentang skema sertifikasi yang ditawarkan oleh LSP, persyaratan, biaya, dan prosedur pendaftaran.Informasi tersebut didapatkan dari petugas pada bagian LSP STMIK Banjarbaru. Setelah melengkapi berkas persyaratan, asesmen dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari uji kompetensi akan diumumkan melalui media groups whatapps. Penerapan Aplikasi Pengelolaan Administrasi Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) STMIK Banjarbaru dapat memberikan kemudahan serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP). Dengan mengotomatisasi berbagai proses administrasi, mulai dari pendaftaran peserta hingga pelaporan hasil sertifikasi, mampu mengurangi kesalahan administratif dan mempercepat waktu pemrosesan.

Abstract

Public complaint services are an important component in efforts to improve the quality of public services within the local government environment. However, in many sub-districts, the complaint mechanism is still carried out manually or conventionally, resulting in various problems, such as delays in handling complaints, poorly organized report documentation, and low levels of information transparency to the public. This study aims to analyze system needs and design a model for public complaint information services based on information technology that can be implemented at the sub-district level. The research method used is system needs analysis through observation and interviews with sub-district officials, as well as literature studies related to the application of information systems in public services. The results of the study produced a model for a public complaint information system that is able to facilitate structured complaint recording, accelerate the follow-up process, and provide a feature for monitoring the status of complaints in real-time by the public. The implementation of the system model can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of complaint services in sub-districts, as well as encourage the realization of more transparent and responsive public services.Keywords: Information Systems; Public Complaints; Public Services; Sub-districts; Information TechnologyAbstrakPelayanan pengaduan masyarakat merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Namun, pada banyak kecamatan, mekanisme pengaduan masih dilakukan secara manual atau konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan penanganan aduan, dokumentasi laporan yang tidak tertata dengan baik, serta rendahnya tingkat transparansi informasi kepada masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem dan merancang model layanan informasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat diterapkan di tingkat kecamatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak kecamatan, serta studi literatur terkait penerapan sistem informasi dalam pelayanan publik.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sebuah model sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat yang mampu memfasilitasi pencatatan aduan secara terstruktur, mempercepat proses tindak lanjut, serta menyediakan fitur pemantauan status pengaduan secara real-time oleh masyarakat. Implementasi model sistem dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan pengaduan di kecamatan, serta mendorong terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang lebih transparan dan responsif.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi; Pengaduan Masyarakat; Pelayanan Publik; Kecamatan; Teknologi Informasi
