Abstract

Toko Anyar merupakan salah satuperusahaan penjualan makanan instant (siap saji) yangberada di daerah Bekasi. Pada Toko Anyar tersebutpenulis melakukan analisa sistem penjualan yangsedang berjalan saat ini. Penjualan yang dilakukandiperusahaan ternyata masih kurang mendapatkanpendapatan yang maksimal. Income yang tidak tentu,kurangnya promosi dan menjadikan Toko Anyarbelum dikenal dikalangan masyarakat luas. Desainpenelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptifdengan pendekatan studi kasus pada Toko Anyar.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan terstuktur danmetode pengembangan sistem informasi penjualanberbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaperancanagan sistem informasi penjualan danpemesanan berbasis web dapat membatu konsumendalam mengakses informasi mengenai produk yangdijual dan dalam melakukan pemesanan produk,mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yang meliputiimplementasi perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, basisdata antarmuka dari aplikasi yang dihasilkan. Tahapakhir adalah mengadakan pengujian terhadap aplikasi.

Abstract

Information technology and online platforms are very important in the context of work in today's digital era. Many companies have turned to internal websites or web-based systems for various needs, such as data management, internal communications, and daily work tools. One technology that is considered to play a very important role in a company is a website. SiCepat Ekspres implemented the Proof Of Delivery website as a solution to solving problems that occur when sending goods to user receipts. This system is part of the company's digital strategy, which utilizes website-based technology to simplify operations and increase user satisfaction. The data collection methods in this thesis are observation, interviews and literature study methods with quantitative analysis methods, namely data analysis methods using statistical analysis. Satisfaction with using a website is formed because of the services provided by a system that can be adjusted to the user's wishes. One method that can be used to analyze website systems is the PIECES Framework where there are 6 indicators (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Head Office of the Operations Division, getting 60 respondents. The results of this research show that the Proof Of Delivery SiCepat website received an average score of 4.30 which shows that users are very satisfied in using the Proof Of Delivery SiCepat website as a media source of information.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the need for fast, stable, and secure internet connections continues to grow. In managing large internet networks, routing is a crucial aspect in determining the path for data. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is one of the most widely used routing protocols in large networks. BGP connects various Autonomous Systems (AS) and enables the exchange of routing information between internet service providers. This research implements the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) using Cisco Packet Tracer to simulate a network scenario faced by PT Artha Media Lintas Nusa Jakarta. As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), PT Artha Media Lintas Nusa encounters challenges in efficiently managing network routes, especially for connectivity with various other service providers. This study uses a methodology that includes network needs analysis, topology design, BGP configuration, and performance testing of the protocol to dynamically distribute routes. The results show that the implementation of BGP in Cisco Packet Tracer successfully optimizes network route management, ensures stable connectivity, and reduces data transfer latency. The simulation also provides technical guidance that can be applied to the company's physical network to enhance efficiency and scalability. Thus, this research is expected to be a valuable reference for PT Artha Media Lintas Nusa and other parties looking to implement BGP as a routing solution for large-scale networks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru TPQ Darul Hikmah tentang penggunaan aplikasi google classroom untuk pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para TPQ Darul Hikmah belum dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau dalam jaringan (Daring) karena keterbatasan para pengajar dan orang tua siswa dalam pemanfaaatan Teknologi Informasi.  Kebutuhan pokok TPQ Darul Hikmah adalah pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi untuk  pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menarik minat belajar para siswa.  Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi TPQ Darul Hikmah adalah memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di TPQ Darul Hikmah dalam bentuk pemanfaatan google classroom untuk tenaga pengajar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara jarak jauh menggunakan media conference dengan materi yang telah disusun sistematis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah keterampilan pengajar TPQ Darul Hikmah dalam memanfaatkan google classroom di masa pandemi meningkat menjadi 80%. Target luaran berupa publikasi di jurnal ilmiah cetak atau elektronik, artikel di media masa cetak atau elektronik, video kegiatan dan peningkatan keterampilan pengurus dan pengajar TPQ Darul Hikmah dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

Library is a supporting educational unit that must provide information and knowledge to learners because in their environment they can share information, so that learners have broad insight. The library system in SMA Negeri 1 Sajira is still using conventional or manual way in daily activities so that there are often mistakes in entering data, delay in the process of finding the necessary data and the accumulation of irregular archives. With the existing problem-based then created a software that can provide solutions to help librarians in the parent data - library data in SMA Negeri 1 Sajira and can accelerate student borrowing and repaying transactions.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to choose the best students in school using the AHP algorithm. Then it can be determined who the best students are. Based on the system that will be input and processed by the system so that it will produce maximum output and not in favor of anyone. The method used in this study is to use the literature study method. And literature study using these 2 methods will be able to provide something new, especially in the field of problem formulation and novel poles will be found after that the method is to conduct trials by inputting process and output so that you can find out who the best students in school. The problem raised in this study is how to determine the best students. Based on the system not based on the choice of someone with the system, it will help the school in determining the best students so that it does not side with one party and choose the wrong choice. In this study will produce data that can be known which students will be selected to be the best students in school based on the process of the AHP algorithm that has been included in this study.

Abstract

Companies like these services are important to improve the quality of services provided to customers. In this case it is very useful for companies to plan ahead. For this reason, PT. Enchantment Denar has a different way to assess customer satisfaction. In practice, the activity of evaluating the level of customer satisfaction must be done with a good and appropriate method. Fuzzy Servqual method was chosen to assess and rank the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services of PT. Enchantment Denar and analyze service factors that must be improved and quality improved. The results of the study show that the gap value is negative, it can be said that the services provided by PT. Denar Charm has not satisfied the customer's heart. Then the lowest result of the gap is -0.334 of the empahty variable and the highest result is -1.137 in the responsiveness variable. Therefore PT. Enchantment Denar must further increase the lack of results so that in the future PT. Denar Charm is very good service for the customer.

Abstract

The C4.5 algorithm is one of many data mining methods that can generate rules for analyzing customer satisfaction. This process produces approximately four rules with influential attributes, namely Security, Timeliness, and Customer Service. The rapid changes in information technology have had a major impact on many aspects of life, including the business sector. One of the main transformations is the shift from traditional sales systems to digital ones, known as e-commerce. Tight competition in sales and maintaining customer loyalty makes customer satisfaction a crucial aspect to maintain good customer relationships. This research is expected to improve customer satisfaction and address issues related to it. In this context, the application of data mining is considered an appropriate tool for processing data in research to predict customer satisfaction using the C4.5 algorithm, as well as to test and validate information regarding customer satisfaction. The results of the research that has been carried out show that comparative testing on the classification model with the C4.5 algorithm produces a high level of accuracy in predicting data, namely with an accuracy value of 98.13%. For the recall test value, a value of 100.00% was obtained, while the precision value was recorded at 91.00%, and the ROC/AUC value reached 0.695%.
