Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of variablestherapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust in patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 863 patients at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 86 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust simultaneously and significantly influence patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. Suggestions from this research, Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo continues to improve therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and existing trust, so that patient satisfaction will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially of organizational culture variables, financial compensation, role conflict and social support on the performance of the Medical Rehabilitation Installation staff at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at the Medical Rehabilitation Installation at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta is 55 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 48 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that organizational culture, financial compensation, role conflict and social support influence the performance of the Medical Rehabilitation Installation staff at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. Suggestions from this research, the Medical Rehabilitation Installation of Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta continues to maintain and improve organizational culture, financial compensation, social support and minimize the atmosphere that creates role conflict for staff, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Veteran 1 Sukoharjo yang beralamatkan di Jalan Dokter Muwardi No.84, Sawah, Gayam, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah 57514. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan.Dengan metode sensus diperoleh sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel dependen yaitu kinerja guru, variabel independen yaitu kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja Data Penelitian yang sudah didapat akan dilanjutkan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analiss regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Veteran 1 Sukoharjo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan , Kompetensi, Remunerasi Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Lain Di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif Deskriptif dengan populasi dan sample adalah tenaga kesehatan lain di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta sejumlah 70 (Tujuh puluh tujuh) orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner dengan skala likert serta analisa Regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Pengaruh Pelatihan , Kompetensi, Remunerasi Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Lain Di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pelatihan , Kompetensi, Remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Lain Di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta. Namun, Employee Engagement berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Lain Di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta.
