Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the influence of the work environment on teacher loyalty at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. It also explores the impact of teacher empowerment, compensation, and principal leadership on teacher loyalty at the same institution. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach and was conducted at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. A total of 61 teachers participated in the study, with the sampling method using a census technique, meaning the entire population was included as the sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that the work environment, teacher empowerment, compensation, and leadership each have a significant influence on teacher loyalty at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. These results highlight the important role these factors play in fostering teacher commitment and long-term engagement within the school. Keywords: Teacher Loyalty, Work Environment, Teacher Empowerment, Compensation, Principal Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which Kindergarten teachers in Prambanan District's motivation, competence, discipline, and work environment all have a role in shaping their students' academic and behavioral outcomes. Quantitative research methods are employed in this study. All 75 personnel from Prambanan District's kindergartens made up the study's population. This study used a census sampling method and collected data from 75 participants. Questionnaire-based information gathering. Statistical tests such the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination were utilized in the data analysis process. The study found that the performance of kindergarten instructors in the Prambanan District was highly influenced by four factors at the same time: teachers' motivation, teachers' competence, teachers' discipline, and the kindergartens' work environments. Based on the results of this research, kindergartens in the Prambanan District have begun implementing changes to boost agricultural extension employees' motivation, competence, discipline, and overall productivity in the workplace. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of the variables of integrity, professionalism, compensation and career development on employee performance at the Grogol District Office, Sukoharjo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees in Grogol District is 42 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a census sampling technique with a sample size of 42 people. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that integrity, professionalism, compensation and career development partially and significantly influence employee performance at the Grogol District Office, Sukoharjo Regency. Suggestions from this research, the Grogol District Office, Sukoharjo Regency continues to improve existing integrity, professionalism, compensation and career development, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of the variables of work experience, work discipline, information technology, and training on the performance of members of the Binkar SSDM Bureau of the South Jakarta Police. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees/members working at the Binkar SSDM Bureau of the South Jakarta Police is 220 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that work experience, work discipline, information technology and training partially and significantly influence the performance of members of the South Jakarta Police Binkar SSDM Bureau. Suggestions from this research, the South Jakarta Police SSDM Binkar Bureau continues to improve work experience, work discipline, information technology and existing training, so that the performance of members will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Leadership Styles, including Transformational and Transactional Leadership, and Sustainability. This study also includes other variables, such as Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Capability. This research uses a quantitative approach and 216 data are gathered. The results of this study stated that both leadership styles significantly and positively impact the other three variables. Though both of them have a significant impact, Transformational Leadership mostly has a higher impact than Transactional Leadership. There are two interesting findings in this study. First, the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Innovation Capability is higher in Transactional than in Transformational Leadership. The second finding is that Innovation Capability negatively impacts Sustainable Performance in Transformational Leadership. The discussion, conclusion, limitations, and suggestions are provided in this journal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan karir, reward dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN Surakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN Surakarta) yaitu berjumlah 40 pegawai dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model uji regresi liniear berganda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN Surakarta). sedangkan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN Surakarta).

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance. With the census method, a sample of 38 respondents was obtained and the data analysis used was a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The research variables consist of dependent variables, namely employee performance, independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment. The population in this study was 38 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance in Prokopim Klaten Regency. Based on the research and discussion conducted, the results of the Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.818 or 81.8% were obtained. The remaining contribution of other variables only amounted to 18.2% such as work ethic, work discipline, education and others.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the quantity of new students at PAUD Nurus Shibyan. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results obtained, namely the increase in the quantity of new students at SPS Muslimat Nurus Shibyan, cannot yet be measured because it only opened in 2023. KB Nurus Shibyan in 2022/2023 increased by 50%, but in 2023/2024 it decreased by 18%. However, when compared with 2021/2022, it has increased by 23%. Muslimat Nurus Kindergarten decreased 22% in 2022/2023, but in 2023/2024 increased 41% from the previous year. When compared with 2021/2022, there was an increase of 9.7%. In the implementation process, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the 7P marketing mix strategy in increasing the quantity of new students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of variablestherapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust in patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 863 patients at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 86 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust simultaneously and significantly influence patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. Suggestions from this research, Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo continues to improve therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and existing trust, so that patient satisfaction will increase and be better than before.

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially of organizational culture variables, financial compensation, role conflict and social support on the performance of the Medical Rehabilitation Installation staff at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at the Medical Rehabilitation Installation at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta is 55 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 48 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that organizational culture, financial compensation, role conflict and social support influence the performance of the Medical Rehabilitation Installation staff at Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. Suggestions from this research, the Medical Rehabilitation Installation of Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta continues to maintain and improve organizational culture, financial compensation, social support and minimize the atmosphere that creates role conflict for staff, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.
