Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze The influence of discipline on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, The influence of motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, This research is categorized as a quantitative research type. The population and sample in this research were all employees at the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, namely 151 people. And 50% of employees, namely 75 employees, were sampled, so this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was concluded that Discipline had a significant/not significant effect on work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, and Work culture has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in terms of service, facilities, price perception, and trust at the Surya Madina Surakarta Umrah Bureau. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, randomly selected 79 pilgrims, from a population of 786 Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 30. The results of this study indicate that service, price perception, and trust have a positive and significant effect partially on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. While facilities have a positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau.

Abstract

This study was used to see the influence of motivation, competence, leadership style, and human resource management on Employee Performance in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection using questionnaires, observations, documentation, interviews and literature studies. The research was conducted at the General Section Office of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency located in the Wijaya Tower Building. This research was conducted for 6 months. The population in this study were 40 employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. This study will use a non-probability sampling approach. The sample taken in this study was 40 employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Motivation, Competence, Leadership Style, Human Resource Management have a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and commitment on employee performance at the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. The population of this study was all 91 employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The research results show that professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect performance. The variables Professionalism, Organizational Culture, Internal Control, and Organizational Commitment influence performance by 56.9%, while the remaining 43.1% is explained by other variables not proposed in this research. Suggestions from this research, employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency can increase professionalism, organizational culture, and commitment to the organization with good internal supervision to achieve maximum performance results for the Baki Sukoharjo Community Health Center.

Abstract

Leadership, motivation, work discipline, and commitment are the four elements that this study seeks to identify as having an effect on the performance of the civil servant (ASN) employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Klaten regency. The research strategy used in this study is quantitative. There are a total of 38 individuals employed by the ASN at the DPRD Secretariat within the Klaten regency. This research used the census method for sampling, with a total of 38 respondents. Gathering information by use of surveys. Statistical analysis makes use of a number of data analysis procedures, including F tests, t tests, determination coefficients, and double linear regression tests. Leadership, motivation, work discipline, and commitment all have a favorable and substantial effect on the DPRD Secretary of Klaten district's performance, according to the study. Staff performance will be at an all-time high since the secretariat of the DPRD district of Klaten is always working to enhance leadership, motivation, work discipline, and commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population of the study was all employees working at the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, with a sampling technique using the census method, so that the number of research samples was 89 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. Therefore, the management of the Health Center is advised to increase employee work motivation through awards and training, adjust the workload to be more proportional, create a comfortable and conducive work environment, and strengthen the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in order to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and environment on employee performance at the Surakarta City Health Service. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in the study was 80 employees of the Surakarta City Health Service, all of whom were taken as research samples using total sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that partially motivation, discipline, leadership and environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surakarta City Health Service. Therefore, suggestions for the management of the Ssurakarta City Health Service need to continue to improve motivation, discipline, leadership and the environment so that they can achieve maximum performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Compensation on HR Loyalty at PT Sadar Group Surakarta.  The population of this study was 51 HR employees at PT Sadar Group Surakarta with a saturated sample. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The results of the study showed that job satisfaction, work environment, organizational culture and compensation on HR loyalty at PT Sadar Group Surakarta had a positive and significant effect by contributing to loyalty of 66.5% while the remaining 33.5% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Suggestions from this study, HR at PT Sadar Group Surakarta can improve work culture in a conducive environment to achieve job satisfaction that can increase loyalty to the company. Keywords: Loyalty, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Compensation, HR

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the influence of the work environment on teacher loyalty at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. It also explores the impact of teacher empowerment, compensation, and principal leadership on teacher loyalty at the same institution. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach and was conducted at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. A total of 61 teachers participated in the study, with the sampling method using a census technique, meaning the entire population was included as the sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that the work environment, teacher empowerment, compensation, and leadership each have a significant influence on teacher loyalty at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. These results highlight the important role these factors play in fostering teacher commitment and long-term engagement within the school. Keywords: Teacher Loyalty, Work Environment, Teacher Empowerment, Compensation, Principal Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which Kindergarten teachers in Prambanan District's motivation, competence, discipline, and work environment all have a role in shaping their students' academic and behavioral outcomes. Quantitative research methods are employed in this study. All 75 personnel from Prambanan District's kindergartens made up the study's population. This study used a census sampling method and collected data from 75 participants. Questionnaire-based information gathering. Statistical tests such the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination were utilized in the data analysis process. The study found that the performance of kindergarten instructors in the Prambanan District was highly influenced by four factors at the same time: teachers' motivation, teachers' competence, teachers' discipline, and the kindergartens' work environments. Based on the results of this research, kindergartens in the Prambanan District have begun implementing changes to boost agricultural extension employees' motivation, competence, discipline, and overall productivity in the workplace.
