Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the vocal learning process using the demonstration method. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object to be studied is the process of learning art and culture which is in terms of vocal learning with the demonstration method at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali. Teachers and students at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali who will be informants for this research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of research data and the discussion contained in the previous chapter about vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. It can be concluded that vocal learning with the demonstration method in learning arts and culture is very helpful, especially vocal learning in class X SMA N 2 Toboali, because students more easily understand the material presented by the teacher so that learning takes place more efficiently. Based on the results of research data analysis and discussion contained in the previous chapter on vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. It can be concluded that vocal learning with the demonstration method in learning arts and culture is very helpful, especially vocal learning in class X SMA N 2 Toboali, because students understand the material presented by the teacher more easily so that learning takes place more efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts in improving student learningoutcomes in cultural arts subjects, especially Buchaechum Dance in class X SMK MadyatamaPalembang. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely bypresenting data and using a sentence in the form of text. The object of this research is the teacher of arts and culture, while the informants are students. Qualitative research method is a research process that begins with the rules of thinking and formulating basic assumptions that will be included in the research. The results of the study showed that the obstacles faced by teachers were the lack of interest in student learning and inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support success in learning activities. Then came the efforts made by a teacher at SMK Madyatama Palembang to improve student learning outcomes, namely the teacher changing the learning method, the method that theteacher uses is a varied method, namely the Demonstration method and the Peer Tutor method as well as the use of Audio Visual aids media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of the Kuda Lumping Art of the Budi Lestari Group inTalang Betutu Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research objects or informants, namely studio owners, trainers, players and the community. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation,documentation and interviews. The results in this study are focused on the level of the Budi LestariGroup's Kuda Lumping Art among the community, especially the Talang Betutu community. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Budi Lestari Group's Kuda Lumping is a Kuda Lumping Art Show that has been passed down from generation to generation and can be categorized as The existence of some of the Transmigration communities in Talang Betutu is proven that the Kuda Lumping Budi Lestari Group has been around for a long time, namely in 1977 and some people already know about it.

Abstract

This research is a research on learning art and culture in high school, new clan. The approach inthis study uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this case, it will describe the process of learningarts and culture including discussions about planning, implementing and evaluating learningcarried out by teachers as the main element in the process. Data was collected through directobservation in the field, structured interviews, and collecting documents related to the learningprocess. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using triangiulation techniques, then presented analytically descriptively. Based on the data analysis, the results of the research show that teachers have the ability to design learning, implement and develop theater learning well.

Abstract

Art education in schools is essentially a process of learning activities to develop meaningful values inhumans through art learning. The values referred to are related to the development of imagination,intuition, thought, creativity and sensitivity to taste. This study aims to determine the Study of Educational Values of Tanggai Dance in Cultural Arts Learning at Pusri Palembang High School on the results of cultural arts students. Learning Tanggai dance focuses in this study on educational value. which is seen from the meaning of motion or dance Tanggai. In this study, the method used was descriptive qualitative. The population in this study was Tanggai dance in cultural arts learning which was studied in class x at SMA Pusri Palembang consisting of 14 students. formed into 2 groups. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed the educational value of tanggai dance for cultural arts learning at SMA Pusri Palembang, forming students' personalities asindividual, social, religious, and cultural beings.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran seni budaya siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari Mulyasa dalam buku guru yang profesional, teori ini menjelaskan mengenai cara-cara guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mulai dari variasi pembelajaran yang didalamnya terdapat variasi gaya mengajar, variasi media pembelajaran dan variasi pola interaksi. Metode penilitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Setelah pengumpulan data dilakukan dan data yang sudah dianalisis, maka terdapat hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi keterampilan guru di SMP negeri 15 Palembang terutama pada pembelajaran seni budaya pada siswa kelas IX sudah berjalan sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik dan hasil yang diterima oleh para siswa juga maksimal. Abstract

Tuisan ini adalah hasil studi deskriptif analitik karya komposisi musik akademik ansambel quatet gitar “Anak Rantau” karya Silo Siswanto. Pendekatan metode yang digunaakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi Pustaka, dengan metode analisis kerja labor dengan tahapan transkripsi musik, analisis struktur musik, dan interpretasi dalam kreatifitas musikal. Dalam hal ini analisis musik diorentasikan pada uaraian bentuk- struktur karya dan analis krearifitas pengembang melodi yang meliputi analisis motif, tema, frase, dan period karya. Dari hasil analisis karya ini dapat ditemukan struktur dan pengembang kreatifitas  pada setiap bagian bagian-bagian karya. Pada setiap bagian musik ditemukan variasi melodi dan Teknik pengembangan yang berbeda, diantaranya Teknik repetitive, Teknik sekuen, Teknik diminuasi, pelebaran nilai interval, Teknik inversi melodi, Teknik canon, dan Teknik robato ekspresifo pada bagian cadenza. Dari keseluruhan hasil analisi karya ansambel quartet gitar klasik “Anak Rantau” ini dapat dipahami bahwa pendekatan Garapan karya yang digunakan oleh komposer adalah komposisi musik dengan bentuk karya tema variasi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of local knowledge in art education in the city of Palembang in the digital era. Using a phenomenological approach with qualitative methods, this study examines how digital technology and cultural heritage can be integrated into the art education curriculum. Results indicate that although there are challenges in adapting to technology, its proper application can enrich students' understanding of traditional arts and prepare them for the digital era. It can be concluded that effective art education in the modern era should consider cultural heritage while leveraging technological innovations. Abstract

This article is the result of research which aims to describe one of the Tembang Batanghari Sembilan artists named Sahilin. The research is based on the Sahilin phenomenon which is consistent with the art of Tembang Batanghari Sembilan from early to old age. To describe Sahilin's consistency, data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Next, the data will be presented descriptively, through the results of interpretive analysis. The research results showed that there were 4 main factors that influenced Sahilin's consistency in this art, namely; artistic talent, encouragement and upbringing from his father, social support, enjoyment because of function.

Abstract

This study is to determine the aesthetic elements of Tarisambut Turak in Musi Rawas Regency which includes motion, space, time. This research method will use qualitative method. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research concludes that the aesthetic elements of Turak Peat Dance in Musi Rawas Regency consist of three parts, namely motion elements including movement and motion. The space element includes positive-negative space, floor pattern level, direction, dimension. Time elements include tempo, rhythm, and duration. The Turak Welcoming Dance movement was inspired by the Dutch colonization who wanted to control the area of the Lakitan Ulu Terawas Middle Tribe because the area was rich in natural resources, so it was developed in the form of a dance that could be enjoyed by the community through unique and meaningful movements that described the story of life during Dutch colonization. Turak Welcoming Dance has 5 varieties of movements, the arrangement of dance steps is sorted by researchers from the smallest to the largest. . Keywords: Aesthetic Elements, Turak Welcome Dance
