Abstract

Speaking of human resource management, leadership is an important factor to be used as a reference in institutional development. Transformative leadership can be an alternative method for leading Islamic education institutions. Therefore, this is where the dimensional function of the concept role is expected to have a major influence on leadership in Islamic Education Institutions. The method and type of data collection in this study is library research by collecting books, journals and the results of previous research that supports research themes, including literature on leadership that includes transformational leadership dimensions. The results of this study indicate that success in leadership is the most important and urgent element in the effort to create quality education from basic education institutions to higher education institutions the more the leadership process runs optimally the easier the shared goals can be achieved. .

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam kehidupan manusia, sedangkan Guru merupakan faktor terpenting dalam proses peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, guru sebagai makhluk sosial dan individual dalam kehidupannya sering mengalami hambatan dalam peningkatan kualitas tersebut. Adapun permasalahan yang timbul adalah bagaimana profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, Berpijak dari permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sarta menganaisis apa saja kendala atau problematika yang muncul dalam peningkatan keprofesionalan guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dan berupa kata-kata tertulis. Dengan demikian, laporan penelitian akan berisi kutipan-kutipan data untuk memberikan gambaran penyajian laporan Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah subyek dimana data diperoleh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa yang menjadi problem atau kendala dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah padatnya jam mengajar dan kurangnya minat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi serta kesejahteraan guru kurang memadai.

Abstract

These days akhlak education have started to hollowed, so there is a need to provide perpetual study about these. The purpose of this study is to know how the implementation of akhlak education according to KH Abd Wahab Hasbullaj in Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH Abd Wahab Hasbullah Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, because it is one of the school which using the name of Kyai Wahab as its name. This study is a study using qualitative approach with library research as a main metode. Some of the akhlak of KH Abd Wahab Hasbullah are: his attention towards NU organization, dicipline, presevering, diligent, generous, merciful, kind, friendly, have broad knowledge, nationalist, have forward tought, and firm. While the implication of akhlak education according to KH Abd Wahab Hasbullah in Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan KH abd Wahab Hasbullah Tambakberas Jombang have been applied, it is proved that these are included in the vision and mission of the Madrasah, which is the implementation of modeled akhlak education from KH Abd Wahab Hasbullah, that is producing 'smart, right, professional, environment carer, and pious to God' generation, which all of these things are inside the figure of KH Abd Wahab Hasbullah himself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the explosion magic box learning media in fiqh class XI subjects at MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. The population in this study were all students of class XI, amounting to 47 students. The sample used was 29 students from class XI IIS and 18 students from class MIPA. The method used is quantitative research methods and types of field research. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire, observation methods, methods of learning outcomes test (pre-test and post test) and documentation. Media Explosion Magic Box represents an explosion, in the shape of a box, when opened it will form a grid of boxes and create text or images according to the theme. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean score of student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test after being taught using Explosion Magic Box media. This can be seen in the results of hypothesis testing through the Paired Sample t-test. The significance value (Sig. (2tailed) is lower than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that the research data is considered to have a significant difference in the mean pre-test and post-test. , this research hypothesis is accepted. In this case, it can be concluded that the Explosion Magic Box Media is effective for improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Civilization History subjects at MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of the Jombang Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2019 on the formation of the spiritual character of students located at SDN Jombang 2. The background is the application of this regulation which is applied in public schools, while the curriculum in it contains the curriculum of Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and factors that influence the implementation of these regulations. This type of research is descriptive qualitative where the researcher conducts observations, interviews and documentation in order to obtain the data needed for research. The application of these regulations is considered effective in increasing the spirituality of the students of SDN Jombang 2 although there are several influencing factors, both internal and external.

Abstract

This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic where all schools used an online learning system or learning at home. As in MI Nidhomiyah Sentul, we took samples from fiqh subjects and the learning strategy used by fiqh teachers was inquiry learning strategy. What is done is by providing learning materials in the form of reading texts on textbooks or learning videos made by the teacher, after that students are asked to understand the content in the material by means of voicenotes, students do question and answer among their friends/discussions after all the teachers give assignments. to students. The impact of the changing learning system has resulted in teachers, students and parents experiencing their respective difficulties. Such as inadequate facilities for online learning, lack of internet network, parents who do not understand online learning and learning materials, and so on. Abstract

Strategy is a method or series of systematic actions taken to achieve learning objectives so that they can run effectively and efficiently. In the Akidah Akhlak learning process the strategies used are still not optimal, which is marked by students paying less attention when the teacher explains the material, low interest in learning and decreasing student learning outcomes. So we need the right strategy to overcome it. This type of research is a qualitative and descriptive research that the researchers conducted at MTsN 3 Jombang School. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's strategy in improving the learning of Akidah Akhlak at MTsN 3 Jombang. The data obtained through several methods, namely the interview, observation, and documentation methods, to facilitate data analysis, then interpreted by means of inductive thinking, is based on special knowledge after which a general solution is taken, resulting in conclusions that can be accounted for. Based on the results of the analysis of observational data, interviews and documentation obtained by the researchers, it can be concluded that the Teacher's Strategy in Improving Moral Moral Learning at MTsN 3 Jombang uses various approaches, methods and learning media to improve the quality of Akidah Akhlak learning, therefore using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews with core informants, and ordinary informants as well as repeated observations about Akidah Akhlak learning. The strategy used is to approach students which aims to determine the characteristics and learning styles of students, then use learning methods and more varied learning media when teaching.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu unsur dari aspek sosial – budaya yang berperan sangat strategis dalam pembinaan suatu keluarga, masyarakat dan bangsa.Kesetrategisan peranan ini pada intinya merupakan suatu ikhtiar yang dilaksanakan secara sadar, sistematis, terarah dan terpadu untuk memanusiakanpeserta didik serta menjadikan mereka sebagai khalifah di muka bumi dan manusia yang sempurna ( insane kamil ).Untuk mewujudkan insane kamil,maka diperlukan adanya sebuah bentuk pendidikan yang sesuai dengan fitrah dan eksistensi manusia atau yang kita kenal dengan istilah humanisasi, yakniproses memanusiakan manusia. Dalam arti, manusia adalah makhluk Tuhan yang tidak hanya dilengkapi dengan akal dan keterampilan, tetapi jugadilengkapi dengan rasa, hati, kepribadian dan nilai abadi yang membedakan manusia dengan makhluk lainnya.Pada dasarnya, pendidikan sebagai sebuahkewajiban humanus merupakan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui ilmu pengetahuan. Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia ini merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi, karena dengan Sumber Daya Manusia yang siap dan berkualitas tersebut dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan organisasi, pelaksanaan fungsi dan kegiatan-kegiatan organisasi untuk menjamin bahwa mereka dipergunakan secara efektif dan adil demi kepentingan organisasi, individu, dan masyarakat,begitu pula tujuan pendidikan dapat dicapai hanya bagi lembaga yang sudah memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang siap dan mumpuni. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam peneliti ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dilihat dari jenisnya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kasus, metode pengumpulan data, yaitu: (1) Observasi (2)wawancara (3) dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dan terkumpul dari kegiatan lapangan dan analisis secara kualitatif dengan teknik pengelompokan data, selanjutnya diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dari Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada: (a). Kualitas pendidikan di SMA 1 Darul Ulum Jombang tergolong baik. (b). Proses manajemen sumber daya manusia di SMA 1 Darul Ulum Jombang adalah: Melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang baik, Penarikan sumber daya manusia (recruitmen) terhadap pelamar yang lulus syarat, seleksi dengan tes dan wawancara, pelatihan dan pengembangan guna peningkatan kemampuan tenaga pendidik, melakukan penilaian prestasi kerja, memberi kesejahteraan pada pegawai serta, Penciptaan Dan Pembinaan Hubungan Kerja Yang Efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang ada pada implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru SMP Negeri di Provinsi DKI Jakarta khususnya SMP negeri di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kebijakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui data primer yaitu wawancara dan observasi, dan data sekunder melalui dokumen tertulis. Analisis data dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala terhadap kebijakan sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru berdasarkan sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri yang ada di Jakarta sehingga sekolah perlu memberi evaluasi dan masukan akan permasalahan yang ada terkait dengan penerimaan peserta didik baru dan memberikan rekomendasi pemikiran-pemikiran baru untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan tersebut.
