Abstract

The government has launched the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) to boost entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This study examines how entrepreneurial education, experience, and innovation influence entrepreneurial intentions and readiness to start a business. The research employs a descriptive method, using 80 students who received P2MW grants as samples. Data were collected through online and offline questionnaires using purposive sampling and analyzed with SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings indicate no significant effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions. However, entrepreneurial experience and innovation positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. The results also show a positive and significant impact of entrepreneurial intentions on readiness to start a business. This study recommends that the Ministry of Education and Culture encourage universities to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem within their environment to enhance students' readiness to start their businesses.

Abstract

Generasi Z memiliki kontribusi yang cukup penting untuk meningkatkan rasio wirausaha untuk berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, pola pikir entrepreneurial sebagai variabel prediktor untuk memprediksi intensi berwirausaha Generasi Z. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel melalui pendekatan metode purposive sampling. Sebanyak 139 responden Generasi Z yang diwakili oleh siswa SMK dan mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Jakarta berhasil dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini. Hipotesis penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat dua hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan serta efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sedangkan hipotesis lainnya yang mengukur pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap efikasi diri dan pola pikir entrepreneurial dapat diterima. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga menemukan pola pikir entrepreneurial mampu memprediksi secara positif intensi berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini efikasi diri tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediator, namun pola pikir entrepreneurial mampu menjadi variabel mediasi pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi dan SMK sehingga dapat dirancang kurikulum yang mampu membentuk efikasi diri dan pola pikir entrepreneurial.   Generation Z significantly contributes to increasing the entrepreneurship ratio to contribute to Indonesia's economic growth. This purpose of this study is to investigate how entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial mindset affect the entrepreneurial intentions on Generation Z. The research used a descriptive approach through the purposive sampling method. The sample obtained for this study consisted of 139 Generation Z respondents represented by vocational high school students and university students in Jakarta. The research hypotheses were processed using PLS-SEM. From the data analysis, it was found that two hypotheses were rejected, namely entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, other hypotheses examining the influence of entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial mindset were accepted. Furthermore, this study revealed that entrepreneurial mindset could predict the entrepreneurial intentions of Generation Z. In this study, self-efficacy did not serve as a mediating variable, but entrepreneurial mindset could mediate relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. The findings of this research are expected to support higher education institutions and vocational schools in designing appropriate curricula to shape self-efficacy and entrepreneurial mindset.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has forced companies to innovate to maintain their company's performance, therefore this study aims to empirically examine the effect of information quality and innovation capability in supporting organizational agility and performance during the covid-19 pandemic with agility as mediation variable. The research design used is quantitative research and uses a questionnaire to collect data. The number of samples used by non-probability sampling was one hundred respondents. This research uses data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that the perceived innovation ability has a positive influence on company agility during the Covid-19 pandemic, while information quality does not have an influence on company agility during the Covid-19 pandemic. Agility has a significant positive influence on organizational performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Corporate agility cannot mediate the information quality on the company performance in Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic while corporate agility is able to mediate innovation capabilities on company performance in Jakarta during Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa perusahaan untuk melakukan invovasi untuk tetap menjaga performa perusahaan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kualitas informasi dan kemampuan inovasi terhadap agilitas terhadap performa organisasi di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan agilitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Jumlah non-probability sampling yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) yang merupakan bagian dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan inovasi memiliki yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap agilitas perusahaan saat pandemi Covid-19 sedangkan kualitas informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap agilitas perusahaan saat pandemi Covid-19. Agilitas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap performa organisasi saat pandemi Covid-19. Agilitas perusahaan tidak dapat memediasi kualitas informasi terhadap performa perusahaan di Jakarta pada pandemi Covid-19 sedangkan Agilitas perusahaan mampu memediasi kemampuan inovasi terhadap performa perusahaan di Jakarta pada Covid-19.

Abstract

Di tengah persaingan global yang semakin intens, pelaku usaha harus merancang strategi yang inovatif, proaktif, dan berani mengambil risiko untuk mempertahankan eksistensi di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap keberhasilan bisnis pada pelaku usaha yang menggunakan jasa impor OCISTOK.COM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online, yakni google form. Berdasarkan 60 data yang diperoleh, data kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil analisa outer loadingsdiketahui bahwa seluruh variabel memenuhi kriteria uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Melalui uji inner model dapat diketahui bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan keunggulan bersaing memberikan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis pada pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan jasa impor OCISTOK.COM. In the midst of increasingly intense global competition, business actors must design innovative, proactive strategies and dare to take risks to maintain their existence in the market. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and competitive advantage have on business success for business actors who use OCISTOK.COM import services. This research uses a quantitative approach with sample selection using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online, namely google form. Based on the 60 data collected, the data was then processed using SmartPLS 3rd. The results of the outer loadings analysis show that all variables are declared to meet the validity and reliability test criteria. Through the inner model test, it can be seen that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and competitive advantage have a positive and significant influence on business success for business actors who utilize OCISTOK.COM import services.

Abstract

Perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 mendorong wirausahawan untuk menjadi wirausaha teknologi guna menghadapi persaingan global. Penting bagi universitas, lembaga pendidikan, untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing di era Industri 4.0 ini. Seringkali kegiatan kewirausahaan identik “dimiliki” oleh mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis saja, Memiliki latar belakang keterampilan di bidang teknologi informasi, saat ini mahasiswa lulusan informasi teknologi dipandang sebagai jurusan yang mencetak tenaga profesional saja, sehingga masih rendahnya technopreneurship di kalangan mahasiswa teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi kewirausahaan, inovasi, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi Technopreneurship pada mahasiswa teknik informatika di Jakarta Barat. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini, Selain itu pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode cross sectional, Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability dengan jenis purposive atau judgment sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 mahasiswa jurusan teknik informatika di Jakarta Barat, Dalam konteks penelitian ini, PLS-SEM akan digunakan sebagai alat analisis, Hasil hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kewirausahaan dan Inovasi dengan Intensi technopreneurship pada mahasiswa teknik informatika di Jakarta Barat. Namun dalam penelitian ini tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan intensi technopreneurship. The development of the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) is driving entrepreneurs to become technology entrepreneurs to face global competition. It is crucial for universities and educational institutions to produce graduates capable of competing in this Industry 4.0 era. Entrepreneurial activities are often associated only with students from the faculties of economics and business. Those with a background in information technology skills, such as information technology graduates, are currently seen as professionals in their field, resulting in a low level of technopreneurship among information technology students. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, innovation, and self-efficacy on the intention of technopreneurship among computer science students in West Jakarta. The author used a descriptive quantitative research method for this study. Additionally, data collection employed a cross-sectional method, and the sampling method used was non-probability with purposive or judgment sampling. The sample consisted of 124 computer science students in West Jakarta. In the context of this research, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) will be used as the analytical tool. The hypothesis results indicate a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation and innovation with technopreneurship intention among computer science students in West Jakarta. However, there is no significant influence found between self-efficacy and technopreneurship intention in this study.

Abstract

This research will be conducted on the Strawberry Generation, better known as Generation Z, aimed at testing religiosity on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by self-efficacy, subjective norms, attitudes, and entrepreneurial motivation. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 207 respondents. The analysis tool that will be used is SEM AMOS 22. The influence of self-efficacy, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitudes as a mediation of the relationship between religiosity and the intensity of entrepreneurship in Generation Z is significant, meaning that someone religious makes Generation Z have the intention to entrepreneur because it has high self-efficacy, subjective norms and also high entrepreneurial attitudes. Entrepreneurial motivation apparently does not make a religious entrepreneur intend to have an entrepreneur for Generation Z.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is considered an effective solution to address employment issues and potential to stimulate economic growth. This research aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurial intention among university students in West Jakarta, mediated by self-efficacy. The research methodology employed is descriptive quantitative, utilizing non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The sample consists of 196 students from West Jakarta universities. The results indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention and students' self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the family environment does not directly affect entrepreneurial intention but has a significant influence on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment with entrepreneurial intention. The contribution of this research is expected to increase the role of universities in providing theoretical and practical knowledge about entrepreneurship and the importance of support from the family environment to motivate entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset from early age can prepare children to think creatively, seek alternative solutions, maintain an intense curiosity, and persevere through challenges. Developing this mindset helps nurture creativity and builds individual confidence to seize unlimited opportunities. An entrepreneurial mindset shapes individuals to be more productive, less consumptive, and innovative in finding new ways to utilize resources more efficiently. Recognizing the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, the community service team organized program in collaboration with the non-profit organization SparkEd to introduce the importance of creativity to students from an early age. This activity aims to build and encourage children's mentality, attitude, spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset. Held in March 2024, the event was attended by 40 children, most of whom were elementary school students. The program was carried out through interactive games and seminars during a Creative Day event. Participants were encouraged to freely express their imagination through creative activities. The activities began with interactive games, followed by a sharing session, and concluded with a painting activity on wooden media such as spoons and small plates. The event received positive feedback from the students, as evidenced by the creative works they produced. It is hoped that this activity will help children understand that creativity is an essential part of everyday life and can be applied in various aspects, including entrepreneurship ABSTRAK Membentuk pola pikir kewirausahaan sejak dini dapat mempersiapkan anak-anak untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif, mencari solusi alternatif, memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang besar, dan tidak mudah menyerah. Pembentukan pola pikir kewirausahaan dapat mempersiapkan jiwa kreativitas dan melatih kepercayaan diri individu untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang tidak terbatas. Pola pikir kewirausahaan dapat membentuk karakter seseorang lebih produktif dan tidak konsumtif serta berkreasi untuk mencari cara baru dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan lebih efisien. Menyadari pentingnya pembentukan pola pikir kewirausahaan tersebut, maka tim pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bekerjasama dengan Lembaga non-profit SparkEd untuk memperkenalkan pentingnya kreativitas kepada para siswa sejak dini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan mendorong mentalitas, sikap, jiwa dan pola pikir wirausaha. Kegiatan diselenggarakan pada bulan Maret 2024 yang diikuti oleh 40 anak yang sebagian besar duduk di bangku Sekolah Dasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui permainan dan seminar interaktif yang diimplementasikan melalui acara Creative Day. Pada kegiatan ini para peserta diajak bebas berkreasi dalam menuangkan imajinasi mereka. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan permainan interaktif, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sharing session, dan diakhiri dengan aktivitas melukis pada media kayu yang dalam hal ini berupa sendok dan piring kecil. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari siswa terlihat dari karya-karya kreatif yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu anak-anak memahami bahwa kreativitas adalah bagian penting dari kehidupan sehari-hari dan dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk dalam bidang entrepreneurial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi digital, kompetensi berwirausaha, dan jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi bisnis para pengusaha UMKM di Telukgong, Jakarta Utara. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 56 UMKM makanan di Telukgong yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah inovasi digital, kompetensi berwirausaha, dan jiwa kewirausahaan secara signifikan memengaruhi resiliensi UMKM di Telukgong, Jakarta Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung maupun menggunakan Google Form, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) versi 4. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis diketahui inovasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Telukgong Jakarta Utara, variabel Kompetensi beriwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Telukgong Jakarta Utara sementara variable Jiwa berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Telukgong Jakarta Utara. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital innovation, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial spirit on the business resilience of MSME entrepreneurs in Telukgong, North Jakarta. The research sample consists of 56 food MSMEs in Telukgong that have been operating for at least one year. The objective is to examine whether digital innovation, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial spirit significantly affect the resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly and via Google Forms and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that digital innovation has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta. Likewise, entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the same area. However, the entrepreneurial spirit variable does not have a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta.

Abstract

Aviation transportation services are something that people really need nowadays to make it easier to move from one place to another. The aviation industry in Indonesia is experiencing a surge in demand from the local community. The importance of customer loyalty in the aviation industry aims to maintain the existence of an airline or is even expected to be able to improve it so that it can become a superior airline in the aviation industry. Generation Z was found to prioritize air transportation as the main thing and factor in traveling. In realizing an optimal domestic airline aviation industry, "AA" implements strategies to realize business growth as an airline amidst the tightness of the industry. Loyalty can be influenced by satisfaction, likewise satisfaction can be influenced by service quality and brand image. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence "AA" airline loyalty in generation Z with satisfaction as a mediating variable.
