Abstract

Abstrak:Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting diajarkan demi mencegah krisis moral diIndonesia. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah memberikan dukungannya melalui program Penguatan PendidikanKarakter (PPK). Diantara karakter yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan adalah karakter integritas.Kegiatan ektrakurikuler keagamaan dinilai mampu mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter karenaajaran agama yang berupa teoritis dalam mapel PAI akan diparktikkan secara langsung. Hasil daripenelitian ini adalah: (1) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yang include di KBM yaitu: TPQ,Tahfidzul Qur’an dan Takhasus Diniyah. Sedangkan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di luarKBM yaitu: Tilawah. Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler TPQ, Tahfidzul Qur’an dan tilawah menggunakanmetode demonstrasi. Hal ini dinilai efektif karena guru dapat mengetahui kemampuan siswa secaralangsung. Sedangkan ekstrakurikuler takhasus diniyah menerapkan metode pembiasaan. (2) Pelaksanaankegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan berperan dalam pembentukkan karakter integritas siswa di SD AlKhairiyyah Kota Tegal. Ekstrakurikuler TPQ, tahfidzul qur’an dan tilawah dapat membentuk karakterbekerja keras, bertanggungjawab, mandiri serta percaya diri. Ekstrakurikuler takhasus diniyah dapatmembentuk karakter displin dan komitmen mentaati peraturan. (3) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaanekstrakurikuler keagamaan adalah kemampuan siswa yang berbeda dan keadaan anak yang sudah lelah.Faktor pendukungnya adalah: semua pengajar sudah kompeten pada bidangnya, respon orang tua yangbaik dan penilaian masyarakat baik.Kata Kunci: Peran, Ekstrakurikuler Keagamaan, Karakter IntegritasAbstract:Character education is an important aspect to be taught in order to prevent a moral crisis in Indonesia. Inthis case, the government provides its support through the Strengthening Character Education (PPK)program. Among the characters that are a priority to develop is the character of integrity. Religiousextracurricular activities are considered capable of supporting the implementation of character educationbecause religious teachings in the form of theoretical in maple PAI will be practiced directly. The results ofthis study are: (1) Implementation of religiousextracurricular activities that include in KBM, namely: TPQ,Tahfidzul Qur'an and Takhasus Diniyah. Meanwhile, religious extracurricular activities that are carried outoutside the KBM are:Recitations. Implementation of TPQ extracurriculars, Tahfidzul Qur'an and recitationsusing the demonstration method. This is considered effective because the teacher can know the ability ofstudents directly. While special extracurriculars apply the habituation method. (2) The implementation ofreligious extracurricular activities plays a role in the formation of the integritycharacter of students at AlKhairiyyah Elementary School, Tegal City. TPQ extracurriculars, tahfidzul qur'an and recitations can formthe character of working hard, being responsible, independent and confident. Extracurriculars specializingin diniyah can form the character of discipline and commitment to comply with regulations. (3) The inhibitingfactors for the implementation of religious extracurriculars are the different abilities of students and thecondition of children who are tired. The supporting factors are: all teachers are competent in theirfields, goodparental responses and good community ratings.Keywords: Role, Religious Extracurriculars, Integrity Character

Abstract

The application of the Restorative Justice System (RJS) in Indonesia offers an alternative approach to resolving criminal cases by prioritizing reconciliation, victim recovery, and offender accountability. This study explores the impact of RJS on the resolution of criminal cases from the perspective of customary law, which plays a significant role in many Indonesian communities. By integrating customary practices into the formal legal framework, restorative justice fosters community involvement and strengthens social harmony. The research highlights successful case studies from regions such as Papua, Aceh, and Bali, demonstrating the effectiveness of customary law in promoting peaceful conflict resolution. However, challenges such as legal inconsistencies, limited public awareness, and lack of mediator training persist. The study concludes with policy recommendations to enhance the synergy between customary law and the national legal system, aiming to build a more inclusive and equitable criminal justice process in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) is very important for students and lecturers because it can form people who are devout and obedient to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, in carrying out their worship by emphasizing the development of the Muslim personality, namely the development of akhlaqul karimah. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the content of Islamic religious education (PAI) material at state universities in North Sumatra. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques involving observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out through reduction stages, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show several main findings: First, validity analysis shows that PAI material at state universities in North Sumatra can be considered good for PAI learning. Second, from the practicality analysis based on student responses, it was found that PAI material had a good level of practicality. Overall, this research highlights the potential to improve the quality of PAI learning materials at state universities in North Sumatra. Recommendations for improvement include updating the curriculum, adjusting the amount of material, and increasing the attractiveness and relevance of the material to students' daily lives.

Abstract

Madrasah memegang peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan kecerdasan peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Keberhasilan madrasah dalam melaksanakan fungsi pendidikannya tidak hanya bergantung pada kurikulum dan sarana prasarana, tetapi juga pada kualitas kinerja pegawai, baik pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Namun demikian, masih banyak madrasah yang menghadapi permasalahan kinerja pegawai, seperti lemahnya budaya kerja, rendahnya motivasi kerja, serta kurangnya integritas dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan budaya kerja Islami. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada beberapa madrasah di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islami seperti amanah, ikhlas, dan ihsan dapat meningkatkan disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan produktivitas pegawai secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan budaya kerja Islami merupakan strategi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai madrasah. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kebijakan kelembagaan dan praktik manajerial di madrasah untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang profesional dan berlandaskan moralitas.

Abstract

A communication tool and information source in education, including the utilization of learning media, necessitates careful consideration from teachers in selecting appropriate media to enhance student motivation in learning, aiming for benefits such as: 1) enhancing the appeal of the educational process, 2) optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in learning, and 3) conserving energy and time. In the realm of Islamic Religious Education and Character lessons, particularly focusing on the concept of Believing in Allah's Books, students commonly encounter challenges in grasping this knowledge. The difficulties faced by students in comprehending Islamic Religious Education and Character lessons concerning Believing in Allah's Books stem from various factors, as revealed through surveys and observations conducted at SMPN 2 Dempet Demak. Among these challenges is the struggle to grasp the core essence of the material as presented in textbooks and slide presentations. Additionally, the conventional teaching approach employed by educators contributes significantly to diminishing students' enthusiasm and motivation for learning. The evolving landscape of media usage presents a challenge for teachers in fulfilling their roles effectively to meet educational objectives. The widespread availability and accessibility of smartphones as a learning tool can profoundly impact students' learning experiences. Apart from being relatively novel facilities, students are more inclined to engage with tools that are current and resonate with their everyday experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Scout extracurricular activities in the development of student character in MIN 1 Jepara. The background of this research departs from the challenges of students' character in the digital era, such as declining discipline and social sensitivity. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that structured and routine Scout activities are able to shape student character values, especially discipline, responsibility, independence, cooperation, and social concern. The process of internalizing values is carried out through an approach of habituation, example, and strengthening the meaning of activities, with support from the head of the madrasah and the coach. The main obstacle faced is the limited facilities and training of coaches. Nevertheless, Scout activities have proven to be an effective instrument of character education in Islamic-based ibtidaiyah madrasas. This research contributes to strengthening the character development model in basic education institutions and becomes a practical reference in optimizing scouting activities
