Abstract

An interdisciplinary linguistic which studies the problem on language variation is so called Dialectology. The variation of language happens on the usage that is caused by the change of social environment and place for ages. Language variation can be found in the form of accent, sub dialect, dialect, or that of language. Studying a language variation means also to trace the language history. Geographically, language variation can show where the speaker comes from. Linguistics distinctions analyzed in dialectology are phonetics, morphemic, and lexical variations. However, in this study, phonological and lexical variations are discussed. Glosses used are Ogden's 850 basic words which have been translated into Bahasa. The research subjects are 18 Gayo native speakers. Six of them become primary informants and the rests are as secondary ones. Methods of acquiring data used are cakap-simak (speak and listen) as well as tulis-rekam (write and record). The discovered data from the informants are crosschecked with the standardized words of Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Great Dictionary). Then, the distance of word variations are determined by using dialectometry formula. The result are: 165 words = 19,41% lexical differences, 305 words = 35,88% phonetically differences, and 380 words = 44,71% without difference, neutral or zero. By regarding 1% data error tolerant, it can be concluded that Gayo language is Old Malay that has “accent variation = 20,41%" compared to New Malay or Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Ibu adalah orang yang paling pertama bersentuhan langsung secara fisik dan psikis dengan anaknya. Interaksi seorang ibu dengan anaknya sudah dimulai sejak seorang anak masih berada dalam kandungan. Oleh karena itu apapun yang dirasakan dan dilakukan oleh seorang ibu, positif atau negatif, akan langsung berdampak bagi seorang anak sejak mulai dalam kandungan sampai anak dewasa. Penelitian terus berkembang tentang pengaruh seorang ibu terhadap tumbuh kembang seorang anak, terutama perkembangan psikologisnya. Oleh karena itu seorang ibu harus terus belajar tentang berbagai ilmu yang terkait dengan pendidikan anak sehingga dia hanya memberikan dampak positif dan menghindari dampak negatif bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anaknya. Karena ibu mampu meprogram pikiran anaknya dalam berbagai interaksi, maka ibu disebut sebagai penghipnosis (hypnotist) hebat di dunia.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, peran seorang guru sangat penting karena gurulah yang bisa menerapkan berbagai strategi dalam ruang kelas untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dewasa ini belajar dengan menggunakan pikiran sadar dan pikiran bawah sadar sekaligus, telah banyak didiskusikan oleh ahli pendidikan. Mengajar dengan mengaktifkan kedua pikiran tersebut disebut dengan hypnoteaching, dan para guru yang mempraktikkan hypnoteaching di ruang belajar disebut dengan hypnotic teacher.

Abstract

The students of Islamic Universities have learned many Islamic books and knowledge. They should behave honestly in the examination because Islam teaches them to be honest. However, it is found that there are students, especially from Islamic Teaching Department, who cheat in the exam. Their knowledge about religion does not affect their attitude and behavior. So, the researcher wants to implement some of NLP techniques and models during the final exam to see if cheating activities done by the students reduced. Before they start doing the exam, the researcher built the rapport with them, and then said something by using certain words that affect their subconscious mind or called hypnotic language patterns. If this massage becomes the program in their mind, it will change their behavior in exam. After implementing some of NLP techniques or models, it shows that the frequency of cheating can be reduced drastically.

Abstract

Work-Family Balance is an important aspect that must be owned by teaching staff, including female lecturers. One of the factors that can affect work-family balance is workplace well-being. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workplace well-being towards the work-family balance on female lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This study used a quantitative approach with the regression method. The research instrument used was the work-family balance scale based on the theory of Greenhaus, Collins, and Shaw (2003) and the workplace well-being scale based on the theory of Paschoal and Tamayo (2008). The population in this study was 186 female lecturers with a research sample of 121 people selected based on a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used a simple linear regression technique which showed the value of R = 0.392 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This indicates that there is a very significant positive effect between workplace well-being on work-family balance of female lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

Abstract

The role of psychology in Islamic education is based on the assumption that there are differences in psychology and the socio-cultural background of students. Psychology is here to bridge the different needs of each student so that educational goals are achieved, namely the transfer of knowledge, ethics, and values to them. The application of psychology in Islamic education is inseparable from the three aspects that make up the human self: the physical, the nafsiah, and the spiritual. These three become essential in applying the psychological approach to Islamic education. On these three fundamental aspects, psychology has three critical roles, namely: (1) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a bio-sociopsychic-spiritual; (2) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a form of one's Islamic character; (3) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a form of spirituality. Abstrak Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam didasari atas asumsi adanya perbedaan psikologi dan latar belakang sosial budaya peserta didik. Sehingga psikologi hadir untuk menjembatani kebutuhan setiap peserta didik yang berbeda agar tujuan pendidikan tercapai, yaitu transfer pengetahuan, etika dan nilai kepada mereka. Penerapan psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam tidak terlepas dari tiga aspek yang membentuk diri manusia, yaitu aspek jasmaniah, aspek nafsiah dan aspek rohaniah. Ketiganya menjadi acuan dasar dalam menerapkan pendekatan psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam. Atas ketiga aspek dasar tersebut, psikologi memiliki tiga peran penting, yaitu: (1) Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai bio-sosiopsikis-spiritual; (2) Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai pembentuk karakter Islam seseorang; (3) Peran Psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai pembentuk spiritualitas.

Abstract

Islam telah menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan jiwa yang dialami manusia dalam berbagai konteksnya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji psikoterapi berdasarkan Qur'an dan Hadits. Dalam artikel ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kajian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari Al Qur’an, Hadis, buku, jurnal dan melalui dokumen-dokumen baik dokumen tertulis, maupun dokumen elektronik, dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Psikoterapi Perspektif Alquran, dapat dilakukan diantaranya: (a) Psikoterapi melalui Zakat Menghilangkan Iri Dengki (b) Psikoterapi Melalui Shalat (c) Psikoterapi  Melalui Saling Memaafkan. (d) Psikoterapi  Melalui Puasa. Sedangkan psikoterapi dalam Perspektif Hadist, diantaranya: (a) Psikoterapi Sedekah Bagi Kesehatan Jiwa, (b) Psikoterapi Melalui Dzikir. (c)Psikoterapi melalui Doa. Abstract Islam has offered solutions to overcome mental problems experienced by humans in various contexts. This article aims to examine psychotherapy based on the Qur'an and Hadith. In this article, data collection is carried out by reviewing literature from the Qur'an, Hadith, books, journals, and other relevant document,  and data analysis in this study uses descriptive methods. This study showed that psychotherapy from the Quranic perspective, including (a) Psychotherapy through Zakat Eliminating Envy, (b) Psychotherapy through Prayer (c) Psychotherapy through Forgiveness. (d) Psychotherapy Through Fasting. While psychotherapy in the perspective of Hadith includes (a) Alms Psychotherapy for Mental Health and (b) Psychotherapy Through Dhikr (c) Psychotherapy through Prayer.

Abstract

The reality of Covid-19 experienced by many countries, including Indonesia, has implications for changes in learning styles. Where students are required to make changes and adaptive learning. The data shows that many of the students fail to do so and are trapped in mental disorders. So this is a problem that must be addressed immediately to provide online learning. The concept of mental resilience is one way out that can be offered to solve the problem of mental disorders due to failure in adaptive learning. This concept can be explored in the Qur'ān through the story of the Prophet Yaʿqūb. This paper focuses on the concept of mental health in the Qur'anic perspective based on the story of the Prophet Yaʿqūb and the implementation of the mental health concept in the Qur'ān perspective for students during online learning. This paper uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research (library research). Data was collected by examining reading sources, namely the Qur'ān, books, journals and through documents, both written documents and electronic documents that can support the results of this study. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive methods. The results of the study show that there are three concepts of mental health in the perspective of the Qur'ān based on the story of the Prophet Yaʿqūb, namely: 1). Be patient with Allah's qada and qadar; 2) Have a good attitude towards Allah SWT, and; 3) Put your trust in truth. Implementation of the concept of mental health from the Qur'ān perspective for Acehnese students during online learning can be done by: 1) Building patience through active confiding only to Allah through prayer and avoiding negative comments through social media; 2) Good prejudice and optimistic active response, and: 3) Tawakkal by surrendering to Allah for the results achieved.

Abstract

Indonesia memberlakukan kurikulum baru untuk jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Dalam dokumen kurikulum baru tersebut terdapat perubahan yang belum diketahui dan dipahami oleh banyak pendidik anak usia dini. Studi ini mengupas dokumen kurikulum merdeka belajar berdasarkan teori-teori tumbuh kembang anak usia dini. Dokumen tersebut dihubungkan dengan teori-teori berdasarkan empat kategori; (1) aspek perkembangan, (2) karakteristik pembelajaran, (3) perumusan kompetensi, dan (4) pencapaian perkembangan anak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan perubahan yang terjadi dalam dokumen kurikulum merdeka belajar anak usia dini. Dari sudut pandang fase tumbuh kembang, terdapat penambahan dan peleburan nilai dalam aspek perkembangan, yaitu dileburnya aspek seni kedalam semua perkembangan anak; dan ditambahkannya nilai pancasila. Kurikulum ini tidak memfokuskan pencapaian perkembangan berdasarkan pembagian jenjang usia, tetapi pada pencapaian akhir masa fase pondasi. Semua penambahan dan perubahan diberlakukan berdasarkan teori-teori tumbuh kembang  anak. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai dampak adanya perubahan nilai global dan nasional dalam tatanan kehidupan masyarakat. Karakteristik pola pembelajaran juga dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang berubah dengan gencarnya kemajuan IPTEK. Kemampuan yang diharapkan muncul pada anak usia dini juga dipengaruhi nilai global dan ekspektasi kemampuan saat memasuki jenjang pendidikan dasar. Capaian perkembangan baru dirumuskan untuk mengurangi beban dan ekspektasi yang muncul pada kurikulum sebelumnya melalui perumusan capaian materi esensial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah butir-butir pada skala sikap moderasi beragama siswa mengandung bias gender. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei, penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 54.383 dengan sampel sebanyak 4.188 siswa SMA/MA di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen skala sikap moderasi beragama siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria properti psikometri dengan indeks item reliability sebesar 0.94. Analisis DIF dilakukan melalui pemodelan rasch. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa, terdapat 15 item yang terdeteksi DIF dan 21 item yang tidak terdeteksi DIF. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada pemodelan rasch, sikap moderasi beragama siswa perempuan cenderung lebih mudah untuk menerima konsep moderasi beragama (0.18 logit) daripada laki-laki (-0.22) logit. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adanya bias gender tersebut.
