Abstract

This study aims to examine how much the influence of Service Quality and Organizational Climate on Customer Satisfaction at the BRI Bank Maligano Unit, Maligano District, Muna Regency The independent variable consists of Service Quality (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2). Dependent Variable is Customer Satisfaction (Y) at BRI Bank Maligano Unit, Maligano District, Muna Regency. The number of research samples is 86 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis whose results are Y = 2.984 + 0.102 + 0.18 + 1,185. The most independent variable influencing the dependent variable is the Service Quality variable of (2.659) and followed by the organizational climate variable (0.198). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.318 or 31.8% means that the coefficient of determination model is not good.This research was conducted by distributing quoisier to several customers of the BRI Bank Maligano Unit, Maligano District, Muna Regency by accidental sampling and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. This model emphasizes the influence of the Organizational Services Quality and Climate on Customer Satisfaction whose analysis results are processed using SPSS Version 16.The results of this study indicate that there are two hypotheses that have been tested in this study, namely Service Quality and Organizational Climate. Where both of these hypotheses have positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at the BRI Bank Maligano Unit, Maligano District, Muna Regency. The results showed that this research model was acceptable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor produksi material batu gajah pada PT. Ramadhan Moramo Raya Di Desa Wawatu Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah informan perusahaan sebanyak 3 orang, yaitu 1 orang pembantu alat berat, 1 orang pengawas lapangan dan 1 orang master jetty. Maka dari itu Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Faktor Produksi Pada PT. Ramadhan Raya Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konsel yang terdiri dari faktor tenaga kerja dimana tenaga kerja diperoleh dari masyarakat lokal desa wawatu Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe selatan. Modal yang digunakan pada PT. Ramadhan Moramo Raya sebanyak Rp.1.000.000.000 dan modal ditempatkan sebesar Rp 1.000.000.000.Faktor Permintaan PT. Ramadhan Moramo Raya Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konsel yang terdiri dari harga dimana untuk harga yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, untuk masyarakat umum yang membeli batu seperti gelondongan di berikan harga Rp.500.000 per truk sekitar 5-6 kubik.

Abstract

Good online news writing for new students focuses on providing material about procedures, formats, techniques, how to choose the title and how to write a good article for journalism by applying the 5W+1H theory (Where, When, Why, Who, What and How). The main topic of discussion is the introduction and consolidation of material related to writing online news with appropriate grammar/sentence patterns. The format for writing good news is then followed by techniques for writing good news by paying attention to several aspects based on existing theories. Next is how to make a good news headline as well as a guide to several examples of making good news in the news. Consolidation of the material as well as evaluation of participants' writing results is the final activity of this service.

Abstract

Tujuan keseluruhan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menilai Inovasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIMANTAP. Dalam melakukan penelitian semacam ini, peneliti menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi, yang menekankan pada subjektivitas pengalaman hidup manusia untuk mengungkap peristiwa, fakta, dan kondisi lain yang muncul saat melakukan penelitian. Pendekatan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan digunakan dalam analisis data. Penerapan inovasi informasi kepegawaian melalui aplikasi SIMANTAP di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Kendari sudah cukup berhasil dilihat dari hasil wawancara yang ada, namun masih belum efektif karena terdapat dua dari lima indikator karakteristik inovasi yaitu kerumitan (complexity) dan kemungkinan untuk dicoba (Triability). Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terlihat jelas bahwa hal tersebut terjadi.

Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien rawat jalan. Sebanyak 50 individu yang melakukan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Soropia di Kabupaten Konawe menjadi populasi dan sampel. Metodologi kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian dengan memanfaatkan analisis linier dasar dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22, statistik deskriptif, dan prosedur analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil regresi nilai t-hitung yaitu 12.778 > 1,677 serta angka Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, yang serta hasil f-hitung 163,270 > 4,04 dan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa keduanya saling berpengaruh satu sama lain. Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas layanan mempunyai dampak bermakna pada kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Soropia Kab. Konawe

Abstract

Tujuan dari ulasan ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai kualitas layanan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Dit Intelkam Polda Sultra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Agus Dwiyanto dengan indikator sikap petugas pelayanan, prosedur pelayanan, waktu pelayanan, fasilitas pelayanan, dan biaya pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polda Sultra sudah optimal, namun masih memerlukan penilaian terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang kurang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang menghambat Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam melaksanakan program rehabilitasi sosial lansia terlantar serta evaluasi pelaksanaan program tersebut. Dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi merupakan metode pengumpulan. Tiga kategori prosedur peneliti menggunakan tiga jenis analisis data: reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program rehabilitasi sosial terhadap lanjut usia yang terlantar belum terlaksana secara efektif di Kota Kendari pada tahun 2022. Komponen program mengikuti model pelaksanaan David C. Korten, dengan rincian tambahan sebagai berikut: sah untuk dijalankan karena undang-undang yang telah diputuskan itu ada, dan ada pihak-pihak yang terlibat yang bekerja sama untuk melaksanakannya. Kurangnya sumber daya manusia menyebabkan program rehabilitasi tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, sehingga banyak lansia yang masih belum menyadarinya. Proses program rehabilitasi lanjut usia terlantar pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sudah cukup efektif karena para petugas berkerja sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing. Namun hal ini harus ditingkatkan agar setiap petugas dapat berkomunikasi satu sama lain dan tidak hanya berkonsentrasi pada tanggung jawab masing-masing. Program ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan audiens yang dituju. Eksekusi program ini membuahkan hasil yang positif. Selain itu, variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi sosial lansia terlantar di Kota Kendari adalah: (1) Komunikasi; (2) Sumber Daya; (3) Disposisi; dan (4) Struktur Birokrasi.

Abstract

Ranomeeto District is one of the sub-districts in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The need to implement online-based services as a government system model that is oriented towards the power of digital technology is very important in the current era. All administrative work, services to the community, supervision and control of resources belonging to the institution concerned are controlled in one information technology-based system. The method used in this activity is to provide technical training on digital-based Village government administration in Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. The results of the service show that, on average, webdes in Ranoomeeto District already exist. However, not all of them provide online-based village government administration services (digital transactions) only limited to providing information. The output of this service is the implementation of training for village officials and website operators offline and published in the ISSN Community Service Journal and online news media.

Abstract

Communication is the key in the world of education, which is quite determinant in achieving goals. A teacher, no matter how clever and knowledgeable he is, if he is, will certainly not be able to provide a transformation of his knowledge to his students. This research aimed to analyze communication patterns between teachers and students in the learning process at SMAN 20 Moramo. This research used qualitative research methods with research subjects, namely teachers and students who were actively learning and teaching. Field data collection used observation, interview, and literature study techniques. Data processing involved data reduction, data display, and data verification, so that research results could be found. The research results showed that the dominant communication pattern was two-way communication, teachers and students provide information to each other, starting with the teacher as a source of information.

Abstract

Village planning and budgeting in Indonesia is now reaping many problems, including human resources and the planning and budgeting model applied to several village heads in the country. One of the areas studied in Indonesia is Southeast Sulawesi Province with research locations in Muna Regency, namely 7 seaside villages and 8 non-seaside villages. This research aims to develop a collaborative mentoring model to improve the effectiveness of village planning and budgeting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, involving 15 villages with document analysis and in-depth interviews. Based on research that has been carried out, the village documents in Muna Regency already have village medium-term development plan documents, but most villages have expired village medium-term development plan documents. In addition, village assistance in budgeting has also not been maximized, such as the number of budgets in the field of community empowerment that are not planned in the deliberations of the village community development plan but then appear when the village revenue and expenditure budget changes and most of the activities are repeated for less than 4 (four) years. For an effective mentoring model in village planning and budgeting is the Stakeholders Collaborative Model in Village Planning and Budgeting in Muna Regency involving Ministries, Provincial Governments, Regency/City Regional Governments, District Governments, Village Community empowerment cadres and/or Third Parties.
