Abstract

Kesiapan kerja dalam beberapa faktor dapat dipengaruhi dapat dipengaruhi berbagai hal yaitu diantaranya self efficacy dan pengalaman magang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengamati kesiapan kerja mahasiswa prodi manajemen UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Riset dalam penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian berjumlah 43 mahasiswa angkatan 2019 prodi manajemen UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur yang sudah mengikuti MSIB. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yang berarti seluruh populasi adalah bagian dari sampel. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan berisikan berbagai pernyataan dan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert. Data yang didapat akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa self efficacy dan pengalaman magang MSIB memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa prodi manajemen UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and competence on Work Readiness through On the Job Training on housekeeping students of Mediteranean Bali Bangli Campus. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample used were 60  housekeeping students of Mediteranean Bali Bangli Campus using the Total Sampling technique. This study used a Partial Least Square (PLS) as analysis tool. The results showed that self-efficacy and competence had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of housekeeping students of Mediteranean Bali Bangli Campus. Then, self-efficacy and competence through on the job training also have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of housekeeping students of Mediteranean Bali Bangli Campus.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City, totaling 43 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results of this research indicate that the work environment has a contribution to the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. This is demonstrated by the work environment variance having a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. Meanwhile, compensation does not contribute to the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Surya Market Regional Company. This is demonstrated by the compensation variable which has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki suatu tujuan yang akan dicapai yaitu untuk mendapati pengaruh reward serta motivasi terhadap loyalitas agen kosmetik superteam 008 PT. Affor Neo Jaya wilayah Jawa Timur dan diharapkan dapat memberikan saran kepada pimpinan perusahaan terutama terkait dengan loyalitas. Total 59 responden dipilih secara acak (metode random sampling) dari populasi agen kosmetik superteam 008 PT. Affor Neo Jaya di Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta pengujian dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwasannya pemberian reward yang tepat dapat meningkatkan loyalitas agen, motivasi dapat memberikan kontribusi yang begitu penting untuk meningkatkan loyalitas agen, reward dapat memberikan andil yang penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi agen, serta reward secara tidak langsung mampu meningkatkan loyalitas dengan memberikan motivasi pada agen.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess how work engagement and past work experience affect the performance of bus drivers at PO Menggala Garuda Lokatara on the Surabaya–Malang route. The research applied a quantitative design with a total of 44 bus drivers as respondents, all of whom operate along the Surabaya–Malang line. The responses collected via questionnaires were analysed using the PLS-SEM approach with the aid of SmartPLS software. A total sampling method was applied, encompassing all 44 participants in the study. It was found that driver performance is positively affected by work engagement as well as by work experience, with both effects being significant. These outcomes emphasize the critical role of employee engagement and accumulated experience in enhancing both the efficiency and overall performance of bus drivers.

Abstract

The growth of the service industry is highly dependent on the quality of human resources, as they serve as strategic assets in achieving effective and optimal performance. To support organizational goals, service companies must foster a conducive work environment. This study examines the effects of workload, burnout, and interpersonal communication on employee performance in the Operations Division of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with saturated sampling of 50 employees, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results show that workload and burnout have negative and significant effects on performance, while interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect. This indicates that effective workload management, prevention of burnout, and the enhancement of interpersonal communication play a significant role in optimizing employee performance within the operational environment of Berlian Terminal, which requires intensive coordination and consistent port service delivery.

Abstract

The intensifying nature of business competition compels organizations to enhance employee performance through effective leadership and the systematic implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) practices. This research aims to examine the impact of leadership and OSH implementation on the performance of field construction employees at CV. XYZ. A quantitative research design was adopted, with data collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. The study involved a population and sample comprising all 42 field construction employees of CV. XYZ, selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using (PLS-SEM) technique, supported by the SmartPLS software. The study reveal that both leadership and OSH implementation exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These results underscore that effective leadership and consistent adherence to OSH practices are crucial in enhancing the performance of field construction employees.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi yang serba terhubung telah memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi masyarakat, termasuk dalam bidang investasi. Salah satu instrumen keuangan yang semakin dikenal adalah perdagangan berjangka, yang memerlukan peran pialang sebagai perantara antara pelaku pasar dan bursa. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, industri perdagangan berjangka masih menghadapi tantangan berupa citra negatif di mata masyarakat. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi ini antara lain rendahnya pemahaman publik terhadap mekanisme pasar serta adanya perilaku tidak profesional dari sebagian oknum pelaku industri. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan upaya peningkatan citra merek melalui strategi pemasaran berbasis edukasi. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk membangun kredibilitas perusahaan serta memperbaiki persepsi masyarakat terhadap perdagangan berjangka. Dengan pendekatan edukatif yang tepat, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan mendorong perubahan sentimen publik secara positif terhadap industri ini.

Abstract

PT PAL Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in the form of blood donation and health checks is a tangible manifestation of the company's concern for humanitarian and public health issues. This program is carried out in a structured manner through a persuasive-educational approach and in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). The results of the implementation show an increase in social solidarity, voluntary participation of employees, and a significant contribution to the availability of national blood stocks. In addition to having a positive impact externally, this program also provides health benefits and internal motivation for employees. This program is an example of sustainable CSR that can be replicated by other companies.Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT PAL Indonesia dalam bentuk kegiatan donor darah dan cek kesehatan merupakan wujud nyata kepedulian perusahaan terhadap isu kemanusiaan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Program ini dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui pendekatan persuasif-edukatif serta bekerja sama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan solidaritas sosial, partisipasi sukarela karyawan, serta kontribusi signifikan terhadap ketersediaan stok darah nasional. Selain berdampak positif secara eksternal, program ini juga memberi manfaat kesehatan dan motivasi internal bagi karyawan. Program ini menjadi contoh CSR berkelanjutan yang dapat direplikasi oleh perusahaan lain.

Abstract

Industrial visits serve as an effective contextual learning strategy to bridge the gap between the educational environment and the world of business and industry (DUDI). This community service activity aims to provide structured educational assistance to students during an industrial visit to PT Aerofood Unit Surabaya. The goal is to ensure students not only observe the industrial processes firsthand but also understand their relevance to academic subjects. The method used in this program includes interactive counseling, pre-visit briefings, field observations, discussion sessions, and post-visit reflections. The results show a significant increase in students' understanding of industrial workflows, quality management, and professional work culture. Moreover, this activity enhances essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and discipline. The final evaluation indicates that students can connect their field experiences with theoretical knowledge and feel more prepared to face real-world workplace challenges. The program received positive feedback from the school and can be used as a model for educational programs focused on strengthening students’ overall competencies.Kunjungan industri merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran kontekstual yang efektif dalam menjembatani dunia pendidikan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan edukatif kepada siswa selama kunjungan industri ke PT Aerofood Unit Surabaya, agar mereka tidak hanya melihat proses industri secara langsung, tetapi juga memahami relevansinya dengan pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan interaktif yang mencakup pembekalan pra-kunjungan, observasi lapangan, sesi diskusi, serta refleksi pasca-kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap sistem kerja industri, manajemen mutu, serta budaya kerja profesional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat penguasaan soft skill seperti komunikasi, kerjasama, dan kedisiplinan. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu mengaitkan pengalaman lapangan dengan teori yang telah dipelajari, serta merasa lebih siap untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respons positif dari pihak sekolah dan dapat dijadikan sebagai model edukatif yang berorientasi pada penguatan kompetensi siswa secara menyeluruh.
