Abstract

The research has a purpose to influence the training and development of human resources on the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kebonrojo Surabaya. The population of the research is the distribution division employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kebonrojo Surabaya with a total of 45 employees. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method, then as a whole 45 employees of the distribution division were designated as research respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents with an ordinal scale through a Likert scale on a score of 1 to 5. Furthermore, the data was processed using PLS data. The results of the study show that the training has an insignificant and positive direct effect on the performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kebonrojo Surabaya. Meanwhile, human resource development has a significant and positive direct influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kebonrojo Surabaya.

Abstract

To determine whether an organization has a good performance or not, one of the measurement techniques that can be used is to see whether the goals set by the company itself have been achieved or not. PT Sarana Inti Trasindo, a company that offers a wide range of transportation services, mainly focuses on trucks. Especially for casual daily employees who operate in the field of truck drivers, employee performance is still less visible from the problem of late delivery or delivery delays in 2020. The purpose of this study is to look at the K3 elements to see how employee performance and salaries relate to each other. The tool used for data analysis is called Partial Least Square (PLS), and uses this analysis method. Colquitt et al. (2011) defines employee performance as a group of employee behaviors that have a positive or negative effect on the achievement of organizational goals. The health, safety, and welfare of people who work in a facility or project location are the focus of occupational health and safety, often abbreviated as K3, according to Suparno Eko Widodo (2015). Haridoko (2008) claims that "compensation" includes all the benefits that workers get in return for their efforts. Participants in this study were selected from eighty workers from the truck company PT Sarana Inti Trasindo Surabaya. All employees of PT Sarana Inti Trasindo Surabaya who drive trucks are included in the sample of this study. The study findings show that financial compensation and OSH feedback both significantly improve employee performance. It is hoped that PT Sarana Inti Transindo can complete personal protective equipment and also add transportation support equipment to improve the overall performance of personnel. Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of work environment motivation on the performance of teaching staff at UIN KHAS Jember. A higher education institution is considered a knowledge carrier and learning institution with high hopes and goals, a scientifically developed Forum to provide ethical and skills guidance to students and academics. This study uses the causality method with a causal relationship between the positions of the research variables and the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the results obtained, work motivation can positively impact performance. This indicates that the reason increased by the employees' leadership will affect increasing motivation. The results of the path coefficient indicate that the relationship between fellow employees has a significant role in carrying out social relations with many people. It will create a sense of security and make you feel acknowledged by others. The work environment positively influences the performance of UIN Khas Jember's academic staff, which indicates that a good work environment can produce high-performance levels, thereby indirectly causing employees to work at optimal levels.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of strategic change management can be a mediation of the variables of organization performance with variable competence of the organization of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. The primary Data used in this Study was obtained through questionnaires to the target respondents represent the population and secondary data obtained through the official website of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Sidoarjo Regency. This study observed the performance of the organization of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in the District of Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative analysis to determine the value of the responses of respondents to the variables used in the study, by using the software SmartPLS. The results of this study successfully proved that the strategic change management has the role of mediation between the Competence to Organization performance with the value of the path coefficients of 0,245, and the value of T-statistic of 2,980 > 1,96 (from table value Za = 0,05) or P-values of 0.003 (smaller than 0.05) on the organization of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in the District of Sidoarjo. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel strategic change management dapat memediasi variabel organization performance dengan variabel competence pada organisasi UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data primer yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada target responden yang mewakilkan populasi dan data sekunder yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang didapat dari website resmi Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk menentukan nilai respon dari responden pada variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian, dengan menggunakan piranti lunak SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa strategic change management dapat memediasi antara variabel competence dengan variabel organization performance dengan nilai path coefficients sebesar 0,245, dan nilai T-statistic sebesar 2,980 > 1,96 (dari nilai tabel Zα = 0,05) atau P-values sebesar 0,003  (lebih kecil dari 0,05)

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan angka rekrutmen dari Sekolah.mu melalui optimalisasai employer branding. Keberadaaan employer branding menjadikan sebuah perusahaan semakin dikenal banyak orang, sehingga melalui kegiatan ini dapat semakin mengoptimalkan peranan dari employer branding terutama di media sosial melalui konten kreatif yang dibuat dengan berbagai tema dan keunikan yang akan mengajak banyak orang untuk ikut dalam proses perekrutan yaang diadakan oleh Sekolah.mu salah satunya yakni project “Guru Blended Learning” yang tentunya akan berdampak pula pada peningkatan brand awareness dari Sekolah.mu. Metode yang dipakai yakni kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa dengan optimalisasi employer branding pada media sosial, efektif untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan yakni sebanyak 63,2 % applicant lolos screening CV dan mengetahui melalui konten TikTok sebanyak 10,2%. Selain itu juga berhasil menggandeng internal Sekolah.mu sebanyak 15 orang untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan konten dalam rangka project “Guru Blended Learning” dan peningkatan brand awareness dari Sekolah.mu. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil mencapai target engagement yakni mencapai 50 followers, 318 likes, dan 5.183 views.

Abstract

The abilities required to compete in the workplace are changing as a result of the expanding nature of the labor market. Therefore, it is required of college graduates to be self-assured, skilled, and fully competent within themselves to support work preparedness. The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of self-efficacy, competence, and training on the degree to which MSIB students enrolled in the UPN "Veteran" East Java Management study program are prepared for the workforce. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods. 45 students in their last year of the Management Study Program who had successfully completed the MSIB program made up the study's population. Total sampling was the method utilized in this study. In this study, 45 students served as samples. The Partial Least Square (PLS) program is used in this work as an analysis tool. The study's findings demonstrated that for MSIB students enrolled in the Management study program at the "Veteran" National Development University, East Java, self-efficacy and competence had a favorable and significant impact on work preparedness, whereas training had no such impact.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of organizational learning on employee performance through readiness to change. Quantitative research methods by taking samples with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique methods as many as 50 employees. Data analysis technique with Smart PLS software with hypothesis testing using PLS-based SEM. The results showed that organizational learning and change readiness had an effect on employee performance at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, organizational learning had an effect on change readiness and had an effect on employee performance through change readiness. In conclusion, the higher organizational learning is done, can improve employee performance and change readiness. Thus several existing programs and training related to employee performance need to be improved to improve human resources, so as to reduce customer complaints. Employees are also encouraged to have the ability to implement the desired changes and complete work within the target time through human resource development programs and organizational learning. Abstract

Employee performance is a measure used to assess individual achievement because it includes various indicators to measure the quality and amount of work completed, as well as the behavior and actions of employees in carrying out their duties. Evaluation of human resource performance has an important role because it can affect the company's quality in the future. This study aims to understand the influence of Self-Efficacy, Competence, and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach by taking samples from the production employees of PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. The sampling technique used is a Saturated Sample involving 50 respondents. The data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square), by conducting validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The findings from this study indicate that Self-Efficacy, Competence, and Training have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. This confirms that these factors influence employee performance in the company environment.

Abstract

In today's competitive era of globalization, customer satisfaction is the key to the success and sustainability of a company. This journal discusses the Customer Service Excellence strategy implemented by B21 Digital Printing, a digital printing industrial company in Indonesia. In this era of digitalization, companies are faced with demands to not only survive, but also innovate in every aspect of operations, especially in understanding and meeting customer needs, carrying out effective communication, and providing good service and handling complaints. Through qualitative research methods, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in achieving integrated Customer Service Excellence by utilizing technology, by creating software applications, namely the WA CS (WhatsApp Customer Service) and BIMA (Business Integrated Management Apps) applications. The WA CS application provides organization and efficiency in customer service with Chatbots and Artificial Intelligence features for fast response. Meanwhile, the BIMA application makes business operations easier, from ordering to company financial management. With this technological innovation, B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in overcoming several common problems faced in the digital printing industry. In this way, B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in increasing competitiveness, customer loyalty and maintaining customer trust in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide an explanation of the marketing approach used by B21 Digital Printing. This approach provides an opportunity to utilize the MetaAds movie promotion platform to increase sales. By utilizing MetaAds as a marketing tool, B21 Digital Printing was able to achieve higher customer acquisition rates. This was achieved by consistently expanding audience reach through the utilization of enlightening and challenging video content.  The information displayed here shows that the utilization of MetaAds as a digital platform for advertising produces high-quality results, which in turn validates the effectiveness of the video advertising strategy that B21 Digital Printing uses to facilitate the acquisition process of its portfolio of business opportunities.
