Abstract

PLN is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) with Persero status. PT PLN as a company engaged in the energy sector that provides electricity, electricity support and operational services. Electric power is classified based on its designation, one of which is electricity for households. The community pays little attention to household electrical problems, even though there are many small electrical problems that result in short circuits and fires. This of course must be supported by a good and correct household electrical installation to avoid these electrical problems. The application of the Certainty Factor Method to expert systems in diagnosing household electrical damage can be used as a forum to make it easier for the community to help indicate household electrical damage earlier. The expert system for diagnosing household electrical damage can also be accessed online with internet access via the web link https://kerrusakanlistrik.vad.my.id/, therefore, it makes it easier for the public to conduct consultations regarding the electrical damage they are experiencing. An expert system for diagnosing household electrical damage is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In this expert system, the Certainty Factor Method has been applied which is used to trace household electrical damage based on the symptoms experienced by the community. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has been running well and this expert system can provide consultation results based on the symptoms selected by the user through the stages of the Certainty Factor (CF) method.

Abstract

North Bengkulu Regency has a list of village heads who serve as village heads. Based on the current list of village heads in North Bengkulu Regency, the best village head will be selected. The problem faced in this research is that in selecting the best village head we only look at the abilities of the village head, even though there are several criteria that can be considered by the district in selecting the best village head. The criteria used in this research are Integrity (C1), Commitment to advancing the village (C2), Ability to manage village resources (C3), Work attitude (C4). To overcome the problems encountered, a decision support system is needed. The method used in this research is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method, this method uses 54 criteria, namely: Integrity, Commitment to advancing the village, Ability to manage village resources, Work attitude. From the results of the research, the decision results were obtained with the best alternative, namely A5 in the name of Sugeng R with a value of 218.3333333

Abstract

The selection of the best village head is one of the programs of North Bengkulu Regency with the aim of improving the performance of each elected village head. A decision support system is an alternative system that aims to help make decisions through the use of data and decision models to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system by applying the composite performance index (CPI) method as a decision making method that is able to assist the district in assessing the best village head according to predetermined criteria. This research produces a system that can help provide recommendations for the best village heads based on calculations of criteria set by the selectors.

Abstract

A Decision Support System is generally defined as a system that is able to provide problem-solving skills and communication skills for semi-structured problems. This research uses the Simple Additive Weighting method made using a scope-based application, namely Visual Studio Code using MySql as the database. The data collection methods carried out in this study are observation, interviews and literature studies. Abstract

In general, prospective new students are confused about choosing an engineering major that suits their abilities, so that in choosing a major they often follow the choice of their closest friends or their parents' choice. Choosing an inappropriate major will have consequences for the future of the new student. For this reason, a prospective new student must know his academic abilities and interests. With the decision support system for determining majors, it is hoped that it can help prospective new students to find out the greatest potential in choosing a major that suits their academic abilities and talents. This Decision Support System uses the Weighted Product method to find out which prospective new students have the potential to enter the engineering major and to find out choose the right major. The weighted product method is a method of determining a decision by multiplying to be able to relate attribute values, where each attribute must first be raised to the power of the weight of the attribute in question.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pro Agar mempermudah dalam proses penentuan keputusan terkait penentuan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur Bengkulu, maka dibuatlah sebuah program sistem pedukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang berguna dalam membantu user dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan dengan proses yang sistematis. Sistem pendukung keputusan biasanya digunakan untuk menentukan suatu hal yang memiliki nilai kriteria yang dimana semakin banyak kriteria yang dipilih semakin besar kemungkinan sistem akan memilih objek tersebut. Dalam penyelesaian masalah terkait penentuan prioritas pembangunan, metode yang digunakan adalah meotde echnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), yang berdasarkan multikriteria dengan ide dasarnya alternatif yang dipilih memiliki jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Kata Kunci : SPK Prioritas pembangunan metode Topsis

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada SMK Negeri 3 Lahat tersebut tingkat keberhasilan guru lihat dari hasil penilaian kinerja guru, dimana menurut Peraturan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 penilaian kinerja guru adalah penilaian yang dilakukan terhadap setiap butir kegiatan tugas utama guru dalam rangka pembinaan karir, kepangkatan, dan jabatannya. Adapun kompetensi kinerja guru terkait dengan keberhasilan guru dilihat dari pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Namun dalam proses penilaian tersebut, masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam memberikan hasil akhir dalam mengetahui keberhasilan guru dan juga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan guru di SMK Negeri 3 Lahat menggunakan Metode WASPAS dapat membantu mengolah data guru serta memberikan informasi dan memberikan output informasi dari hasil pengolahan data serta dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan tingkat keberhasilan guru berdasarkan hasil olah data melalui Metode WASPAS. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, pada sistem pendukung keputusan ini telah diterapkan Metode WASPAS, sehingga hasil akhir yang diperoleh akan diurutkan berdasarkan ranking dari nilai tertinggi hingga nilai terendah. Berdasarkan data penilaian yang digunakan sebanyak 15 orang guru, maka diperoleh hasil rekomendasi tingkat keberhasilan guru adalah pertama mendapat alternatif ke 1 atas nama Nira Nopriani merupakan guru yang tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi dengan nilai WASPAS 0,953 disusul dengan rekomendasi ke 2 atas nama Nia Oktaria dengan nilai WASPAS 0,936, dan rekomendasi yang ke 3 atas nama Didi Firmansyah dengan nilai WASPAS 0,913.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sekolah yang belum mengetahui secara pasti seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan pembelajaran dan sarana belajar di SMKS 2 Kota Bengkulu. Dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan pembelajaran dan sarana belajar pada SMKS 2 Kota Bengkulu.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskreptif kualitatif dengan model survey. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan pembelajaran sangat puas. Kemudian dengan  kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa tingkatkepuasan siswa terhadap layanan pembelajaran berada pada tingkat tinggi, dan tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap sarana belajar berada pada tingkat tinggi dengan prosentase 90%. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, Layanan Pembelajaran, Sarana Belajar

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran online ini banyak terdapat kendala terutama pada tugas yang terlalu banyak dan tidak sesuai dengan materi secara maksimal sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan dan akhirnya stres. Hal ini banyak dialami oleh siswa yang sudah terlihat bosan dengan situasi pandemi ini, selain kebosanan, banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan saat belajar, gangguan jiwa juga akan mempengaruhi kondisi siswa untuk lebih peka terhadap lingkungan kesehariannya. Suasana ketika anak terlihat bosan atau bosan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online tentunya membutuhkan dukungan dari orang tua dan keluarga karena untuk menstabilkan kondisi siswa maka suasana di rumah harus lebih kondusif saat pembelajaran online berlangsung. Pembelajaran online memiliki dampak positif dan negatif.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High Schools in South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The school already has internet access and a computer network in the Lab that can be accessed by teachers, students, and staff within the school. However, access to the network does not yet have a security system that can prevent several threats from attacking the network. The purpose of this research is to implement snort on computer networks at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu. Securing the computer network at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu to avoid unwanted things by implementing Snort in it which will detect if there is a threat of attacks. Snort will be tasked with detecting attacks that occur if a client attacks the server in the form of pinging of death or DDos attacks. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the application of snort can help schools in knowing security system information on computer networks at school, as well as securing computer networks at school.
