Currently car rental business is a business that promises many benefits. The number of car rental service customers each year is increasing, this is seen from the number of car rental businessmen increasingly from year to year. But behind the business profits are quite tempting there have been many complaints in the car rental business is the crime of theft. There have been many tools or ways taken to overcome the crime of car theft, but not many can be the right solution. Making this monitoring application aims to implement a GPS Tracking based security system in which the monitor can display the status and location of the existence of the car that has been hired.The method used is object-oriented software engineering including data types, data retrieval methods, system analysis, system design, system development, and testing. The end result of this research is a tool and monitoring application system capable of displaying icon maker according to the existence of the car and can display notification or alert. The tool used is Arduino Uno with some modules like GPS Module to capture coordinates and GPRS Module to send data to the database server.To view using the web with the monitoring map and alert system. Alert system will automatically process the data into the database, if the lease time exceeds the limit of rent then the alert will process the distance data between a rental car with garage. If the distance exceeds 4 km then the system will display alert/notification. Then the admin can also track the existence of the car. The functional test result of the system works well, the result of the validity test of the system provides valid data with 0.0002 tolerance average, and the result of the feasibility test of the system can be declared eligible for use.

The scholarship is to assist students in taking their studies. The process of building decision support system using the method of training scholarships Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Making Decission) Simple Addictive Weighting method (SAW). Fuzzy MADM is used to find an alternative from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. Research carried out by finding the weights for each attribute, then performed to determine the process of ranking the alternatives given. This research method is done through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The system design is made with Contex Diagrams, HIPO, DFD, ERD, relations between tables and database design. The process of determining scholarship with Fuzzy MADM can speed up the process of ranking, reduce errors determining scholarship recipients, and help the team selectors in determining scholarship recipients. Poverty is one of the problems experienced by some developing countries, including Indonesia. There are many ways to mitigate poverty, for example, Indonesian government policy overcome this situation by Non-Cash Food Aid Program (BPNT). The electoral candidate for BPNT in the rural area is carried out by Poverty Reduction Team (SATGASKIN). To avoid uneven and untargeted assistance with the process, a system is capable for addressing the matter. The selection methods in this research were Naive Bayes and Simple additive weighting. The purpose of this research was to design and build an application that provided convenience to SATGASKIN in determining the eligibility of prospective beneficiaries and prioritizing beneficiaries. As a result of the study, the system can be used by SATGASKIN to help determining the recipients’ eligibility with 85% accuracy value, 85.71% Precision, and 92.31% Recall. Naive Bayes and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods reached 100% according to the results by manual calculations.

In computer graphics, graphic depiction of the complex forms is actually composed of a group of primitive objects in an image area, so that the whole will form a particular object. Depictions of these objects are actually a primitive generating clusters of adjacent pixel color according to the form object to be depicted. The forms of the simplest object that can underlie complex graphical form is an object lines and circles. There are several famous primitive methods for drawing lines and circles that is using either the Digital Differential Analyzer (DDA) or Bresenham algorithms. In this paper the author tries to present the implementation of Bresenham's method to draw the line and circle with Delphi.Key words: line, circle, Bresenhams Algorithms

Untuk dapat memberikan layanan elektronik mail (e-mail) diperlukan server Mail, satu diantaranya adalah qmail. Mail transfer agent qmail terdiri dari beberapa program yang menjalankan fungsi yang berbeda dan dijalankan oleh beberapa user yang berbeda. Mail transfer agent qmail mendukung format penyimpanan dalam format Mailbox maupun Maildir. Squirrelmail merupakan paket program aplikasi pendukung mail transfer agent qmail dengan antar muka web.

Stemming is a process to return a derivative word into its root word by eliminating the affixes. This is necessary to support a better information retrieval system. Some research on stemming algorithm, including algorithm Nazief & Adriani and Porter. Each stemmer has advantages and disadvantages of each. The purpose of this study is to compare the two stemmers, so it is known which algorithm is better to support information retrieval system. This research mostly applied literature study with reference to research conducted by Asian Jelita and Fadillah Z Tala. Test documents obtained from online news sites (detik.com). The process of analysis is done by calculating the number of correct results and experiencing stemming errors (over stemming, under stemming, unchanged, spelling exception), then comparing the result and time of the process, so it will be known which stemmer is better to support information retrieval system.

E-learning services are currently needed to support learning activities. Since the coronavirus pandemic, the existence of e-learning is very important for online learning activities. This e-learning service is to facilitate for college who must be learned from home. This makes e-learning need to be measured its effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the e-learning website at University using the WebQual 4.0 and the Importance Performance Analysis to find out the gaps and what parts should be prioritized for improvement for better e-learning quality. The variables used are usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The results of this research are based on the achievement value, the quality of usability variable is 80% (very good), information quality is 80% (very good) and service interaction is 79% (good). Gap analysis produces an overall gap value of (- 0.30) which means that the quality of e-learning is not in accordance with user expectations. From quadrant analysis, it is found that the indicators regarding interaction with the website are obvious and easy to understand, the website appearance is attractive, and security of user's private information is included in quadrant I, which means that these indicators are the first priority for improvement of the e-learning website of University.

SMP IT Nur Hidayah Surakarta, was established in 2004/2005 academic year. SMP IT Nur Hidayah has been graduated 3 generation of graduation, on the academic year of 2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009. In the new student admission program there is an acceptance limit for students who are eligible for scholarships. The criteria used in the selection process include: average grades of report cards, written tests, parents' income and achievements. In decision new students, the school wants quality selection results by predicting new prospective students and then decide new students. The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system for new students using the Nearest Neighbor (NN) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This method was chosen because it is able to carry out a prediction process and a ranking process to determine the best alternative. The technique used in this research is observation, interview and literature study. In the design of this system is made with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD, relations between tables and database design. The application is made using the PHP programming language and the database uses My SQL. The final results are in the form of student data reports, prediction reports, selection reports and reports on the best selection results. System testing is done by testing the functionality which shows the accepted results and the validity test which shows the valid results. The results of system testing with the MAPE test showed an accuracy of 88.7%.

Janti Park Tourism Object in utilizing information systems and information technology to support business processes is still not optimal. Utilization of information systems is currently only carried out in the business process of selling parking tickets and entrance tickets. However, other business processes are still carried out manually and not yet computerized. This causes a high risk of human error, successive recording errors, data that is easily lost and damaged, resulting in inaccurate data. The purpose of this study was to produce an enterprise architecture design using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method in the form of an application blueprint that is used as a reference in developing information systems and information technology so that they can be more optimal and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes at Janti Park Tourism Object. The design of enterprise architecture uses the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) with 8 development phases, namely the preliminary phase, requirements management, architecture vision, business architecture, information systems architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning. This research produces an application blueprint that can be used as a guide and reference in developing information systems and information technology so that they can be more optimal and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Janti Park Tourism Object business process.

Artificial intelligence atau kecerdasan buatan merupakan suatu kemampuan sistem untuk mengimpretasikan suatu data eksternal secara benar. Teknik Artificial intelegence (AI) menggunakan data dalam jumlah yang besar untuk membuat mesin atau sistem menjadi semakin cerdas yang bisa menangani tugas-tugas yang membutuhkan kecerdasan manusia. Pada penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model deep learning menggunakan Model ResNet 50 dapat mengenali objek gambar dengan prediksi yang sangat baik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menerapkan model Convolutional Neural Network atau CNN maka model untuk prediksi berdasarkan data citra dapat bekerja secara baik. Hasil akurasi dalam model ResNet50 dalam melakukan prediksi foto objek didapatkan angka 97%, sehingga model ini sudah layak untuk dikembangkan atau dilakukan transfer learning agar hasil akurasi menjadi lebih baik dan sesuai dengan konfigurasi atau objek yang akan dilakukan training atau pelatihan data.
