Abstract

The study aims to find out the implementation of traditional game engklek on young learners and to investigate whether young learner’s locomotor movement can improve through traditional game engklek. This study employed action classroom research. The subject of the study is the A group students aged 4-5 years in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok with the object of the study was the improvement of locomotor movement on children with disabilities by adopting traditional game engklek. The process of the study was conducted in two cycles which preceded by pre-cycles activity. Every cycle consisted of some activities: plan, act, observation, and reflection. The data collection was gathered from observation, interview, and documentation study. The study showed that: 1) the implementation of traditional game engklek could improve locomotor movement skill on young learners aged 4-5 in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok, indicated by the increasing of the average score in all indicators, including hopping to different direction, jumping to different direction, running and jumping, hopping and turning around, with the precycle result 35,4%, first cycle 56,3%, and second cycle 81,9%; 2) the implementation of traditional game engklek could improve the locomotor movement skill on young learners aged 4-5 in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok. This was indicated by the result which exceeded the predetermined success criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang implementasi Digital Islamic (Digislamic) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi digital islamic terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran pada berbagai mata pelajaran yang dilakukan di SMA Al Muslim Bekasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu semester terhadap peserta didik kelas X (sepuluh) sampai XII (dua belas) berjumlah 450 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen kuesioner terhadap 40 sampel yang diambil secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital islamic (Digislamic) dalam pembelajaran memiliki efektivitas yang sangat tinggi. Hal ini dilihat dari tingginya partisipasi belajar peserta didik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan) maupun luring (diluar jaringan). Indikator lainnya dapat dilihat dari pembelajaran direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, menumbuhkan motivasi dan partisipasi belajar, menggunakan berbagai media, menyediakan bahan ajar yang menantang, menciptakan suasana belajar konusif, dan memberikan hasil belajar maksimal. seluruh indikator mendapatkan kriteria sangat tinggi.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jika digital islamic (Digislamic) digunakan secara optimal dalam pembelajaran, maka akan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Amanah melalui kegiatan tari kreasi dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Amanah dapat meningkat melalui kegiatan tari kreasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik RA Al Amanah usia 5-6 tahun, dengan objek penelitian perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui kegiatan tari kreasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mekanisme pra siklus, siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Proses penelitian pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan serta refleksi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Kegiatan tari kreasi berhasil mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al Amanah Depok, yang ditunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil rata-rata pada seluruh indikator, baik keseimbangan, kelincahan dan kelenturan, dengan hasil 53,43% pada pra siklus menjadi 68,86% pada siklus 1 dan pada siklus 2 sebesar 88%; 2) Kegiatan tari kreasi dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al Amanah Depok. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil yang telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of a throw-and-catch ball game on young learners aged 5-6 years old in PAUD Nurul Fadillah and discovered young learners’ hard motoric skill improvement through the game.Conducted as a Class Action Research, this study involved 11 young learners as the subject as well as object of the study. The study process was carried on by applying two cycles, 1 and 2, which was initiated by a pre-cycle activity. There were four steps taken in each cycle which included planning, doing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection was obtained by observation, interview, and documentation study.The result of the study showed that: 1) The implementation of a throw-and-catch ball game had resulted in the improvement of hard motoric skill on young learners aged 5-6 years old in PAUD Nurul Fadillah on these categories: 82% on balancing, 91% on power and flexibility; 2) The implementation of playing a throw-and-catch ball game was able to improve hard motoric skill on young learners aged 5-6 years old in PAUD Nurul Fadillah Depok, since they have succeeded in achieving the predefined success indicators on balance, power and flexibility.

Abstract

Children's growth and development is influenced by several factors, including nutrition and nutrition. Stunting in early childhood will reduce the quality of growth and development as well as children's intelligence, so it is very important for various parties in society and academic circles to take a role in reducing stunting rates in the environment where they live. This community service aims to provide healthy food menus with balanced nutrition as an effort to fulfill nutritional requirements for children under five who suffer from stunting in the Rangkapan Jaya Baru Village environment. The service method used is the Community Based Research (CBR) method which includes four stages, including laying the foundation, planning, collecting and analyzing data (information gathering and analysis) and acting on findings. The results of the service show that providing a healthy, nutritious menu directly for stunted children can be an innovation for Ocan Bananas and parents in providing adequate nutrition for children with an appearance and food preparation that is attractive to young children.

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana komitmen profesional guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Jakarta Selatan dapat ditingkatkan, melalui pengembangan efikasi diri dan kepercayaan. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris mengenai: 1) Hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan komitmen profesional guru. 2) Hubungan antara kepercayaan dengan komitmen profesional guru dan 3) Hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kepercayaan dengan komitmen profesional guru.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan langkah-langkah menentukan populasi dan sampel sebagai tempat untuk menguji hipotesis, mengembangkan dan menguji instrumen untuk pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan selanjutnya membuat laporan yang diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan saran.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 315 orang guru. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin pada margin kesalahan 5%. Dari 315 populasi pada penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil sejumlah 177 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi yang dilanjutkan dengan penghitungan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan komitmen profesional guru, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,707 dan koefisien determinasi dengan nilai ry12 = 0,499; 2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepercayaan dan komitmen profesional guru, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,627 dan koefisien determinasi dengan nilai ry22 = 0,393; dan 3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kepercayaan dengan komitmen profesional guru, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry12 = 0.740., dan koefisien determinasi dengan nilai ry122 = 0,548.

Abstract

Generally, the aim of this research is to analyze how teachers’ commitment to the profession in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Jakarta Selatan can be improved through organizational culture and work satisfaction. Hence, this research specifically aims to find out, comprehend, and analyze empirically upon 1) the relation between organizational culture and teachers’ commitment to the profession, 2) the relation between work satisfaction and teachers’ commitment to the profession, and 3) the relation between organizational culture and work satisfaction with teachers’ commitment to the profession.This research is conducted as a quantitative study. The population of this research is the teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Jakarta Selatan as many as 315 in which 177 of them are taken as the samples. The number of the sample was determined by using proporsional random sampling technique with the Slovin formula at a 5% margin of error.The results of the research show: 1) there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Culture and Teachers’ Commitment to the Profession, which is indicated by correlation coefficient value ry1 = 0,611 and determinant coefficient value ry12= 0,373; 2) there is a significant positive relationship between Work Satisfaction and Teachers’ Commitment to the Profession, which is indicated by correlation coefficient value ry2 = 0,665., and determinant coefficient value ry22= 0,442; and 3) there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Satisfaction with Teachers’ Commitment to the Profession, which is indicated by correlation coefficient value ry12 = 0.677., and determinant coefficient value ry122= 0,458.

Abstract

The increasing competition among educational institutions requires schools to implement effective and sustainable promotion strategies to maintain public trust. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen the school’s image and increase new student enrollment through the implementation of a participatory school promotion campaign. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving teachers, students, parents, alumni, and the surrounding community. The stages of the program included problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotional activities were carried out through social media campaigns, open house events, alumni testimonials, and partnerships with external institutions. The results showed a 20% increase in new student enrollment compared to the previous year, as well as greater.
