Abstract

Nur-Elfalah High School currently registers new prospective students manually, namely by coming directly to the school and filling out the registration form. In this way, sometimes queues often occur during registration, and when finding out initial information about parents or prospective students. having to spend time coming in person, this is considered less effective. Nur-Elfalah's New Student Admission (PPDB) is designed to be web-based using an internet network, prospective new students can view information related to the school online, can register online, making it easier to register and view information. Apart from that, by implementing the PPDB system, all registration data will be stored neatly in a database so that if necessary it is easy to search and display in report format. In designing the Information System for accepting new students (PPDB), the waterfall development method is used, where the system is developed in stages and continues to be refined on an ongoing basis. With the new student admission information system (PPDB), it is hoped that it will make it easier for prospective new students to view information and register at the Nur-Elfalah school. It is hoped that prospective new students can register easily anywhere and at any time, as long as the prospective students Just able to access the internet. By implementing this system, it is hoped that it will be able to help Nur-Elfalah school improve its services which will indirectly have an impact on increasing the number of prospective students

Abstract

The government has developed a population administration system to support public services, one of the media used by the government is electronic government (e-government). One of the villages that has a large Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the Serang district, Banten province is Ranjeng village, Ciruas sub-district. The problem is that data management in villages is still carried out semi-manually, there is no specific application to handle this management so it is not time efficient, reporting and the level of service to the community is less than optimal. To overcome these problems, a system is needed that can help the community in submitting letters and can help the village government to improve services to the community. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and using UML (Unified Modelling Language) for visual system modelling, while the programming language used is PHP using the Laravel framework. The final result of this research is a system that can improve the services of the Ranjeng Village Office to the community to be optimal.

Abstract

Metode pembayaran non tunai semakin digemari oleh masyarakat. Sebagai metode pembayaran non tunia (cashless payment), Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran digital yang sedang hype di masyarakat. Penggunaannya yang mudah, cepat dan aman, menjadikan QRIS gampang diterima oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan produktivitas pelaku UMKM melalui kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari: 1). Survey pendahuluan; 2) Tahapan persiapan; 3). Pelatihan; 4) pendampingan dan 5). Evaluasi. Analisa SWOT pada tahap penentuan tema PKM berdasarkan hasil studi awal dengan mitra di lokasi PKM. Tahap persiapan dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pelatihan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode mentoring, resources sharing dan Pelatihan (workshop). Hasil Kegiatan berdasarkan evaluasi dari hasil kuisioner pre-test dan post-test pada kegiatan PKM adalah ada peningkatan pemahaman setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Peningkatan pemahaman pada keterbatasan pemanfaatan QRIS pada proses transaksi sebesar 29%. Peningkatan produktivitas dan ekonomi sebesar 64%. Secara keseluruhan Peningkatan produktivitas dan ekonomi dengan pelatihan pada bidang usaha makanan/ kuliner dengan signifikan.Implikasi manajerial dari kegiatan PKM dapat diterapkan pada bidang usaha lain sebagai upaya mendukung program peningkatan ekonomi digital

Abstract

The green revolution helped increase food production by intensifying existing land so that it could provide synthetic nutrients. However, synthetic fertilizers make plants vulnerable to pests and other hazards. This causes living things that help decompose the soil to be vulnerable to death due to the use of synthetic pesticides. The longer the use of these pesticides causes the soil to become damaged without any improvement. One indicator is a decrease in acidity levels, which should be a neutral pH of 7. Therefore, this study created a system that can be used to detect the acidity level of agricultural land. The location of the research object is agricultural rice fields in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The equipment used to support the IoT-based system includes a soil pH sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266, 3. Switch, and 9v Battery. The system development method uses the waterfall method and is IoT-based so that soil acidity levels can be monitored remotely. Based on the trial results, the system can measure and monitor soil acidity conditions remotely easily, quickly, and accurately. This system can help and facilitate farmers in making decisions about the appropriate use of dolomite lime for land that tends to be acidic.

Abstract

The service monitoring system is a monitoring process of the periodic service schedule for vehicle units or heavy equipment with the aim that no heavy equipment misses the periodic service schedule. Currently, the monitoring service system is widely used by large companies engaged in the logistics sector. PT. Sentra Karya Logistik is a company engaged in logistics and heavy equipment rent. PT. Sentra Karya Logistik has several problems in the process of monitoring heavy equipment services. These problems include checking the hours meter (HM) of heavy equipment which is still done manually by asking directly to each operator, recording and searching monitoring service data still using Microsoft Excel so that it takes a long time and there is no notification of heavy equipment that has entered service time so that many heavy equipment often miss their regular service schedule. Based on the above problems, a web-based heavy equipment monitoring service system was created using the waterfall method because this method uses a systematic and sequential approach. With system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of recording and searching monitoring service data and can provide notifications for each heavy equipment that is approaching its periodic service time. The result of this research is the Heavy Equipment Monitoring Service System at PT. Sentra Karya Logistik.   Keywords: Heavy Equipment, Monitoring Service, Monitoring Service System, Waterfall Method.
