Abstract

In this Jurnal the author conducted research on REDTOP Hotel And Convention Center in Jakarta in the Housekeeping Department. REDTOP Hotel and Convention Center is a four-star hotel right in the Center of Jakarta area. Understanding Room Attendant to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which applies to the perceived level of guest statisfaction during the stay, it is intended that the quality of existing services in REDTOP Hotel and Convention Center for the better in the eyes of the guest who come This research was conducted to determine the strategic role of room attendance in increasing customer satisfaction and room occupancy rates from January to March. The results were obtained through the method of data collection and observation with the service provided in accordance with applicable regulations. The results obtained are an increase in service satisfaction of Room Antendant by 76% from January to February and an increase in service satisfaction of 84% from February to March at the Red Top Hotel and Convention center Of both methods are expected to answer the fundamental problems of research : “The role of the room attendant improves the quality of service for the guest statisfaction at Red Top Hotel and Convention Centre.”

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of profit and cash flow on bankruptcy prediction in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample is determined through purposive sampling, with inclusion criteria for issuers that have published audited financial reports between 2017 and 2021. The collected data are processed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.00. The research results indicate that profit does not significantly affect bankruptcy prediction in insurance companies. This may be attributed to the distinct characteristics of the insurance industry compared to other sectors, where profit only sometimes reflects the overall financial condition, especially when facing large claims or unpredictable risks. Conversely, cash flow significantly influences bankruptcy prediction in insurance companies. Cash flow is considered a primary indicator to assess a company's ability to meet claim payment obligations and address liquidity issues, particularly in the insurance industry, which frequently faces significant payment obligations. The conclusion of this research provides insights that a better understanding of cash flow dynamics is more relevant in predicting the bankruptcy conditions of insurance companies than profit. Practical implications of this research include emphasizing the importance of risk management, effective capital structure, and special attention to cash flow as a critical factor in maintaining insurance companies' stability and operational continuity.

Abstract

Ikatan Remaja RW 007 (IKRAR 007) Margonda adalah komunitas karang taruna yang berada di wilayah RW 07 Margonda. Tujuan Ikrar 007 adalah terbentuknya pelajar bangsa yang bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT., berilmu, berakhlak mulia dan berwawasan kebangsaan serta bertanggung jawab atas tegak dan terlaksananya syari’at Islam menurut faham ahlussunnah wal jama’ah yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Ikrar 007 beranggotakan para remaja yang terdiri dari pelajar dan mahasiswa selalu berkomitmen untuk menjadi organisasi Remaja karang taruna dengan prinsip belajar, berjuang dan bertaqwa (Trilogi IPNU). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ikatan Remaja RW 07 adalah masih belum memahami bagaimana cara merintis dan memulai suatu Bisnis untuk menunjang kegiatan berwirausaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mendapat tanggapan baik dari mitra untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan, kreativitas dan inovasi berupa pelatihan cara merintis dan memulai suatu bagi Ikatan Remaja RW 07 Margonda. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan para peserta terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, kreativitas dan inovasi dan termotivasi untuk memulai suatu bisnis di zaman milenial ini dimana para remaja dituntut untuk berfikir kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Berastagi Rantauprapat. To determine the effect of giving incentives to employee performance at PT. Berastagi Rantauprapat . To determine the effect of work discipline and intensive giving effect on employee performance at PT. Berastagi Rantauprapat. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents while the population used in this study was employees of PT. Berastagi Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using simultaneous significant test (F test), partial significant test (t test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially the incentive variable has no positive and significant effect on employee motivation, partially that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation and simultaneously that the incentive and work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.

Abstract

The background in this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the ease and trust of an e-commerce with customers who buy goods online, with this ease and trust whether purchasing goods online is increasing what are the factors that make sales increase and the variables that influence it, with the ease of using this e-commerce system and with a high level of trust, the public will be more confident shopping in an e-commerce media, because the seller provides the best service or has a very good product so that people buy with believe in the products they buy. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods by conducting surveys to several customers who have used e-commerce media, is it easy and trustworthy in an e-commerce to increase sales, therefore, with the survey media, data is obtained primarily and the truth can be justified. With the ease and level of confidence about customers, shopping on an e-commerce can increase, with the increase, we can find out what variables can make customers shop more online, therefore variables must be known by sellers with an e-commerce system, with known variables such as ease of trust and the presence of a low price level, product sales will increase. This research will produce data that can determine whether there is a relationship between convenience and trust in purchasing goods online, with this data it can be used as a basis for further research and can be the basis for developing e-commerce systems today.

Abstract

The background of the problem raised in this study is how to measure the effectiveness of using e-money for online shopping on an e-commerce shopping system. With the use of Imani, the use of cash will be limited so that it will be able to do more transactions on online shopping in e-commerce. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods by conducting a survey to 100 users of online shopping in e-commerce, with the results of the survey, the data can be processed so that it can be seen whether the direction of the hypothesis raised in this study is directly proportional or proportional. The problem raised in this study is how to measure the effectiveness of a payment, especially payments using electronic money media. Therefore, with a non-cash payment system, the effectiveness of the payment will be known. The purpose and objective of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of using electronic money in payment systems that are carried out online and used in various places so that many transactions are carried out only using electronic money and not using cash.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Sustainability Reporting on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Using panel data from annual and sustainability reports, the study employs panel regression and mediation analysis to assess the direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that Good Corporate Governance and Sustainability Reporting are positively associated with profitability, suggesting that stronger governance mechanisms and sustainability disclosure contribute to improved financial performance. However, neither Good Corporate Governance nor Sustainability Reporting exerts a positive direct effect on firm value. Profitability also does not mediate the relationship between governance and sustainability practices and firm value, indicating that improvements in internal performance are not automatically translated into higher market valuation. These results imply that firm value in the energy sector is more strongly influenced by external market conditions and investors’ expectations regarding the sustainability of earnings than by governance quality and sustainability disclosure alone.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menjawab tantangan promosi dan pembangunan kepercayaan publik pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang secara sadar membatasi pemanfaatan media sosial karena pertimbangan etika dan perlindungan anak. PAUD DUNIAKU menghadapi keterbatasan visibilitas lembaga, rendahnya keterlibatan komunitas, serta belum optimalnya kapasitas pengelola dan pendidik dalam membangun komunikasi publik berbasis nilai sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola serta pendidik PAUD dalam menerapkan strategi community-based marketing sebagai alternatif promosi non-digital yang etis, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan jenis service learning dengan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif dan pendampingan yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan mitra, penyampaian materi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, serta simulasi perancangan program promosi berbasis komunitas. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta penilaian kualitatif terhadap kinerja dan kesiapan implementasi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep community-based marketing, kemampuan merancang program kemitraan dengan komunitas, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya praktik promosi yang etis dan selaras dengan nilai pendidikan anak usia dini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi community-based marketing memiliki potensi sebagai pendekatan alternatif dalam memperkuat reputasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap PAUD tanpa ketergantungan pada media sosial.
