Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable competencies (knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives) on the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Mamuju Utara and influence competency partially on employee performance: the effect of knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives of the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency. The population in this research that all employees are scattered on each unit of work / field / secretariat within the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency. The method used is a survey that is explonary causal relationship in the form of a survey which aims to find out the pattern of a causal relationship between the variables of competence with the performance by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables competencies (knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the variable most dominant influence of competence, namely the skills and self-concept is the smallest influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency.

Abstract

Palu Bay as an important role in the growth area of the city and affect the chain of elements of economic growth so as to have a very strong appeal and the number of dense population and very diverse. Palu Bay Area region is a strategic region in the context of the development of Central Sulawesi province, especially the town of Palu, the economic sectors that supported the trade, hotel and restaurant sector that contributed the most to the economy of the city. This study aims to conduct a study on the economic evaluation of the use of public open space Palu Bay to find out; economic income of small businesses in the utilization of Palu bay open spaces,  factors that affect the utilization of public spaces and improving the local economy; and to investigate the potential and contribution to the economic communities on the use of Palu bay  public space. This research is descriptive qualitative rationalistic paradigm. Qualitative approaches in research that by outlining the potential for community efforts on public space bridge coast of Besusu Barat, population / labor and quantify the contribution of space utilization for increasing people's income which is the object of research. The results showed that (1) children's games rental business as the largest contributor to economic income communities that reaches Rp1.117.580.000 / month, (2) Of the trades, types of eateries a contributor to economic potential reach Rp30.500.000 per month, then the souvenir sales and other businesses with revenues of Rp27.450.000 per month, as well as business mix and beverage kiosk with monthly income of Rp14.450.000. (3) For services business / profession is a kind of business people who are not significantly contributed to the regional economy accounted for only the opinion of Rp11.500.000 per month, comprising of photographers at Rp4.500.000, businesses sbesar Rp2.000.000 security, and business services parking Rp5,000,000 per month.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 3 Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala. Pengambilan informan mempergunakan Purpossive yaitu dengan memilih orang yang dianggap mengetahui permasalahan penelitian sehingga peneliti menetapkan 4 orang sebagai informan. Guna memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara peneliti dengan para informan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari tiga indikator dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1. Pemantauan. Pemantauan menunjukkan telah cukup terlaksana dengan baik oleh kepala sekolah. 2. Pemeriksaan. Pemeriksaan oleh kepala sekolah menunjukkan belum cukup terlaksana dengan baik. 3. Evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah menunjukkan cukup terlaksana dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan Melekat, Pegawai Tata Usaha.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan Pegawai Tata Usaha di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balane Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. 2. Untuk mengatahui faktor faktor penghambat kualitas pelayanan Pegawai Tata Usaha di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balane Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balane Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. Pengambilan informan mempergunakan Purpossive Sampling yaitu dengan memilih orang yang dianggap mengetahui permasalahan penelitian sehingga peneliti menetapkan 5 orang sebagai informan. Guna memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu 1. Kualitas pelayanan pegawai tata usaha di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balane Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi dengan indikator 1). Ketepatan. Pegawai Tata Usaha tepat dalam memberikan pelayanan. 2). Kecepatan. Pegawai Tata Usaha belum cepat memberikan pelayanan, 3). Murah. Menunjukan bahwa pelayanan dalam kategori murah 4). Ramah. Menunjukan bahwa Pegawai Tata Usaha ramah dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pegawai Tata Usaha.

Abstract

The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to answer the hypothesis in this research. In answering the hypothesis, the descriptive method is used, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test consists of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, the regression test consists of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients and the hypothesis test consists of partial and partial tests. simultaneously. The results of the research are (1) The work commitment variable on employee performance is positive. This illustrates that if there is an increase in employee work ability by 1%, it will affect employee performance by 29.1%, reinforced by hypothesis testing. then the conclusion is that hypothesis X 1 is accepted or proven to have a significant effect. (2) Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that every time there is an increase in the level of employee discipline by 1%, it will affect the level of employee performance by 22.2% which is confirmed by the results of hypothesis testing, namely tcount 2.253 > ttable 1.98827 which means that the accepted hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the significance value shows 0.027 > SIg 0.05 with the conclusion that hypothesis X2 in this study is accepted or proven to have a significant effect. Meanwhile, testing the third hypothesis, namely the calculated F value of 9.036 > F table 3, 11 and a sig value of 0.0 00, the conclusion is that the hypothesis is proven that work commitment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines how non-monetary rewards affect worker motivation in Indonesia’s public sector, highlighting the moderating influence of leadership style and the mediating function of perceived organizational support (POS). Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) and survey data from 357 public sector workers were used to confirm that work-life balance, career advancement, job enrichment, and recognition significantly increase motivation, with career development having the most impact. POS mediates these ties, and their influence is increased by transformational leadership. These observations, which emphasize the value of organized career development, successful recognition programs, and leadership training, add to the body of knowledge in human resource management and provide valuable suggestions for legislators. Public service performance can be improved, and staff motivation can be raised by bolstering organizational support and encouraging leadership involvement.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan instansi. Setiap pegawai dalam suatu organisasi dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi positif melalui kinerja yang baik, karena kinerja organisasi sangat bergantung pada kinerja individu pegawainya. Tujuan pengabdian dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pada kinerja pegawai pemerintah provinsi Papua Barat Daya. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta memberikan materi yang diperlukan dalam pencapaian tujuan pengabdian. Program pengabdian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, di mana peserta pengabdian tidak hanya menjadi objek, tetapi juga subjek yang aktif dalam seluruh proses pengembangan SDM. Tahapan pengabdian dilakukan dengan diantaranya berupa persiapan (mempersiapkan mitra, tempat/Lokasi pengabdian dan alat serta perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan) dan evaluasi (terdapat pegawai yang dilihat dari partisipasi kurang aktif dan aktif). Adapun hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil capaian di atas terlihat bahwa pada peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari aspek budaya kerja diperoleh capaian sebesar 80%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 80% dan motivasi kerja sebesar 70%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial distress, leverage, free cash flow terhadap manajemen laba. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial distress, leverage dan free cash flow yang dimoderasi oleh Good Corporate Governance terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, berasal dari sumber eksternal berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan pada website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa financial distress berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Leverage dan free cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Interaksi financial distress dengan GCG tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara financial distress terhadap manajemen laba. Interaksi leverage dengan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan leverage terhadap manajemen laba, serta interaksi free cash flow dengan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan manajemen laba. Hal ini dapat diindikasikan bahwa GCG tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara free cash flow terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan Manufaktur di Sektor Makanan dan Minuman tahun 2015 – 2019. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan efeknya terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemic Covid 19 pada Indomaret, kota Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini, dimana yang menjadi responden adalah konsumen atau masyarakat yang berbelanja di Indomaret Kota Makassar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemi covid 19 pada Indomaret,kota Makassar. Kemudian harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemi covid 19 pada Indomaret, kota Makassar.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores how financial behavior influences capital structure decisions and, in turn, affects firm financial performance and sustainable business growth among micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Indonesia. Drawing on behavioral finance theory, the study examines the effects of three antecedents, financial literacy, risk tolerance, and behavioral biases on capital structure decisions. Furthermore, it investigates the mediating roles of access to finance and financial planning behavior, and the outcome effect of financial performance on long-term business growth. Method:Data was gathered from 420 MSE owner-managers across a variety of Indonesian sectors using a standardized questionnaire. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine the data. Findings: Results revealed that all three behavioral antecedents significantly influenced capital structure decisions. Capital structure, in turn, had both direct and indirect effects on firm financial performance, mediated through improved financial access and planning. Moreover, financial performance was found to positively influence sustainable business growth. Novelty/Value:By relating behavioral characteristics to organizational outcomes and financial decision-making in the setting of an emerging economy, the study adds to the body of literature. Targeted financial education and behavioral interventions are necessary to improve financing results for MSEs, among other practical implications.
