Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kependudukan dan pengeluaran Pemerintah terhadap Kemisikinan di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metode explanatory yaitu menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel bebas dan variabel- variabel terikat serta pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih melalui pengujian hipotesa. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Jumlah Penduduk dan Pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Jawa Timur. Sedangakan variabel Pengeluran Pemerintah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Increasing pressures on the livelihood needs of forest village communities so that utilization of forest resources is also increasing which leads to the destruction of existing forest resources, therefore the government through Perhutani issued a policy to maintain forest sustainability and issued a Community Forest Management Program (PHBM) is forest management system carried out jointly with the sharing of results between Perhutani and forest village communities and interested parties to achieve common interests so that the sustainability of forest functions and the benefits of forest resources can be obtained optimally. To be able to implement the rights and obligations of Community Forest Management (PHBM) the forest village community formed a community organization called the Forest Village Community Institution (LMDH) whose members were required to be a community residing in the village ofkalkalong. Forest management under stands will have an impact on the area which is caused is a reduction in labor unemployment and increase income for forest village communities who use the land under stands for coffee farming in the Bulkkalong Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah PDRB per kapita, kemiskinan, dan kuantitas bidan terhadap kematian neonatal di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDRB per kapita, kemiskinan, dan kuantitas bidan terhadap kematian neonatal di Kabupaten Jember. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 4 variabel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah estimasi data panel dengan metode fixed effect yaitu sebanyak 31 Kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PDRB berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kematian neonatal di Kabupaten Jember dengan nilai koefisisen sebesar -1,23E-06; (2) Kemiskinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kematian neonatal di Kabupaten Jember dengan nilai koefisisen sebesar 0,000628; (3) Kuantitas bidan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kematian neonatal di Kabupaten Jember dengan nilai koefisisen sebesar -0,023987.Q

Abstract

The decrease in the added value of GRDP during the Covid-19 pandemic turned out to be expanding the unemployment rate and eliminating people's opportunities to earn income, loss of learning opportunities and getting proper health services due to the economic limitations of the people of Sumber Jambe District, Jember Regency. GRDP as a benchmark for the economy in a country will show economic performance both regionally and nationally. One of the government's steps in fulfilling the function of fiscal policy is the allocation of the APBD for public welfare which is distributed by the Ministry of Social Affairs in the form of the Family Hope Program (PKH). This study aims to analyze the effect of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on public welfare. To answer the research objectives, the method used is a simple linear regression model with an ordinary least squares (OLS) approach. The results showed that the family hope program had a positive effect on the welfare of the community in Sumber Jambe District.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah variabel teknologi, kebijakan fiskal, dan dependency ratio mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari tahun 2016-2020 dengan 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sektor teknologi yang diproksikan dengan IP-TIK mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sektor kebijakan fiskal yang diproksikan dengan pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan sektor ketiga yakni dependency ratio mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Selo Bonang is a tourist destination in Panduman Village, Jember Regency, which has iconic potential, namely a stone site that produces notes, known as the "Singing Valley." This site has the potential to become the world's first natural stone studio. This village faces several problems, namely the low competency of Human Resources (HR) in optimizing tourism potential, as well as the lack of a clear concept and identity in the development of Selo Bonang. Apart from that, there is an asymmetry of information regarding the history of the founding of Selo Bonang. The objectives of this community service are: 1) increasing human resource competency, 2) assisting in formulating development ideas and concepts, 3) strengthening tourist identity to overcome the asymmetry of historical information in Selo Bonang, and 4) establishing a chat spot that displays Jember's urban views. This tourist location is on the slopes of Mount Argopuro and close to the Duplang Site, which is part of the ancient heritage. This shows the integration of the potential of ancient heritage into the development of tourism based on the Purba Argopuro Geopark. The approach used is community-based tourism and spatial and infrastructure planning, with a focus on developing human resources in preparation for tourism planning and management as well as good tourism skills. Implementation methods include training, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and assistance to Selo Bonang managers and the surrounding community. The results of the activities include: 1) increasing the competence of tourism managers and the community around Selo Bonang, 2) optimizing potential through a Selo Bonang development roadmap based on the Argopuro Purba Geopark, 3) tourism identity in the form of a profile book, 4) building a photo spot called Selo Bonang Urbanscape. It is hoped that these development ideas and concepts can contribute to the independence of managers and surrounding communities to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan mahasiswa pada sumber data sekunder menyebabkan kurang beragamnya tugas akhir mahasiswa program studi ekonomi syariah. Dampak lanjutan dari hal ini adalah kurang novelty pada tugas akhir mahasiswa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini tertuju pada mahasiswa program studi Ekonomi Syariah yang akan menghadapi tugas akhir. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki beberapa metode untuk mengindetifikasi isu yang ada di program studi Ekonomi syariah yaitu metode APKL, USG dan diagram fishbone. Dengan isu prioritas yang ditemukan terdapat solusi dengan luaran pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu panduan penelusuran sumber data sekunder. Panduan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas tugas akhir mahasiswa program studi Ekonomi Syariah karena terdiri dari website-website yang terpercaya baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and compare the financial stability of banks during the crisis which is still being debated by taking the period before and after the covid 19 pandemics. This study uses a sample of all transactions of conventional banks and Islamic banks throughout Indonesia that are recorded by the Indonesian financial services authority. With a population of all conventional financial institutions and Islamic financial institutions, both registered and unregistered by Indonesian financial services authorities throughout Indonesia. The type of data in this study is secondary data sourced from the Indonesian financial services authority. To find out and compare the performance of conventional banks with Islamic banks and the resilience of conventional banks and Islamic banks to shocks, an analysis of the financial behavior of data in commercial banks was carried out using Threshold Autoregressive. We find that Islamic banks tend to be more stable in facing financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic compared to conventional banks. The performance of conventional banks was very good in the period before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, when the coronavirus pandemic began to be reported, there was a huge decline in performance. Conventional bank recovery efforts have not been able to return to the original track. Conventional bank performance is slowing down and it tends to be difficult to return to its original performance value (before the COVID-19 outbreak). However, from the graph of performance forecasting between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Banks, it can be seen that there is a difference in performance stability between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Banks facing the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the most important sectors in enhancing economic growth, as it has a significant multiplier effect on various other economic activities. Tourist expenditures serve as a key indicator of the tourism sector's impact on society. These expenditures contribute significantly to local income sources and regional economic growth. Therefore, this research aims to formulate an economic growth scenario model based on tourist expenditure levels in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). A dynamic system analysis method is employed to comprehensively examine all related variables and their interdependencies. This study produces an optimal scenario involves implementing policies to increase tourist visits, as this not only directly affects economic growth but also influences tourists' length of stay and total expenditure.

Abstract

The interest rate has an important role to regulate the exchange rate affecting an economy and banking transactions betweencountries.The interest rate as a trigger factor of development of a country has a very important role to cope with the level ofinflation and the exchange rate in the country. In this study, several factors are considered to influence the interest ratesinclude inflation, and exchange rates. The method used is multiple linear regression with time series data. The study wasconducted using monthly data from July 2005 until December 2012. The results of the regression carried out showed thatindlasi positive and significant impact on interest rates. While the exchange rate and no significant negative effect on interestrates.
