Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, non-physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of sales employees. This type of research is census research on Sales division employees at PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The study population amounted to 34 people and all were used as samples with population research techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R square value of 0.847, this means that the influence of leadership style variables, non-physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of sales employees is 84.7% while 15.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research model, such as salary, job satisfaction and work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian pelaksanaan wewenang otoritas jasa keuangan terhadap penyelesaian kasus pergadaian illegal mengangkat rumusan masalah bagaimana bentuk wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap penyelesaian kasus pergadaian illegal dan bagaimana pelaksanaan wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap penyelesaian kasus pergadaian illegal. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis bentuk wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap penyelesaian kasus pergadaian illegal dan Untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap penyelesaian kasus pergadaian illegal. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian normative dan menghasilkan kesimpulan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) memiliki wewenang terhadap seluruh Lembaga jasa keuangan termasuk usaha pergadaian berupa wewenang pengaturan dan wewenang pengawasan. Pelaksanaan wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) terhadap usaha pergadaian swasta dilakukan dengan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Akan tetapi OJK tidak dapat melaksanakan wewenang pengawasan terhadap usaha pergadaian ilegal dengan baik dan efisien dikarenakan usaha pergadaian ilegal atau yang tidak memiliki izin tidak diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga wewenang yang dimiliki Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sangat terbatas.

Abstract

This writing aims to uncover and assess the disparity in returns between the LQ45 index and the Sri-Kehati index. The writing will employ the Independent Sample t-test methodology and will utilize SPSS software for conducting data analysis. The research sample consists of monthly index returns and shares included in the LQ45 and Sri-Kehati index categories in the 2018-2022 period. The study results indicate an absence of a noteworthy distinction in returns between the LQ45 index and the Sri-Kehati index.
