Abstract

ABSTRAKCakupan ASI Eksklusif di Kab.Semarang dalam kurun waktu tahun 2005-2011 hanya bergerak pada angka 32,4 %, sementara cakupan ASI Eksklusif secara nasional sebesar 80%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk analisis Implementasi Program ASI Eksklusif di Kab.Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari informan primer yaitu jajaran Dinas Kesehatan, dan triangulasi yaitu Ketua Pokja IV PKK, Ketua Muslimat, Ketua Gabungan Organisasi Wanita dan Direktur Rumah Bersalin Harapan Bunda. Teknik analisa datamenggunakan content analysis/analisa isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ASI eksklusif yang meliputi sosialisasi, advokasi, kampanye, pelatihan konselor ASI dan kelompok pendukung ASI, hanya sosialisasi dan advokasi ASI eksklusif yang berjalan namun belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan program ASI eksklusif belum merupakan program prioritas di Kab Semarang. Saran bagi Pemerintah Kab.Semarang dapat melaksanakan Peraturan Gubernur tentang Peningkatan Pemberian ASI ekslusif dan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kab.Semarang memprioritaskan program ASI eksklusif sehingga dapat meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif di Kab.Semarang.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, ASI eksklusif, Sosialisasi, AdvokasiABSTRACTCoverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Semarang District in 2011 is only 32.4%, It is far from the national target of 80%. The purpose of this study is to analysis the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding program in Semarang District. This study uses the qualitative approachto the subject of study which consists of primary resource persons, they are Head of District Health Office and resource persons of triangulation, they are Chairman of Working Group IV of PKK (Empowerment of Family Welfare), Chairman of Muslimat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama), Chairman of GOW (Woman Organization Group), and Director of Harapan Bunda Hospital.The technique of Data analysis used in this study is content analysis. The result of this study is that the exclusive breastfeeding program which includes socialization, advocacy, campaign, training of breastfeeding counselors, and supporting groups of breastfeeding, only two of them: those are socialization and advocacy which run, but they are not optimal. This is because the program has not been a priority in Semarang District. Suggestion for the local government (Semarang District) is to implement the Governor Regulations on Improving Exclusive Breastfeeding, and for Semarang District Health Office to prioritize the programs of exclusive breastfeeding in order to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding of Semarang District.Keyword : Implementation, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Socialization, Advocacy

Abstract

Berdasarkan wawancara bersama guru kelas V SDN II Ciuyah, permasalahan utama yang terjadi di kelas V yaitu kurangnya minat atau ketertarikan siswa dalam membaca karena teks bacaan yang terlalu banyak, kebahasaan yang terlalu tinggi, dan ketidakmampuan siswa untuk mentranformasikan suatu kalimat yang utuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian tindakan (Action Research) level 1. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion atau FGD. Data-data yang telah didapatkan akan diolah dengan pengolahan data kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif untuk memudahkan pembaca dalam memahami penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian perencanaan pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa RPP yang disusun sebagai perencanaan pembelajaran ini telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah dari strategi DRTA dan mampu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menentukan gagasan pokok. Sedngkan, hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa setiap langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang disusun telah mengacu pada langkah-langkah strategi DRTA itu sendiri. Kemudian hambatan yang muncul dari pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi DRTA adalah informasi yang didapatkan oleh siswa tidak langsung, sehingga membutuhkan konfirmasi dari guru. Selain itu, guru kurang mampu membimbing siswa dalam setiap langkah pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pinjaman online (Pinjol) ilegal dan judi online telah menjadi dua masalah yang mendesak di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk Provinsi Banten. Kegiatan sosialisasi literasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Jerang Barat Kelurahan Karang Asem, Cilegon, Banten, terhadap bahaya pinjaman online (Pinjol) ilegal dan judi online yang semakin marak. Mengingat tingginya kasus penipuan dan jeratan finansial akibat Pinjol ilegal serta dampak sosial negatif dari judi online, kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan langsung sosialisasi atau penyuluhan. Melalui penyampaian materi yang interaktif dan mudah dipahami, sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai ciri-ciri Pinjol ilegal, risiko yang menyertainya, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap topik ini, yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi potensi terjebak dalam praktik Pinjol ilegal dan judi online di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Distribution of Indonesia's population with 1,340 ethnic groups on 17,000 islands with 269,603.4 million people. In terms of the proportion of the population, the male gender is 135,337.0 million people, while the female gender is 134,266.4 million people. This spike provides a distinctive pattern and variety. The diversity of society is fulfilled by the presence of the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which contains content tolerance. Having tolerance as the main pillar of unity and unity is one of the important characteristics possessed by a leader in achieving goals. The existence of a tolerant leader is needed in every organization such as the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at SMP Negeri 16 South Jakarta. The method used in implementing community service activities is strengthening the character of tolerance and structured assistance. As a result of this activity, students at SMP Negeri 16 South Jakarta, especially members of the OSIS class VIII students, received a lot of information and education about tolerance and leadership and became more familiar with the benefits of tolerance, elements of leadership and leadership styles. Apart from that, it is hoped that this activity can motivate students to implement the character of tolerance more broadly by appreciating and respecting and recognizing the existence of human rights in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of social resistance and criminalization in the case of a large-scale poultry farm development in Cibetus, Padarincang, Serang, Banten. The research highlights how the implementation of development projects without adequate consultation and community consent has triggered conflicts related to environmental degradation, public health, and the right to a safe living space. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with affected residents, community leaders, and civil society organizations, as well as through documentation analysis and field observations. The findings reveal that the local community responded to the project through various forms of organized resistance, including peaceful protests, public advocacy, legal actions, and direct confrontation. These actions were met with repressive state responses, including the arrest and prosecution of residents without proper legal procedures. The criminalization of citizens involved in the resistance underscores a broader pattern of structural injustice, where legal instruments are used to suppress civic participation and protect corporate interests. This study concludes that the conflict in Cibetus reflects a deeper imbalance in power relations between the state, corporations, and civil society. The resistance demonstrated by the community is not merely an objection to a development project but a demand for justice, recognition, and the protection of fundamental rights. The research emphasizes the need for inclusive and participatory governance that respects environmental and social rights in the planning and implementation of development policies.
