Abstract

Motorcycle vehicles are one of the means of transportation that are needed by the community because motorbikes can provide good mobility in congested areas. The author will make a system analysis for the selection of used motorcycles in the Zakiyah Motor showroom based on a Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This application is made using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. The results of this study are that the decision support system for buying used motorcycles using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm can facilitate the admin or the Zakiyah Motor Bengkulu party in determining the decision to buy used motorcycles for consumers.

Abstract

Besurek Batik is a characteristic of Bengkulu province, Besurek motifs are Rafflesia, Calligraphy, Paku Niches, Moon, Kuau Bird, and Jasmine. Besurek batik has high complexity in its manufacture and has many different types of motifs, therefore the identification of Besurek cloth in Bengkulu Province makes it easier to classify batik motifs and can also be an effort to preserve the culture of Bengkulu province. A feature extraction and method are used to classify Besurek type images of Bengkulu province using feature extraction Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) where glcm is used for feature extraction analysis, then classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (KNN). Based on the results of the analysis obtained from the Besurek motif, namely with an accuracy value of 0.93333, a recall of 0.93333 and a precision value of 0.94444 with an average value of 0.938856 at an angle of 1350.

Abstract

The design of a COVID-19 patient information system using PHP Muko-muko Hospital has been successfully created which includes patient identity data confirmed for COVID-19, clinical information for COVID-19 patients, monitoring information for confirmed COVID-19 patients, and reports on COVID-19 patient data. -19. This system has been neatly designed to make it easier for officers to find data on COVID-19 patients who have been monitored or have not been monitored when applied to the real system.

Abstract

Today's technology has undergone many developments, with the development of these technologies can be put to good use. One technology that is currently being developed is in the field of security. Especially in the field of Biometrics because there are two functions, namely identification and verification. Biometrics have characteristics that are not lost, cannot be forgotten, and are not easily faked. Its existence is very close to humans, and one another is not the same so that uniqueness and security can be guaranteed. One of the biometrics that is easy to use is fingerprint, because this fingerprint pattern has high security and the fingerprint pattern is also easy to use. In increasing security, fingerprints can be applied as house door locks, because everyone's fingerprints are different so security will increase and it is not easy to access. The purpose of this tool is made so that it can be applied in the community, with this tool homeowners do not need to carry a key and only require fingerprints, so as to reduce the risk of crime that is rife in the community.

Abstract

Abstract: Current technological developments have brought very rapid progress in various areas of human life. To improve saddle quality, technology must be used to improve public services. Therefore, according to village law, the government or regional government must create a village service information system. Sri Jaya Makmur Village is in Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. One of the obstacles currently faced by the Sri Jaya Makmur Village Government is the amount of information that can be seen and accessed by the village community, especially regarding the village organizational structure, activities and administration. In addition, the community does not receive sufficient services, especially in terms of much needed correspondence services. Research is carried out to produce prototypes, designs and correspondence in the required information system. This research succeeded in creating designs ranging from how the system works to user interface design. Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini membawa kemajuan yang sangat pesat di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelana, teknologi harus digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah harus membuat sistem informasi pelayanan desa menurut undang-undang desa. Desa Sri Jaya Makmur berada di Kecamatan Nibung, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, Sumatera Selatan. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa Sri Jaya Makmur saat ini adalah jumlah informasi yang dapat dilihat dan diakses oleh masyarakat desa, terutama yang berkaitan dengan struktur organisasi desa, kegiatan dan administrasi. Selain itu, masyarakat tidak menerima layanan yang cukup, terutama dalam hal layanan surat menyurat yang sangat dibutuhkan. penelitian dilakukan untuk menghasilkan protype, desain perancangan, dan surat menyurat dalam sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan. penelitian ini berhasil membuat design rancangan mulai dari bagaimana sistem bekerja hingga design user interface.

Abstract

The government's efforts to tackle poverty are by issuing several programs that can help meet people's needs. However, in practice, it is not uncommon for the distribution of aid or other government programs to not be on target, because there are no clear procedures and calculations in determining which people are entitled to receive aid. Therefore, it is necessary to have a calculation mechanism that involves data on the demographic characteristics of the community using clustering. In this clustering process, there are 2 algorithms that are often used, namely K-medoid and K-means. The research aims to classify which communities are a priority for receiving assistance and which are not a priority. In order to get more accurate results, this research also tested the two clustering algorithms to get the best algorithm and the best number of clusters based on the dataset owned by looking at the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). This research concluded that with the data set the best algorithm was K-medoids and the number of clusters was 2 with a DBI value of 1.332. Then, in the results of the clustering carried out from a total of 1031 data analyzed, it was found that 396 residents were eligible or made priority for receiving assistance and 635 residents who were not yet included in the priority list for receiving assistance.

Abstract

Abstract: Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN) is a crucial component of vocational education in Indonesia, but students often struggle to find suitable placements that match their interests and skills. This study applies the Profile Matching method to help students at SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu find appropriate PRAKERIN placements. The Profile Matching method links student profiles with company profiles. By using surveys and structured interviews with students and partnering companies, the research aims to design a system that facilitates PRAKERIN placement recommendations.The application of this method proves effective in placing Software Engineering students in suitable PRAKERIN locations. Over 65% of students successfully found PRAKERIN placements that aligned with their profiles. This system helps minimize errors in placement decisions, meeting company needs and enhancing students' PRAKERIN experiences profiles. This system can minimize errors in decision-making regarding the recommendation of Field Work Practice placements in the Software Engineering program at SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract: Penempatan Praktik Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) adalah bagian penting dalam pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia, namun siswa sering kesulitan menemukan tempat yang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan mereka. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Profile Matching untuk membantu siswa SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu menemukan tempat PRAKERIN yang tepat. Metode ini menghubungkan profil siswa dengan profil perusahaan. Dengan pendekatan survei dan wawancara terstruktur kepada siswa serta perusahaan, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem yang memudahkan rekomendasi penempatan PRAKERIN. Hasil penerapan metode ini menunjukkan efektivitasnya dalam menempatkan siswa jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak pada tempat PRAKERIN yang sesuai. Lebih dari 65% siswa berhasil menemukan tempat PRAKERIN yang cocok dengan profil mereka. Sistem ini membantu meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, sehingga memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dan meningkatkan pengalaman PRAKERIN siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data penerimaan mahasiswa baru Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu tahun 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui jumlah pelamar, jumlah pelamar yang berhasil, serta karakteristik demografi dan akademik siswa yang berhasil. Kami juga melakukan analisis komparatif dengan tahun sebelumnya untuk memahami tren jumlah mahasiswa yang terdaftar di universitas kami. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dimulai dari tanggal 1 Februari sampai dengan tanggal 29 Februari 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Bagian Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Analisis tersebut menunjukkan tren pendaftaran, demografi, dan profil akademik mahasiswa baru. Studi ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para pengambil kebijakan universitas dalam merancang strategi penerimaan mahasiswa baru di masa depan. Kesimpulan dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa UMB telah efektif menggunakan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru, terutama melalui sistem pendaftaran online.

Abstract

In general, native Sumatran people speak their mother tongue (B1) of the Malay language family. Each region in Sumatra generally has a different regional language. Specifically in Bengkulu, there are nine regional languages, namely Serawai language, Pekal language, Rejang language, Pasemah language, Mulak language, Kaur Bintuhan language, Bengkulu Malay language, Enggano language, and Muko-muko language. In the beginning, to search for a translation of the Serawai language, no one had ever used conventional dictionary facilities and internet online dictionary directories. So it is necessary to innovate in developing a Serawai language dictionary application to make searching easier, accompanied by database update content facilities and voice recognition. Therefore, it is hoped that by making this application it can become a useful medium and suit what users need. So the problem was formulated on how to create a Serawai Regional Language Dictionary using the Android-based Bubble Sort and Voice Recognition algorithm. In the data collection method, observation and literature study were used. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for the local government of South Bengkulu Regency to introduce the Serawai regional language to the wider community by utilizing Android-based information technology.

Abstract

Currently there are still a lot of transportation users, the vehicles needed to meet daily needs never run out, many companies are competing in the transportation sector, especially in the field of motorbike sales. The research that will be carried out is to find out the results of increasing motorbike sales, to help speed up the process of optimizing increased sales using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The conclusion of this research is to find out the discounts and down payments that will be used with the aim of increasing future motorbike sales and the estimated total sales over the next 12 months.
