Abstract

Gigi molar satu (M1) mandibula permanen merupakan gigi yang paling sering mendapatkan perawatan endodonti,namun juga paling sering mengalami kegagalan perawatan dan membutuhkan perawatan ulang. Salah satu penyebabkegagalan ini adalah adanya saluran akar yang tidak terawat akibat kegagalan klinisi dalam mendeteksi saluran tersebut.M1 mandibula memiliki morfologi saluran akar yang sangat kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuivariasi konfigurasi saluran akar gigi M1 mandibula berdasarkan klasifikasi Vertucci pada populasi di Medan. Studi crosssectional ini menggunakan 25 gigi M1 mandibula. Pada sampel dilakukan proses dekalsifikasi dan pewarnaan saluranakar, kemudian saluran akar diamati menggunakan stereomikroskop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi konfigurasisaluran akar pada akar mesial adalah 36% tipe II, 36% tipe IV, 16% tipe I, 8% tipe III, dan 4% tipe V, sedangkan padaakar distal adalah 84% tipe I, 8% tipe V, 4% tipe II dan 4% tipe III. Pada gigi M1 mandibula yang memiliki tiga akar,akar distolingual seluruhnya (100%) memiliki konfigurasi tipe I. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa gigi M1 mandibula memilikikonfigurasi saluran akar pada akar mesial tipe I, II, III, IV dan V, pada akar distal tipe I, II, III, dan V, pada akardistolingual seluruhnya tipe I, dan tidak dijumpai konfigurasi tipe VI, VII dan VIII pada seluruh akar.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing cross-border e-commerce consumers, particularly platform quality aspects such as information quality, system quality, and service quality, on purchase intention, with trust as a mediating factor.Method: This research employs quantitative methods. The measurement and structural models were evaluated using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS v.3.9 application to test the hypotheses based on data from a total of 280 respondents.Result: The study found that information quality, system quality, and service quality in cross-border e-commerce significantly influence trust and purchase intention. Customer trust mediates the effects of information quality and service quality on purchase intention, but it does not significantly mediate the effect of system quality.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research provides strategic insights for cross-border e-commerce companies to enhance platform quality and consumer trust, which can lead to market expansion, promote digital economic growth, and support global e-commerce development.

Abstract

The development of information technology has enabled companies to simplify their business processes, face challenges and meet customer demands. ERP is one of the information technologies commonly used by companies. In order for a business to compete with its competitors, strong performance is needed which is supported by supply chain management by operating as efficiently as possible with the help of information technology. The Nestlé company is an important component of the corporation and global food supply as the world's largest food producer. Nestlé companies implement various types of information technology tools in SCM, such as ERP systems to help manage their supply chain. Nestle has developed an ERP system based on SAP, which helps improve its business processes and achieve competitive advantage in the industry and significantly improves Nestle's supply chain management performance by increasing efficiency, reducing operational costs and improving product quality

Abstract

Epok-Epok Ana is one of the well-known epok-epok businesses in Batam City, especially in the bengkong area. Selling epoks that taste good and at affordable prices is one way to reach lower-class customers. Even though they accept orders by phone, Epok-Epok Ana still requires customers to make their own purchases because delivery services are not yet offered. This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of the sustainability of Epok-Epok Ana's MSME business activities. The method used in collecting information is through interviews and data processing and analysis methods are displayed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of this paper include a business analysis that identifies MSME combining resources, six basic rights of existing and suggested consumers for MSMEs, Epok-Epok Ana's marketing strategy through social media, and key motivation analysis to produce recommendations that can improve product and service quality. at Epok-Epok Ana Batam

Abstract

Selain relasi dan peluang, modal yang terpenuhi juga pastinya sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk melakukan ekspansi industri ke pasar global, untuk itu, usaha lain yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendukung ekspansi tersebut adalah menarik investor, adapun untuk itu penting untuk perusahaan untuk mengindentifikasi faktor apa saja yang berkontibusi pada penilaian investor mengenai suatu perusahaan, dan baik buruknya penilai investor dapat dilihat dari nilai perusahaan yang ada. Maka dari itu,  peneliti memilih untuk meneliti faktor apa saja yang dapat berdampak terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan peneliti untuk mencari informasi mengenai  faktor apa saja yang dapat berdampak terhadap  nilai perusahaan, faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, kualitas audit, dan komite audit. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sejumlah perusahaan subsektor food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesi ( BEI ) periode 2018-2022. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 21 perusahaan dengan lama waktu pengamatan 5 tahun, sampel didapat menggunakan proses purposive sampling. Hasil studi mengindikasikan bahwa performa keuangan memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara struktur modal, kualitas audit, dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, secara bersamaan, performa keuangan, struktur modal, kualitas audit, dan komite audit memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at JC Vegetarian & Coffee, Medan. The research employs a quantitative associative approach to measure the relationship between product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions. A sample of 75 respondents was selected using incidental sampling. The normality test shows a value of 0.200, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05, indicating that the data are normally distributed. The coefficient of determination test reveals that product quality and service quality influence purchasing decisions by 51.265%. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.488 + 0.218X1 + 0.415X2, meaning that for each unit increase in product quality, purchasing decisions increase by 0.218 times, and for each unit increase in service quality, purchasing decisions increase by 0.415 times. The F-test result shows a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating that product quality and service quality simultaneously affect purchasing decision.

Abstract

The transmedic application is a hospital management information system designed to manage patient data and support operational activities at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Its utilization is expected to improve the efficiency of patient registration services. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of the Transmedic application and the efficiency of patient registration at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2025. The research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. All 33 registration officers were included as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05. The results indicated that the majority of respondents (54.5%) used the Transmedic application optimally, with the same percentage reporting high efficiency in patient registration. Statistical testing revealed a significant relationship between the use of the Transmedic application and the efficiency of patient registration services (p = 0.001 < 0.05). It is recommended that hospital management optimize the use of the Transmedic application by improving infrastructure, ensuring the availability of adequate devices, stable internet connections, and regular system maintenance to prevent technical obstacles.
