Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan suatu konsep yang dapat dilakukan oleh seluruh jenis perusahaan pada era digital saat ini. Perusahaan yang telah menerapkan konsep digital marketing yaitu PT KAI dengan menciptakan aplikasi pemesanan tiket kereta api berbasis digital diberi nama Access by KAI. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan jenis pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. PT KAI menciptakan strategi pelayanan berbasil digital seperti aplikasi Access by KAI dengan menyediakan beberapa menu dan fitur yang cepat dan mudah digunakan bagi para pelanggan pada saat melakukan transaksi pembelian tiket kereta api menggunakan aplikasi Access By KAI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di UD Nyoto Permadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja. Dalam konteks organisasi, kinerja karyawan dianggap sebagai salah satu aspek penting untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 78 karyawan yang bekerja di UD Nyoto Permadi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UD Nyoto Permadi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Dalam konteks ini, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif. Melalui manajemen yang baik berkaitan dengan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada PT Karya Marga Intinusa Probolinggo). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Karya Marga Intinusa Probolinggo sejumlah 43 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dilakukan analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin kuat organizational citizenship behavior maka semakin besar kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengendalian kualitas produk tahap input, proses, dan output. Penelitian dilakukan di CV. Paving Prima Banyuwangi yang memproduksi paving block. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatifdengan teknik analisis data domain dan taksonomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini yaitu pemilik perusahaan, staf prduksi, staf non prduksi, dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap input pengendalian kualitas ditekankanpada pemilihan bahan baku yaitu memastikan pasir pasang dengan kadar tanah maksimal 15% dan pasir beton dengan kadar tanah 5% hingga 7%. Pada tahap proses pengendalian ditekankan pada tahap pencampuran seluruh bahan dengan memastikan takaran sesuai komposisi standar masing-masing jenis paving block, sementara itu pada tahap output dilakukan pengendalian ditekankan pada pengecekan paving blockdari segi ukuran, fisik, dan daya tekan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at CV Babelmart Tanjungpandan. The study is conducted with the intention of gaining an understanding of the factors that impact employee performance, and optimizing employee performance is crucial as it aids in achieving the company's goals. The applied method is quantitative, using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The research population consists of 42 individuals, and a sample of 38 people is obtained using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. The subjects work in the retail department of CV Babelmart Tanjungpandan. Multiple linear regression analysis is applied to the collected data to test hypotheses. The research reveals that work discipline has an impact of 63.2%, the work environment influences by 59.1%, and collectively, the work environment along with work discipline have a simultaneous impact on employee performance of 78.7%. Abstract

This research aims to examine Collaborative Governance management of tourist villages. The research was conducted in the tourist village of Tirta Agung, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is qualitative, data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the development of tourist destinations in Sukosari Kidul village was initiated by non-governmental organizations, namely the Sukosari Kidul village youth covil society. Collaborative governance in the management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village destination, the stakeholders involved have different resources, this is a factor in collaboration. Collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village can be said to fulfill the elements of the Collaborative Governance model according to Ansell and Gash which consists of institutional design and the village head of Sukosari Kidul as the facilitative leadership of the collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village as well as in terms of a collaboration process which includes face-to-face dialogue,  joint commitment, shared understanding and intermediate outcomes/benefits. The collaboration that took place in Sukosari Kidul village can be said to be successful, but the joint commitment is still not optimal. The success achieved in the collaboration between civil society, namely the Pokdarwis and the Sukosari Kidul village government, namely the Tirta Agung Tourism Village, succeeded in becoming 2nd place in the award for the best Indonesian Tourism Village in the pioneer category (ADWI) 2022.
