Abstract

Latar belakang: Dalam mendapatkan pasangan, seseorang mencari calon pasangan dan menjalani masa pendekatan sebelum akhirnya melanjutkan ke tahap selanjutnya. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, mencari pasangan sudah bisa dilakukan secara daring, salah satunya menggunakan aplikasi kencan online. Pada penelitian ini, informan berasal dari Bandung atau Jatinangor yang sudah berpengalaman mendapatkan pasangan melalui Bumble berbagi pengalamannya dalam melakukan self disclosure dengan match nya sehingga menjadi pasangan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini meneliti motif penggunaan Bumble, bagaiman proses komunikasi self disclosure dengan match dan makna pasangan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada tahap awal pendekatan kontak daya tarik yang paling berpengaruh adalah daya tarik fisikdan kepribadian. Sedangkan saat melakukan self disclosure faktor besar kelompok, kepribadian dan efek diadik yang paling berpengaruh. Terjadi keterbukaan diri secara acak yang didasari oleh tujuan masing-masing informan. Kepercayaan mempengaruhi kedalaman self disclosure Informan yang memiliki daerah open self lebih besar dari daerah lainnya menandakan bahwa self disclosure yang terjadi secara mendalam dan self disclosure terjadi karena rasa percaya. Tidak masalah jika self disclosure pada masa pendekatan tidak terlalu dalam. Tetapi, self disclosure mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap keharmonisan pada saat pendekatan yang mempunyai pengaruh besar juga saat mereka menjadi sepasang kekasih.

Abstract

Micro businesses play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. Their significance in economic recovery is underscored by their substantial contribution to the labor sector. The community engagement partner, "Katbag," specializes in the production of bags and accessories, also souvenir and corporate merchandise. Partnering with Katbag was motivated by the competitiveness of its offerings and high entrepreneurial drive. However, despite their product excellence, Katbag faces challenges and limitations, particularly in business administration, HR, and marketing. This program aims to assist in enhancing the partner's capacity in terms of business planning and digital marketing so that they can develop their business further. The method involves planning, implementation (training in digital marketing and business administration), along with rigorous monitoring and evaluation. After participating on the program, the partner has gained knowledge in business administration and website management to build digital presence and reach more consumers online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada PT Karya Marga Intinusa Probolinggo). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Karya Marga Intinusa Probolinggo sejumlah 43 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dilakukan analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin kuat organizational citizenship behavior maka semakin besar kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Background: An enormous number of micro-businesses in Indonesia have not joined the digital platforms, despite the evident benefits associated with making this transition. One viable avenue for initiating digitalization is through leveraging social media, characterized by its cost-effectiveness and expansive reach to consumers Objective: This study aims to identify the catalyst behind the social media adoption of micro-businesses in the culinary sector in Indonesia Method: This study adopts a qualitative approach, involving interviewing seven micro-businesses owners in Indonesia who were selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Thematic analysis was employed to derive meaningful conclusions. Results: The study’s findings suggest that subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived behavioral control, competitive pressure, customer demand, and government support hold important roles in the adoption of social media in micro and small businesses. Considering the importance of government support, it can play a pivotal role by providing support and incentives for MSMEs to integrate social media into their operation. Additionally, strategies for positioning businesses in the digital landscape should be developed, keeping customer demand in mind. Conclusion: Leveraging social media presents a cost-effective means for digitalization. This qualitative study unveils the key drivers: subjective norms, perceived usefulness, ease of use, behavioral control, competitive pressure, customer demand, and government support. Government intervention and customer-centric strategies are crucial for successful social media adoption.   Keywords: Digital marketing; micro business: social media integration

Abstract

Keberhasilan inovasi teknologi, terutama dalam bidang keuangan, merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendukung program pemerintah dalam memajukan negara. Salah satu inovasi di bidang keuangan adalah teknologi QRIS, yang memiliki tingkat efisiensi pembayaran sangat tinggi, sehingga membantu masyarakat dan UMKM dalam melaksanakan transaksi. Efisiensi ini akan mempermudah masyarakat dalam bertransaksi dan berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi serta inklusi keuangan nasional. Fenomena maraknya penggunaan QRIS mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang mempengaruhi niat serta perilaku penggunaan QRIS di masyarakat Kota Kediri, dengan menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara langsung serta melalui Google Forms yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat Kota Kediri yang pernah menggunakan QRIS.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif serta uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel facilitating conditions, price value, dan habit berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan hedonic motivations tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention.Selain itu, habit dan behavioral intention juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap use behavior pada masyarakat Kota Kediri yang menggunakan QRIS.

Abstract

Background: In an era where digital finance is growing rapidly, the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) revolutionizes the payment system through a single unifying code. This study brings novelty in integrating TRAM and Trust in the adoption of QRIS in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, for which studies are still limited. Objective: To observe determinants of QRIS adoption by integrating the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) and Trust in the emerging Indonesian market where QRIS is in a growing stage. Methods: This study collects data through the survey of 210 MSME owners and staff who are familiar with and/or have used QRIS through convenience sampling. In analyzing the data, this study uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationship between variables that explain influencing factors of QRIS adoption. Results: The results show that 7 of 13 hypotheses were accepted; optimism and trust positively significantly affect perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, while insecurity and innovation have no significant influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Besides, this study shows unexpected positive results between discomfort, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Overall, the proposed TRAM and Trust model contributes 60.9 % in explaining QRIS adoption. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the importance of optimism, discomfort, trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness in influencing QRIS adoption in micro and small businesses in Indonesia. It guides QRIS providers, policymakers, financial institutions, and MSMEs in having effective QRIS adoption in business operations. Keywords: Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, QRIS, TRAM, Trust

Abstract

This study explores the I-T-O-E framework to understand the dominant factors that specifically influence MSME adoption. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the most affected needs to implement a marketing strategy through social media, due to low costs and ease of reaching consumers on a wider scale. West Java was chosen as the research location because the level of technology adoption in MSMEs is the highest among other big cities. The culinary sector was chosen because it is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and is the sub-sector with the lowest use of internet media among other creative economy sub-sectors. The methodology is qualitative, involving interviews with participants (MSMEs in the culinary sub-sector) selected through snowball sampling.  The result shows that individual factor holds the most important role in determining social media strategy in MSME. This research is expected to have significant implications for both theory and state public policy in increasing digital interconnection, inclusivity, productivity, and MSME income.

Abstract

Taxes are the primary source of state revenue in Indonesia today. The government has made various efforts to increase tax revenues. Unfortunately, Indonesia's tax compliance remains low, as evidenced by its relatively low tax ratio compared to other Asian countries. One intrinsic factor influencing tax compliance is tax morale, which is shaped by an individual's understanding of taxation and their perception of the tax system. This study examines whether a person's tax understanding affects their compliance. Using a quantitative approach and focusing on MSME actors in Cianjur Regency, the research reveals a positive and significant relationship between tax understanding and tax compliance. Notably, the study identifies three main factors that influence a person's understanding of taxes: knowledge of the importance of having role models in tax administration, awareness of the significance of transparency in tax management, and understanding of tax systems that are free from corruption. These findings are novel because they highlight the critical role ofcomprehensive tax education in fostering higher tax morale and compliance levels among MSMEs. This study contributes to the literature by offering insights into how improved understanding of taxation, supported by ethical and transparent practices, can lead to better tax compliance, particularly in the digital era.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan bisnis Kopi Luwak pada UMKM Satria Luwak Coffee di Gianyar, Bali, dalam konteks persaingan usaha, kebijakan hukum UMKM, dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Isu pokok permasalahan terletak pada bagaimana pelaku UKMKM mampu mempertahankan daya saing di tengah dominasi korporasi besar, keterbatasan modal, serta tuntutan penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan dan etika bisnis dalam industri kopi premium. Secara yuridis, penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip hukum persaingan usaha sehat sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999, Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM, serta Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan yang menekankan keberlanjutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Objek penelitian difokuskan pada praktik manajerial dan hukum bisnis UMKM Satria Luwak Coffee yang mengintegrasikan inovasi produk, digital marketing, branding berbasis kearifan lokal, dan perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) dalam membangun model bisnis yang adaptif dan berdaya saing global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis-empiris dengan metode kualitatif, yang mengombinasikan kajian normatif hukum dengan temuan lapangan untuk memahami dinamika sosial, ekonomi, dan hukum yang memengaruhi pengembangan bisnis kopi luwak di sektor agrowisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM Satria Luwak Coffee mencerminkan penerapan prinsip fair competition dan efisiensi pasar dalam koridor hukum ekonomi. Penerapan inovasi digital melalui media sosial, branding berbasis nilai lokal, serta perlindungan merek dan indikasi geografis terbukti meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus memperkuat posisi hukum produk di pasar global. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara hukum, inovasi, dan kearifan lokal menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif berbasis masyarakat.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of knowledge in the global arena has made it imperative for universities to remain competitive. To nurture students with outstanding competencies, universities need comprehensive support from various stakeholders, especially the industrial sector. The industry sector has emerged as an indispensable collaborator, actively contributing to the educational process, particularly in distance education. The methodology used in this study includes a comprehensive literature review. The article discusses the huge role played by the industrial sector in the context of distance education and integrating experts and practitioners from the business world into the educational framework to enrich the learning process with real-world insights. In addition, providing internship opportunities for students is also considered important. Internships provide invaluable learning experiences, enhancing graduates' competencies, thus strengthening their readiness to enter the workforce. This research explores how industry involvement in education can effectively improve the quality and relevance of distance learning, ultimately producing industry-ready graduates.
